This is a great idea. Sue all the carbon hucksters who imposes carbon taxes or pay carbon credits that we end up paying for. Let them prove their man caused global warming junk science claims in a real court of law. It is time for you lawyers to smell the blood. You now have hard scientific proof that the earth cooled substantially last year in spite of rising CO2. By the time it gets to court you will have plenty of more evidence that man is not causing significant warming. In the process of getting rich you lawyers will have saved the earth trillions of dollars and saved us from elitist global control freaks.
