China’s richest person is 26-year old woman: Forbes International Reuters: “The economy has expanded so fast that the country’s 40 wealthiest people are now all dollar billionaires, compared with just 15 last year, Forbes said in a press release. Their combined net worth more than tripled to $120 billion, from last year’s $38 billion, Forbes said.”

This is communism? Mao is rolling in hell. I guess communism now means having control freaks run the lives of all the peons. No wonders the elite leftists in the West want this kind of communism so much.

Babies for sale: The scandal of China’s brutal single child policy

Babies for sale: The scandal of China’s brutal single child policy the Daily Mail: “The Single Child Policy, described by Save The Children as a ‘mass, live experiment in family life which is unique in the history of the world’, was introduced in 1979 as a bold attempt to stem China’s population growth. But, instead of becoming a solution, it has created a bigger problem. Couples are so desperate for a male child to look after them in old age that an estimated 40million girl babies have been aborted. The result is a hugely skewed population in which there is a massive shortage of women of marriageable age. “

The oppressive Communists running China have created a future disaster for its society. Isn’t life wonderful when people allow government to have all the power.

Three Gorges Dam is a disaster in the dmaking, China admits and accepts my Demented, Delusional or Dumb Club of the week award.

Three Gorges Dam is a disaster in the making, China admits - Times Online: “It was hailed as one of the engineering feats of the 20th century. Now the Three Gorges Dam across China’s mighty Yangtze River threatens to become an environmental catastrophe. In an unprecedented admission of blame, Communist Party officials gave a stark warning yesterday of impending disaster in the vast area around the dam if preventive measures are not urgently introduced.

The Three Gorges dam project took away the homes and farms of over a million people and ruined one of the most scenic places on earth. For that profound stupidity among many others, China’s communist rulers deserve my Demented, Delusional or Dumb Club of the week award. Congratulations!

Americans Conning Together

FrontPage Magazine: “America Coming Together (ACT), a pro-Democrat organization whose creation was both conceived and funded by the billionaire financier George Soros, has in essence joined the ranks of those Chinese government agents who illegally sought to influence the outcomes of American presidential elections in the 1990s. We now know that in 2004 Soros and ACT attempted, like those agents of Communist China had done a decade before, to buy the U.S. presidency, plain and simple. The common denominator in both instances was the Democratic Party, the self-professed champion of the average, honest working stiff. A bit of background is in order. Recall for a moment the 1990s, when the Clinton-Gore team’s leading campaign contributors included numerous known or suspected Chinese intelligence agents and their affiliates. Among these were:”

Beijing police pop up every thirty minutes to warn internet users

Beijing police pop up to warn internet users - Telegraph Cartoon police officers are to appear in “pop-up” warnings on the internet every half hour to warn Chinese users that they must steer clear of unapproved websites.

“Officials stress that “Jing” and “Cha”, its two “internet cops” named after the two characters that make up the Chinese word for “police”, are on the look out for criminal activity. “They will be on the watch for websites that incite secession, promote superstition, gambling and fraud,” an official told the China Daily newspaper. “Secession” refers to support for an independent Tibet or Taiwan.

A second official said it was important to wipe out information that “disrupts social stability”, a catch-all phrase often used to refer to emails, bulletin boards and blogs that challenge the political status quo.

As well as being a reminder to users not to break the rules, they also link directly to a website where surfers can report “unhealthy” websites.”

America aids China and loses Latin America

NewsMax - America’s News Page: “The Asian economic tiger is aggressively making inroads in South America, Central America, and the Caribbean as it seeks the resources to feed its super-heated economy. Some critics wonder if China’s involvement will supplant the United States’ near-hegemonic role in terms of trade and finance. “

While we are so busy buying Chinese crap and spending over $200 billion more then we are buying from China every year the Chinese are taking our money and doing with it what we should have been doing in Latin America. Therefore, we paid China to undermine our own hemisphere. You can thank all the politicians and Corporate globalists who moved our jobs and technology to China so they could fill their own pockets at our expense. You can also thank yourself every time you buy that Chinese peace of crap that will break down in a year or poison your kids and pets. If you want this trend to continue just keep buying Chinese.

The Scotsman - Exposed: ‘brutality’ of Chinese toy factories: “WORKERS in eight Chinese factories making toys for multinational companies are subject to ‘brutal conditions’, according to human rights activists. China Labour Watch said in a report issued yesterday that the manufacturers - which served a handful of global players, including Disney, Bandai and Hasbro - paid ‘little heed to the most basic standards of the country’. The report, which followed several months of investigation, continued: ‘Wages are low, benefits are non-existent, work environments are dangerous and living conditions are humiliating.’ WORKERS in eight Chinese factories making toys for multinational companies are subject to ‘brutal conditions’, according to human rights activists. Chinese still correctly see themselves as slaves

Chinese still see themselves as slaves - Telegraph: “China’s national anthem promises its people ‘will no longer be slaves’. But a list of new slang expressions compiled by its Ministry of Education suggests the country’s economic reforms have simply multiplied the ways its people can fall into serfdom. “

Most of them are indeed still slaves to the corporate barons who only pay them a few bucks a day while they get filthy rich sending products made by their slaves to the rest of the world. We abet slavery every time we buy something made in China and we decimate our own industry and livelihood.

