What If Obama does not meet the Constitutional requirements to be President?
Janet Porter lays out the case that Barak Obama may not be constitutionally qualified to be President of the U.S. If that is found to be true will Americans uphold the Constitution or fearing the consequences demand that the courts redefine the law? Either way, it would so divide the nation that we could soon have martial law. It would have made much more sense for Obama to just provide the proof to the court. Now for the sake of the nation everyone had better hope that Obama actually has some.
Besides the below article I just ran across an article today where a Imam just took Obama’s birth records to the U.K. from the Mosque’s archives. This Imam is allegedly the grandson of the late Imam who blessed Barack Obama when he was born in Mombasa on the 4th of august 1961. If those records actually exist Obama is not constitutionally qualified to be President.
The Constitution still matters
Hold on. Just a minute. Not only was there no landslide and no mandate, there was no election. The Electoral College doesn’t even vote until Dec. 15. And there’s one thing that may stand in their way from affirming last Tuesday’s popular vote: the Constitution.
For the electors to uphold the Constitution that they’re sworn to do with their upcoming vote, they must first know for sure that the candidates meet the basic constitutional requirements for the office of president. He must be a natural-born citizen, at least 35 years old, and have at least 14 years of residency in these United States. That’s not a lot to ask. Pretty basic, really.
And pretty easy. Either you are a natural born citizen or you aren’t. Just deliver the original birth certificate and everyone can be on their way. That’s just what Phillip J. Berg has asked the United States Supreme Court to do. And the Supreme Court has asked for a response from Barack Obama along with the Democratic National Committee and Federal Elections Commission. And they have until Dec. 1 to respond.

If Obama is not actually a citizen, I suspect that a way will be found to make him qualify. I doubt that the Supreme Court will even hear this — they often dodge the really weighty maters hoping to avoid a public show-down.
the person does not meet the requirements to be President. He was not born to two (2) citizens of the U.S. . His father was a citizen of Kenya. His mother was a citizen of the U.S.,but not his father. So you fools have just elected the biggest con man ever to have to lived. The highest court in the land has been bought off.Yeah,sad but true . Everything has a price.

i think its a same that since he has been elected the next president that there are people who want to continue to bring up mess. This should have been brought up while he was campaigning. I mean give me a break. Americans need to get over it and let congradulate our next president.
Where have you been? It was brought up many months ago by many different people but Obama has stopped any examination of his birth records in the courts.
Get over it? To be a natural born citizen is a constitutional REQUIREMENT for the office. If Obama was not born in the United States he is not our President even if he holds the office illegally. That would be a coup and he must be removed. Now, if you want to change the constitutional requirement to be a natural born citizen it must be done by constitutional amendment. Americans are not going to just get over it if they find that have a fraud in office because it was being covered up the media and the courts.

Sure, but what has that have to do with the U.S. constitutional requirement for a President to be a natural born citizen. He could be pink and green and the same requirement would apply. All Obama has to do to make everyone go away is to produce a valid original birth certificate. However, he will not do that and instead he spends hundreds of thousands of dollars keeping the information secret. Everyone should wonder why.
It is all very clear, if I can still read,and I think I can. The person who is running for the office Of President . Has to be born to two (2) American citizens. Now let us count, 1 his mother is a natural born citizen of the USA. 2 his father was a citizen of, Kenya, and in no way was he a citizen of the USA.

I do not understand how people can just “shred” the law when it comes to getting what they want.
If it were a Republican who had this issue, you better believe that people who didn’t want him in there would be making this same argument.

This is just like selective interpretation of the Bible. You can’t pick and chose what parts you are going to believe. Like it or not, our constitution, like the Bible comes together as a package. If you can toss one part out over a personal whim, then nothing else is meaningful.
This is not an issue of race regardless of what the race-mongers and media want us to believe. There are many worthy black people who would make excellent chief executives of our country. My opinion is that Mr. Obama is not the caliber of person who should be president, but THAT is beside the point we are making here.
The difference between most liberals and most conservatives is as simple as this: If a republican had been duly elected and we found he was unqualified, then republicans would be the first ones to disqualify him. Instead, we see liberals as represented by democrats insisting that their desires trump the law. Try to tell a policeman that the next time you’re cited for speeding!
Honestly, I think Mr. Obama will be seated, and I strongly suspect that we will find that he was not qualified to be president. Thus, once more, the “ethical” liberals will get yet another retroactive “do-over” because they hold the peace and unity of the country hostage to their desires. Well, at some point soon, this kind of thing is going to result in session and (almost certainly) civil warfare. I hope you liberals are prepared to inherit a ruined country.

Anyone hear anything further on the Imam that left for Britain that supposedly has Obama’s mosque birth records from Kenya? It probably is not true or the guy would have had an accident by now.
I just ran across this article on this subject and agree with it except for the part where he talks about some legislative solution to resolve the constitutional crises. If Obama willfully defrauded the public he must be removed from office. Besides, you can only change the wording of the constitution with constitutional amendments.

Wait a minute. What is the definition of “natural born citizen”? Does that only refer to babies who are born on USA soil, or does it include births abroad by USA citizens? Does it mean both parents must be US citizens? And who makes the definitions?
