Alaska will sue and should sue over federal polar bear threatened species ruling
These junk science environmentalists like to attack the person by saying the Governor of Alaska is unbecoming. She is really representing the interests of the state of Alaska and that is very becoming.
Just because you think it is becoming of you to worry more about the number of polar bears 40 years in the future based on hypothetical warming models that cannot even predict next month’s climate does not make you correct or make her unbecoming. Put up your best evidence and let it be decided in court. What are you worried about if you really have proof that can stand the test?
What the Bush administration can or cannot deny has nothing to do with the issue. Your snide remarks about Bush in that biased statement are not very becoming. Bush obviously has been misguided by the global warming pressures coming from global elitists. His global warming position is not based on science so because he is misguided why should Alaska suffer the consequences?
You say the Governor of Alaska has aligned herself with discredited extreme view points. You mean you have actually discredited the viewpoints of 31,000 scientists, 9000 with PHD’s that signed a petition saying that said man caused global warming does not exist? Who has discredited them and how can this consensus of scientists be called fringe extreme viewpoints?
I am still waiting for any scientific data to come out that actually proves that global warming is man caused or is a threat to this planet. On this blog I have dozens of articles about scientific reports that discredit what people like you claim. So where are all the scientific reports that discredit these scientific reports? All you and people like you can come up with is your tired old claims about some imaginary consensus about global warming that was never true. Then when anyone presents scientific evidence to the contrary you attack the person instead of answering the facts that they present.
Let Alaska sue. In fact, let everyone effected by global warming legislation sue. That is the only way we are going to stop this global rip off scheme.
Climate models that predict continued loss of sea ice, the main habitat of polar bears, during summers are unreliable, said Palin, a Republican.
The announcement drew a strong response from the primary author of the listing petition.
“She’s either grossly misinformed or intentionally misleading, and both are unbecoming,” said Kassie Siegel of the Center for Biological Diversity. “Alaska deserves better.”
RelatedSiegel said it was unconscionable for Palin to ignore overwhelming evidence of global warming’s threat to sea ice, the polar bear’s habitat.
“Even the Bush administration can’t deny the reality of global warming,” she said. “The governor is aligning herself and the state of Alaska with the most discredited, fringe, extreme viewpoints by denying this.”