Olympic spectators face smog risk to health

Olympic spectators ‘face smog risk to health’ - Telegraph: “High levels of air pollution in Beijing could damage the health of many spectators at next year’s Olympic Games, a leading World Health Organisation expert has said. Dr Michal Krzyzanowski said that air quality was so bad in the Chinese capital that those with a history of heart problems and those suffering from asthma should be aware that they could be harmed.”

Just think about those that have to live there year around and its not just polluted in Beijing. People that are buying products made in China are causing this pollution problem. If you claim to be green or believe there is man caused global warming and that we need to do something about it and you are still buying Chinese products you are a hypocrite.

NASA Flacks for Global Warming and Skirts Scientific Ethics

No Gravatar

American Thinker: NASA Flacks for Global Warming and Skirts Scientific Ethics: “Michael Fumento pointed out that NASA has issued no less than five separate PR releases on the Global Warming hypothesis just this year, ‘each one alarming.’ But the major correction to internationally-broadcast claims about Global Warming have not received even a NASA press release, much less an official correction in a peer-reviewed journal like Science magazine. This is unacceptable.

As Fumento wrote: In pooh-poohing the revision, the GISS ignores the tremendous emotional impact it’s had in practically claiming each year is hotter than the one before.

Honest scientists don’t dismiss the significance of data errors; PR hacks do such things. James Hansen of NASA is minimizing the importance of the changes by claiming that since the US is only a small potion of the total world, the overall global figures have not changed much. However, the US surface temperature record is considered to be the most complete, and longest, over the largest surface area, and also the most technically responsible available record. (It’s very easy to screw up a temperature record, especially in many different locations, due to local heat and cooling sources.) It is not inferential (like ice cores), and it does not come from a scientifically backward country. No other continent-wide temperature surface record comes up to that standard, over such a long period of time. So even though the US only covers 2 percent of earth surface, it’s a crucial 2 percent in terms of the quality of the record. “

You bring out some good points. There is no way that NASA or anyone else has significant data on the whole world since the 1900’s to prove less then 1 degree of global warming actually took place. Even the data they have in the US we now know was fudged to make it look like the world is getting warmer. Yet, they want to call this scientific proof of global warming? On the bases of this junk science the world should spend trillions of dollars trying to fix a problem that does not exist? These people are dangerous!

The main evidence for global warming is the ice melt in the Arctic but even that is not due to greenhouse gases. It most likely is due to black soot from China and India’s power plants and industry. The soot sits on the Arctic ice absorbing energy from the sun. We do that to melt ice on our roads.

No folks, Antarctica is not melting, most of its ice pack is getting thicker and the surface temperatures have been falling.

So if anyone is really worried about ice flows and polar bears they just might stop buying Chinese products. We are more likely to see future global cooling then warming. When that happens who will trust science anymore about anything? You knee-jerk scientists need to wake up. Your future may be at stake.

China’s Big Brother surveillance

No Gravatar

China’s ‘Big Brother surveillance’ to dwarf UK - Telegraph: “China has launched an ambitious ‘Big Brother’ surveillance programme using everything from closed circuit television systems that can recognise faces to identity card computer chips to monitor its population. Shenzhen is the richest, most developed city in China A high-tech security company has been awarded a contract for the first phase of a scheme to encode computer chips for the residence permits all Chinese citizens must carry, starting in the southern city of Shenzhen, near Hong Kong. The government will use the chips to control the whereabouts of its hundreds of millions of migrant workers. But they will also store data on the number of their children under the one-child policy, education records and ultimately medical and credit histories. The company is already setting up television systems throughout the city armed with ‘intelligent surveillance’ software that can recognise faces. Police hope eventually to combine the two systems to provide complete surveillance.”

China: Who Shall Watch the Watchers?

No Gravatar

China: Who Shall Watch the Watchers? - HUMAN EVENTS: “In “The Republic” Plato’s lead character, Socrates, describes a perfect society as being one where there is reliance on laborers, tradesmen and slaves. There is then a guardian class to protect the city and the question is put to Socrates, who will guard the guardians? Who shall watch the watchers? Plato’s answer was simply that the guards would guard themselves against themselves because they were inherently noble figures.”

That is where the world is heading and it is starting big time in China because the government already has all power in China. There is a time of war coming to the free world where governments will be given power over the people for security. In the coming surveillance society that will result we can ask who will watch the watchers? The answer will not be inherently noble figures, at least not for very long. Tyrants and control freaks will rise to watch the watchers who are watching us.
