During the past six years Freddy Thielemans, the mayor of Brussels, allowed 3,500 demonstrations. He banned only six, including, last year, a march of Kurdish nationalists belonging to a terrorist organization. As a rule everyone — except criminals — is allowed to demonstrate in Brussels.
Two weeks ago Mr. Thielemans issued his sixth ban. “Stop the Islamization of Europe” (SIOE), a pan-European organization led by a Dane, an Englishman and a German, was denied permission to demonstrate on September 11 against the introduction of Shariah law in Europe. Many European countries are introducing elements of Shariah law, such as granting welfare benefits to polygamous families, prohibiting private soup kitchens from distributing pork, banning Muhammad cartoons and organizing separate swimming hours for Muslim women in public pools.
SIOE planned to bring 20,000 to 50,000 participants to Brussels from 26 European countries. The march would end in front of the European Parliament building with one minute of silence for the victims of the September 11 terror attacks in America. According to the mayor, however, the latter is an indication of SIOE’s criminal nature.
SIOE is not at all a racist organization, but a broad group of people who want to preserve Europe’s Judeo-Christian civilization, its freedoms and values. It intends to proceed with its demonstration and turn it into a “birthday party” for Mr. Thielemans, who was born on Sept. 11, 1943. The mayor’s words, however, are very clear. Anyone who intends to participate in the September 11 SIOE demo is a criminal under Belgian and European law: he or she is a racist and a xenophobe. The Brussels police, usually very soft on crime, might not look on passively next September 11, when “racists” and “Islamophobes” try to celebrate the mayor’s birthday with one minute of silence for the September 11 victims.
It is equally clear, however, that the true reason why Mr. Thielemans banned the SIOE demonstration is his fear of upsetting the large Muslim population of Brussels. Over half the inhabitants of the Brussels region are of foreign origin, many of them from Morocco. Mr. Thielemans’s Parti Socialiste (PS) caters for the Muslim immigrants. The PS is the largest party in Brussels. Ten of its 17 members on Brussels’s municipal council are Muslims. They do not tolerate criticism of their religion and they approve of the “Islamization of Europe” — a process which, as Mr. Thielemans’s ban shows, is well on its way in the “capital of Europe.”
“Though Mr. Thielemans has forbidden the SIOE demonstration, he gave permission for a demonstration in Brussels on Sept. 9 by United for Truth (UfT), a group of conspiracy theorists who claim that the attacks of September 11 on the WTC towers in New York and on the Pentagon were organized by the Bush administration.”
Freedom of speech and assembly in Brussels is almost always allowed unless it upsets the Muslims. Seems that the capital of Europe has already been conquered by the Muslims who now cower the atheists in government.

I am so tired of this. I’ve heard too many stories from fellow citizens living in areas with large Muslim populations who have turned racist towards Muslims because of these people. And remember this isn’t even France, where things are far worse. Remember the riots back in the summer of 2005 when Sarkozy, now elected president, was Interior Minister?
We should ship all those who hate our countries and want to turn them Islamic back home immediately. I don’t care one bit if they call me a Fascist for that but I tell you if we’re not going to stand up against these fanatics that are inciting young Muslims to hatred, they’ll soon be ruling us and it’ll be too late to undo it.
You know what really drives me mad? It’s the president of the Arab European League, Abu Jah Jah, who has submitted a request to demonstrate in Brussels against ‘rising islamophobia’ on September 11th. Can you believe this? Now I haven’t heard anything about it since but if the Socialist mayor of my country’s capital city is going to allow this demonstration, he is a lame hypocrit. Allowing these fanatics to protest would be disgraceful and disrecpectful in face of the victims of Islamic terrorism during the 9/11 attacks.
