At some point one has to decide if their time is being used most effectively. Two blogs and a website just takes too much of my time.

Many of the over 2300 post on this Blog are about politics and the belief in man caused climate change. The 2008 election is now over and Americans proved that they are demented delusional or dumb by the choices that they made. Liberal humanistic socialists who cause most of the problems in this nation will now finish the destruction of this nation by making America conform to the global governance of the godless socialist elite.

Of course the astute know that we were not given any real choice in the elections, we seldom are. The elections are mostly a sham. The field of prospective candidates are manipulated by the controlled media so that people pick the choice of the elite. No matter who you elect you get the same elitist socialist globalist Council on Foreign relations (CFR) agenda. You can see that by just looking at the CFR membership found at the top echelons of each administration. The Congress is totally controlled by the money of special interest groups. The system is now so corrupt that it is almost impossible to get an incumbent out of office. Frankly, we no longer have a representative constitutional government of the people, by the people and for the people. I guess you can read the topical posts here if you really want to know more information.

Despite plenty of scientific proof to the contrary (which can be found on this Blog) Americans have bought into global warming junk science hype and have been brainwashed into paying the costs of reducing beneficial CO2 gas. All this hype about carbon is about global governance, government control and the biggest backdoor tax in the history of the world, it is not about global warming at all.

Most Americans believe everything that they are told by the global elite that control the educational, political and media systems. There is no hope of educating people who cannot or will not think for themselves. Most Americans have become talking head parrots. They just repeat what they hear from the controlled talking heads on TV. Few people in this nation can critically think for themselves anymore they just go with the flow over the cliff.

This Blog will remain up as long as the search engines keep bringing people to it based on people’s key word searches on the various topics. I would think that means it will be up for at least another year. Comments are now closed.

Washington Times – SPALDING: A ‘Capitol’ crime

As an expert in the U.S. Constitution and America’s Founding, I thought I had lost the ability to be shocked by politically correct distortions of our history. Then I visited the new Capitol Visitor Center.

The just-completed Visitor Center, which opened yesterday, is a 580,000-square-foot cavern dug at the foot of the U.S. Capitol at a cost of $621 million (almost 9 times over budget).

The “educational” part is the Exhibition Hall, the theme of which is “E Pluribus Unum – Out of Many, One.” The etching in marble initially referred to that phrase as the nation’s motto. Now, however, that etching is covered by a bad plaster job, because … well, “E Pluribus Unum” is not the nation’s motto. Our actual motto, “In God We Trust,” is notably absent, along with other references to faith.

Take how the exhibit treats the Northwest Ordinance, the 1787 document that signaled the beginning of America’s westward expansion. It’s selectively quoted to encourage education – carefully shorn of its opening clause: “Religion, morality and knowledge, being necessary to good government and the happiness of mankind.”

But what bothered me the most when I toured the Visitor Center at the request of Sen. Jim DeMint, South Carolina Republican – who raised a warning on this politically correct outrage – is what it does to the Constitution.

The bailouts going on are unconstitutional they have subverted our system of government and in the end they will totally destroy this nation. All government representatives that had any part in this have broken their oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States. They have made the citizens of the United States financial hostages of a world banking cartel. All involved in this coup should be charged with treason. Our system of government was set up with checks and balances to prevent just what is happening today. But the globalists, the cowards and the morally demented in the Legislative and Executive Branch of our government have given the government our founders set up away.

But history will be angry at them and their colleagues for betraying the Constitution. Their attitude underscores the reasons that the Constitution does not repose in the Congress the power to bail out individuals or private industry: Bailouts violate the Equal Protection doctrine because the Congress can’t fairly pick and choose who to bail out and who to let expire; they violate the General Welfare Clause because they benefit only a small group and not the general public; they violate the Due Process Clause because they interfere with contracts already entered into; and they turn the public treasury into a public trough. Worse still, Congress lacks the power to let someone else decide how to spend the peoples’ money.

As objectionable as the secretary’s change of mind has proven to be, as destabilizing as it was to the markets, as frustrating as it has been to the politicians who authorized it, it is not inconsistent with the statute that created the bailout because the Congress gave the Secretary the power to change his mind. It gave him, figuratively and literally, a blank check. In effect, the Congress delegated to the Secretary of the Treasury some of the power the Constitution has delegated to the Congress: The power to decide when, how, for whose benefit, and in what amounts taxpayer dollars should be spent.

This delegation of power to the secretary directly violates a basic principle of constitutional law: Delegated powers cannot be delegated away.

Obama will do the will of the Democrats and the Rino’s in Congress and anyone who could not have figured that out probably should not have been mentally qualified to vote. He will never take a stand against or veto any agenda that they pass but he will help shape it. The Democratic administration will be as bad and as ugly as Biden, Reed, Polosi, Clinton, Shulmer, Kennedy, Frank, Gore, Jackson and all the other far left socialist insane.

