You can also review your relations with these Muslim countries in view of this problem and readjust things or bring up this issue to the "allied" Arab leaders, however there's little you can change about the fact that the slurs given to Jews and Christians and the issue of Jihad are inherently Islamic. However, if you are to do so on the sole basis of these textbooks, heck, you will have to do something about your relations with Egypt as well because they're no better. And how about Turkey, Morocco or "repentant" Libya?