Abu Jah Jah is form Lebanon and got in my country illegally through an aranged marriage. He denies it but it’s true nonetheless. He once participated in the elections with his Islamist party ‘RESIST’ together with a Maoist Belgian party ‘PVDA’ (not to be confused with the Dutch PvdA [Labor Party], a Social-Democratic party). He is openly anti-Zionist and supports Palestinian terrorist organizations like Hamas and their suicide bombings, as well as introducing Shariah laws for Muslims in Europe and ultimately the Islamization of Europe. He has connections with Hizbullah and has been a major force in Belgium to encourage young Muslims, mainly Moroccans, to stand up against the ‘repressive’ policies of our country.
Still, he gets invited to spill his anti-Semite and anti-Western bullcrap on television or in newspapers as if he was the one and only voice of the Moroccan and Muslim community in our country, which he is not in any way, so he can incite Muslims to more hatred. It is a disgrace he can just get away with all this.
If he and his fellow extremists get allowed to protest on September 11th while this righ-wing organization cannot protest against what caused the death of thousands of people during 9/11, I sincerely hope some real ‘right-wing extremists’, aka skinheads, are going to take him down. Nobody else has the courage to do it. Heck, our public officials don’t even dare just sending him back to Lebanon and barring him from re-entering Belgium! We should all be very deeply ashamed of ourselves.
Now don’t get me wrong. I respect Muslims because they’re human beings just like you and me and are all different individuals. I’ve always been quite interested in Islam and Islamic culture and there are many nice people among them that denounce what immigrants from their countries are trying to do here. They’re not all fanatics or fundamentalists and to some being Muslims is more something of a title than something they really live by. And I try to be an example and respectful towards Muslims I know. Fundamentalism, however, is definitely on the rise in Islamic countries and showing its ugly head in Europe. It has a strong voice and the will and capabilities to expand. Arguably, Muslims are turning more fundamentalist in Europe than in many Muslim countries.
I cannot and will not, however, tolerate giving up my freedom and values to be turned into a dhimmi eventually by an ever-increasing number of Islamists and naive progressive politicians that protect them. As long as there are legitimate means to fight back, I will make use of it and vote against Islamization on all occasions.
Islam must be the most successful invention of Satan ever and it troubles me that a sixth of the world population is brainwashed by it.

We have CAIR in the US that is always speaking here for the Muslims. They have almost no US membership and their funds come from the Saudi’s yet they denominate the news everytime a news item is about anything Muslim. The government sucks up to them believing that doing so will appease the American Muslims but they are doing nothing But giving radical muslims a public platform for Islamic Jihad.
Islam is Satanic and it exists to oppose the promise to Israel . Bible prophecy makes it clear that God will keep His covenant with Israel because He said He would. So if they are stupid enough to try to cut off Israel they will reap the consequences.
It’s disturbing you see this trend even in the U.S.
I think either Islam is really going to take over European countries gradually or things will escalate at one point, perhaps due to a major terrorist attack in Europe, causing massive uproar and violence against Muslims. But then it’s going to have to be something a lot more devastating than the attacks in Madrid or London. As long as that doesn’t happen, I don’t think there’s ever going to change much except that Islamization will continue.
It’s always in extremes here in Europe. I wonder what it takes for citizens of European countries and especially governments to really wake up and act. A call to prayer from a minaret five times a day? Or our churches having a crescent moon on top instead of a cross? No more pork meat, wine or beer? Are they going to realize it then? Perhaps they already do but they’re too caught up in their multiculturalism and cultural relativism. And you know, we actually asked for this. If anyone is guilty, it’s us here in Europe. Muslim fundamentalists are only doing what Islam tells them to do. What have we still left worth dying for? Gay marriage, feminism, abortion rights, civil unions? The EU estbalishment is morally bankrupt and doesn’t even care about our Judeo-Christian heritage anymore. And neither does it care about the opinion of a large number of people in Europe who do realize the threat of Islamization and try making their concern clear through their vote. Well, so much for democracy in the Old World.
There will be a backlash against Muslims, you will be rounding them up like Jews in the second world war.
Who will start it? They will. You can count on it.
Like you said Europe is a place of extremes. A hero will arise out of all the turmoil. He most likely will be the Antichrist.
