Dobson Is Right About Giuliani
Chuck Baldwin — Dobson Is Right About Giuliani: “As a conservative Baptist pastor for more than thirty years and a former executive director for the Moral Majority, my roots in the Religious Right run pretty deep. However, over the last several years, I have become a consistent critic of the Religious Right, as faithful readers of this column already know. “
We have a situation here where everyone running who have the support and money to win are not acceptable to Christian conservatives for one good reason or another. I do not believe in voting for the lesser of two evils for various reasons. So what do we do about this situation? The conservative vote is so split right now that a liberal will get elected. It is time for some of the second tier Christian conservatives to get out of the race and to throw their support to one man. Ron Paul is simply not going to get elected the sooner people realize that the better. Ron Paul might be someone people might elect to office after the depression when their eyes are opened, but it will not happen now. It seems to me the only Christian conservative that has the personality to have any chance of winning at all is Mike Huckabee. I am not saying I endorse all his views but there is no one else in the race that is a Christian conservative that can win. I can see Dr. Dobson supporting Mike.
