Why is Obama going to court to block access to his birth records?
It would be pretty moronic to run for President if you know you are not qualified because when the truth comes out, as it will, you would be removed from office and even jailed. So what is Obama really hiding? Why would he go to the time and expensive of blocking these lawsuits instead of just releasing a certified copy of his birth certificate? Any reasonable person would. Hal is correct that any citizen of the U.S. should be able to question if a candidate is actually qualified according to the Constitution. So why the resistance by Obama? There is not that much information other than the place and date of birth on a birth certificate but it also does list who the parents are if known. That might be the key.

Still, why in the world would it be necessary for somebody to have to file a LAWSUIT to compel Obama to produce a birth certificate? What is the big deal about providing what millions of us provide on demand whenever the government asks for it? It’s only a birth certificate. You should be proud of it. It says you are a natural-born citizen of the greatest country the world has ever known.
So, why would Barack Obama file a motion to block discovery on the lawsuit filed by Philip Berg, when all Berg is trying to “discover” is whether or not the candidate running for the presidency is qualified to either run or serve?
Obama’s campaign has tied up Berg’s lawsuit in knots, so Steve Marquis filed the second lawsuit aimed at – this seems odd to even have to say out loud – getting a presidential candidate to produce his birth certificate.
Forget all the legal mumbo-jumbo. It’s a birth certificate. He’s running for president of the United States! Didn’t anybody check?
In both cases, Obama is challenging the standing of those who filed the lawsuits – in essence saying he believes it is none of their business.
But, not to belabor the point, Obama is running for president of the United States. Every U.S. citizen has “standing” when it comes to ensuring they are voting for a qualified candidate.
Both Berg and Marquis are asking only that Obama provide them with evidence of his qualifications for president in the form of certified birth documents.
All Obama has to do to make it all go away – especially this close to the election – is let the Hawaii registrar of birth records release one certified copy to be examined by a neutral party. That’s all. But he won’t. It’s baffling.
I mean, what can there be to hide?

This lawsuit is nothing more than a red herring. Berg’s complaint will be tossed out because he has no standing.

Did you even read the article? There are two lawsuits. Also, the subject of this post is not about if Obama is a natural born citizen or not. It is about why he will not release a valid copy of his birth certificate and silence the speculation if he has nothing to hide? I suggest it is for a different reason.
The issue of McCain was already resolved the last time he ran. Nobody is suggesting that he is not a natural born U.S. citizen. If you are born on a U.S. military base to American parents you are a natural born citizen since that is sovereign U.S. territory just as a embassy is.
It does seem pretty dumb to keep such a thing as this alive.
On the other hand, if he is elected and he’s not really a citizen, I wonder if he really would be removed. I mean, we don’t treat treason seriously any more. I can just see the left with the media colluding to make an exception in just this one case (or re-interpret the Constitution to allow it).
That would start the secession.
However, don’t underestimate how the Left eats their young . Joe Biden would just love to be President and of course he would nominate Hillary as VP. I am nearly convinced it will turn out that way somehow if Obama gets elected. There are several possibilities why Obama might not remain in office.
This is all very fascinating, but I think I’d rather study a firestorm from a safe distance!
The left has really been sowing the wind in recent decades; I think it is nearly time they reap the whirlwind.
It is very un-surprising that Obama refuses to show his documents, or that he would say that a regular citizen does not have standing, unless the person filing did not live in the state of filing. Obama does not believe in the Constitution, wants our guns confiscated and tyranny. He announced the same in July in Boulder Colorado, and the people listening were oblivious to his call for a Federal Police force with military powers to handle uprisings by “neer peers”. Why would there be uprisings unless he and his left buddies plan to confiscate our personal property, in warrantless house to house searches? The left in America has opened a can of worms in Obama that could end in
chaos.
It was the judge who heard the Berg’s suite that said that ordinary citizens to not have “standing” to challenge issues relating to the constitution. (A ruling that is appallingly elitist.)
If I’m not mistaken, this suite are brought to the Supreme Court who refused to hear it, but did demand that Obama produce this document before they would certify the election. I think the deadline for this is December first.
The latest I heard is that the Supreme court will review this petition along with several others around mid December but like 99 percent of things they do not want to deal with it probably will not go any further than that. I believe four of the nine judges would have to agree to hear the case. I believe at last count their are 17 lawsuits on this.
I also heard today that a radio jockey got hold of some Kenyan government official on the phone and by asking creative questions got him to admit that Obama was born in Kenya. The creative question was something like will Kenya put up a monument at the location where Obama was born in Kenya? The answer was pretty close to oh yes. These people are not aware of our constitutional requirement.
Having said all that, If it could be proven that Obama is not qualified to be President Congress would keep him in power somehow since they love him and don’t want a civil war until the Supreme court get their chance to redefine that Constitutional admendment. However, that would give many people reason to claim they he is not the President of the United States and give them reason to disobey his unlawful orders.
Yes, I agree that come “hell or high-water,” our government will install Obama.
If the controversy is allowed to fester (i.e. Obama does not put this to rest, or he is installed even if he’s not qualified), then hell will come.
