The first act signed by Obama will be unconstitutional

I do not see how the Federal government can overturn current laws adopted by all the states. So the first act Obama would sign would be unconstitutional. How fitting. Somehow I do not think that if Obama takes the path of tyranny that He will be leading this country very long. America is in for a very rude awaking in a few months. The first act signed by Obama will be unconstitutional and open the door to kill an additional hundred thousand babies. It seems that this will be only the first of many such activities.That makes me wonder if Liberals live in reality they simply do not understand America. They actually thought America was voting in fascism. They will find out differently.

So why was it that most of you Catholics voted for Obama? You say it is because you do not even believe the teachings of your Church? That says wonders about the state of Catholicism among Americans.

That statistic was a bit surprising to American Life League (ALL), considering the effort by many of the church’s bishops to sway the flock away from supporting the strong pro-abortion candidate. LifeNews.com says the Freedom of Choice Act, or FOCA, would legalize unlimited abortions nationally and would overturn the current laws adopted by all 50 states designed to reduce abortions. President-elect Obama has stated he would sign the FOCA bill as his first presidential act.
