The reason they bring in democratic vote is because the Western globalist elite believe that man can be educated (brainwashed) to choose the political correct way of thinking. They believe if you give the people of the world the illusion that they are in control people will not revolt when they bring in their Western version of fascist global socialism.

By what we see taking place in the world their theory only works when there are no other brainwashing campaigns. In the Middle East Islam is trashing them with a socialist fascist brainwashing campaign using religion. China has their own fascist campaign and other versions of fascism are rising in other parts of the world. The Western elite have miscalculated. They will find that even their global warming brainwashing campaign will not succeed in bringing control over the other fascist factions. Therefore world war for control of the world by different socialist fascist philosophies is certain.
