The bail-outs and the Democrat big spending are only going to make the debt situation worse and drag out any recovery. Even if another Ronald Regan should emerge in four years he will not be able to pull us out of the mess because are debt load will be to great. That means if we cut taxes we are simply going to add more to the debt and increase the interest rates to service our debt. We have reached the point where the world will not continue to believe that we can pay our debts and as soon as the present crises stabilizes in the world people will stop financing us at low interest rates. Try financing the 15 Trillion dollar debt we will have in two or three years at 10 or more percent Interest rates each year and the only way to have a Federal government will be to increase the debt by will over a trillion a year. Leading to a spiral that will have to end in a national default.

Frankly, this is the beginning of end of America as we knew it. Expect your wages to buy less then half of what they can today in a decade. Of course with the economic downturn your also going to have a lot of civil unrest that can play itself out in many different ways. With the worst case being burning, riots, looting and some state secession.

That is the future under relatively peace time conditions. If we should get involved in world war III or have WMD attacks against us. Then you will have Marshall law, drafts, rationing, a dictator and the suspension of Constitutional liberties. There also could be a complete collapse of the world economic system at any time we are not out of the woods by a long shot and that also would instantly bring about these conditions.

I suggest we get back to the gold standard and stop selling out our sovereign and elected gov’t to power hungry international bodies.

We should also stop the unfree trade with communist nations that keep imposing tariffs on our imports, that export products of inferior quality and in the meantime use the money we pay them to build a huge and advanced military. Big government spending must end. Corporate welfare is to be abolished.

Is any of this ever going to happen? Of course not. If anything, they are going to look for a global alternative to the capitalist market economy and a new global elite will be pulling the strings sooner or later. Say goodbye to your right to the fruits of your labor and defending your family when these new world order nazis come in to take away your liberties, your guns and confiscate your hard earned money for the benefit of the common good and economic equality.

I do not think blogs like this will exist much longer. They will be shut down by government or by the Internet providers and search engines in the name of tolerance of course. The government will make it so talk radio stations will not be profitable and go out of business. So without the Internet sites and talk radio people are only going to hear the official line. Much like Russia and China today.

The only chance we have is to get moving on a grass roots movement right away that develops legs of its own. There is more likelihood of success when the nation truly tanks and it produces a backlash and even civil insurrection but that is likely to mean the end of the Union. So don’t give up the ship the pendulum still swings both ways. As you know I think we are going to have to endure here longer than most Bible prophecy buffs now want to believe.

Both candidates will attempt to marginalize and (dare I say) criminalize such an effort as you suggest Don.
