HR 4088 would add 8,000 Border Patrol agents and give them new technology and infrastructure needed to secure the country’s northern and southern borders. It would also add 1,200 Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents. Shuler says Americans have a right to be upset with their government for not taking action to curb illegal immigration.”
