If you read my statements you would know that I like Dr. Ron Paul. However, he is not a viable candidate because he cannot get elected before their is a national depression. There has to be a large grass roots movement to support him before he could change anything in this country. Even a president cannot do anything on his own. He has to have support in the House and Senate as well. For Ron Paul to be viable he would need half of the voters in the United States to support him. I say that this is a possibility for someone like Ron Paul in 2012 if people start working in 2008 to start a third party, but it certainly is not going to happen in 2008 unless the whole house of cards suddenly crashes in the next few months..
