I say, if they are going to practice bad business practices let them pay for it or go broke. Why should the taxpayers bail them out just so they can continue in bad business practices and greedy speculation knowing that taxpayers will just bail them out next time when their gambles again come up snake eyes. Why not let free market forces determine what should happen to these banks that have caused this mess in the first place? Bank of America has over-charged their customers on all their products, whether it is personal banking, mortgages and credit cards. They make good money they should be able to weather this little storm.
