Gordon Brown says Americans must accept global governance.
Britain’s Gordon Brown recently came here telling us what we need to do. Brown is a rabid globalist and believes in religious universalism. He believes all religions have common ideals. He insists that Americans have to believe like him and embrace global governance and submit to global rules, institution’s and networks. His global society is advancing Fascism all over the world not democracy like he claims. I have news for Mr Brown. Just try forcing what you said in your speech here on rural America and your world utopia will start with a massive war. Brits and certain liberals might now hike their skirts and bend over for elitists like you and Ted Kennedy but it ain’t going to happen here in heartland America.
For that demented and delusional speech, Gordon Brown richly deserves my Demented Delusional or Dumb Club of the week award. Congratulations Gordy!
Gordon Brown’s nauseating globalism
Brown’s tedious, hour-long speech impudently demanded that we issue a “Declaration of Interdependence” in order to submit to global governance. That’s another way of calling on the United States to repeal the Declaration of Independence.
The redundancy of Brown’s outrageous semantics was oppressive. His speech used the word global 69 times, globalization 7 times, and interdependence 13 times.
Brown rejected the traditional concept of national sovereignty, which means an independent nation not subservient to outside control, telling Americans to replace it with “responsible sovereignty,” which he defined as accepting what he calls our global “obligations.” Hold on to your pocketbook.
Brown admitted that his “main argument” is that the United States must accept “new global rules,” “new global institutions” and “global networks.” Brown’s global rules include massive U.S. cash handouts and opening U.S. borders to the world.
Brown even slipped in an attempt at thought control: “Americans must learn to think inter-continentally.” He declaimed, “We are all internationalists now.”
Using the rhetorical device of inevitability, Brown warned Americans that his vision of the globalist future is “irreversible transformation.” He wants to “transcend states” and “transcend borders” as he builds the “architecture of a global society.”
Brown peddled the nonsense that the peoples of the world “subscribe to similar ideals.” He tried to tell Americans that all religions (Christians, Jews, Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs and Buddhists) have “common values” and “similar ideals.” No, they certainly do not.
Brown wants to increase the power of the United Nations to become the source of “an international stand-by capacity of trained civilian experts, ready to go anywhere at any time,” and even be able to exercise “military force.” Americans do not intend to cede such authority to the corrupt United Nations.

Hey Gordy, trying to boost your “popularity” ratings or what? I suggest you get moving and do something about your U.K. economy instead. Oh, and learn to mind your own business!
All this globalization and global and international talk is simply a means to divert people from the real issues and what these politicians were elected for by the people. That is, taking care of their own people first and foremost.
These days they make a fuzz about Tibet. A few months ago it was Burma. A few months from now I guess it’ll be something entirely different. For weeks you hear them talking about all kinds of non-issues. I know it may sound harsh but really these are just diversions from the real issues.
In the meantime, the democratically elected elite can just relax and sit back babbling like a bunch of old women about the Dalai Lama and human rights instead of dealing with the real issues and doing something about the problems their own people are having. But rather they’d rob from their own people and transfer the money to third world nations that mismanage just about everything and are totally corrupt. Or they transfer the money to those int’l organizations that really aren’t much better.
Power corrupts…. Unelected supranational powers corrupt absolutely.
Either Democracy doesn’t work or it’s just a facade. But most likely it’s simply man’s fallibility and arrogance at work again.
Enter Babel part II. Any plans for a Tower of Babel rebuild yet?
The leaders of the G7 or G8 have totally sold out to world government. They are all singing the same song as are those who are promoting regional governments. We also have world religious leaders, the elite and media stars playing the same global tune so we know where all this is heading. It would even sound prophetic if you did not know it is.
I have not heard of Babel II yet but I know a Saudi is planning to build a mile high tower. So I would not rule out someone in the future wanting to create his own magic mountain in Babylon. They do have plans to build a theme park in Babylon Iraq to look like ancient Babylon.
Yup, I was thinking of that one too. It’s not a Saudi tower though. It’s located in Dubai in the UAE and they’re probably about halfway constructing the tower already. It’s called the Burj Dubai. They haven’t disclosed the exact altitude the tower will have yet but it’ll be about a mile high. I do like skyscrapers I must admit and this one really blows your mind. I think right now it’s probably the highest building in the world already and it’s not even reached its final height yet! But from what I read on the official website you really get this feeling it’s the same forces driving the Emiratis to build this skyscraper as those that were driving the ancient citizens of Babel to build their tower in their blind arrogance…
Well, surely there’s nothing new under the sun! History just keeps on repeating itself.
Sorry, your not up to date on that one. From what I read the tower in Dubai is going to be about half that height. This one was just announced a couple of weeks ago. It will be in Saudi Arabia and it is going to be a mile high. It is understandable that you would think I was talking about the one in Dubai because this never ending desire to build the worlds tallest structure is so vain.
Hmm, I read on wikipedia that the Burj Dubai will reach up to about 818 meters with the spire included so it really is going to be a mile high. So I guess that means the Saudis are going to going to build an even larger one?!
Oh well, I suppose Al Qaeda isn’t going to fly into their skyscrapers so what do they care eh.