You do not really think that the far left running the Democrats are going to let this opportunity pass and thus risk the loss of this opportunity to change American to their own radical socialistic vision through the elections two years from now? They will pass most of the “bad” in this article before this fall and that is why they want to get off the ground running in January. Then the following year they will use media and their pulpit to brainwash, spin truth, collect funds, and repress free speech in order to keep their Congressional super-majorities for the next two years.

After that it will get truly “ugly” when they take control of the Supreme Court, make illegal immigrants citizens so they can vote, and stack the deck and change laws in favor of Democrats to effectively rig the next Presidential election. After Obama gets reelected to a second term it will get super ugly because half the nation will totally have had it with our Federal government system and they will literally take matters in their own hands.

The real Barack Obama is still unknown, supposedly. One take is that he is a smart guy who will move toward the center and govern moderately and competently. Another take is that he is the most radical person to ever hold the position of President who will take the US on a hard left course into a socialist state lacking any resemblance to the country our founders gave us.

I also have a third scenario, and it is my scariest one: he will do the latter, but make it appear like the former. That is, he will be take the US on a hard left course, but in such a way so as to not scare the Christopher Buckleys and soccer moms of the world too much, too soon.

President Bush, Obama and McCain and most of the Congress and the Senate all sang the Hank Paulson blues to America. The 700 Billion figure was just a figure pulled out of thin air because they did not think they could sell over a trillion dollars to the American people. At first they did not have the votes but then they added $150 billion in pork to buy the votes they needed. Now Paulson is taking the money and doing the exact oppose that he said he was going to do with it. Much of the money was given to a few bank who did not need it but had no choice but to take it. On the one hand they are telling these banks that they forced to take money to tighten up there lending requirements and on the other hand they are saying they need to lend out more money. The 46 Billion loan to AIG is now up to $150 Billion. The Fanny May Freddie Mac bailout is going to cost much more than they ever let on.

There will be hundreds of hands out for the remaining piece of the money pie. Taxpayers will be given the choice to make more money pies or lose their jobs. The bill to the taxpayers in any case will probably exceed two trillions dollars and that will not include the cost of falling government revenues in a recession. Then the government thinks they can finance trillions of dollars in additional debt to world suckers at less than the world inflation rate? More likely the government will be forced to just print additional dollars to pay the debt which will make the dollar crash like a rock bringing the U.S. a much greater financial disaster.

This is what happens when Americans let government morons try to manage things like they actually know what they are doing. If these people had any brains to start with they would not be working for the government. Now Americans will put a President in place who wants the government to manage just about everything ranging from health care, to energy, to climate. It seems to me the American people deserve the Demented Delusional or Dumb Club Award for knowing nothing, being the most gullible people on earth and trusting their own future to these morons running the Federal government.

The White House says: “We’ll just trust our treasury secretary to implement the program.” President Bush insists “government’s role will be limited and temporary.” Meanwhile, Democratic Rep. Barney Frank is shrugging off the lack of bailout disclosure by both the Federal Reserve and Treasury. But as I reminded readers before this latest bait-and-switch admission, Hank Paulson is not to be trusted. I repeat:

This is the man who proclaimed the subprime crisis “largely contained” in April 2007; “near the bottom” in May 2007; and “largely contained” again in August 2007. This is the man who pledged that he had “no interest in bailing out lenders or property speculators” in October 2007 and couldn’t “think of any situation where the backdrop of the global economy was as healthy as it is today.”

This is the man who patted himself on the back for refusing to “put taxpayer money on the line” to rescue Lehman Brothers on Sept. 15 — and then turned around the next day and engineered the $85 billion taxpayer-funded bailout of AIG. This is the man who vowed he had “no plans to insert money” into Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac — and then turned around and committed $200 billion in capital and credit lines to those corrupt, bloated, crumbling institutions.

This is the man who declared that “the worst is likely to be behind us” in May 2008.

I do not see how the Federal government can overturn current laws adopted by all the states. So the first act Obama would sign would be unconstitutional. How fitting. Somehow I do not think that if Obama takes the path of tyranny that He will be leading this country very long. America is in for a very rude awaking in a few months. The first act signed by Obama will be unconstitutional and open the door to kill an additional hundred thousand babies. It seems that this will be only the first of many such activities.That makes me wonder if Liberals live in reality they simply do not understand America. They actually thought America was voting in fascism. They will find out differently.

So why was it that most of you Catholics voted for Obama? You say it is because you do not even believe the teachings of your Church? That says wonders about the state of Catholicism among Americans.

That statistic was a bit surprising to American Life League (ALL), considering the effort by many of the church’s bishops to sway the flock away from supporting the strong pro-abortion candidate. An Obama Victory in 2012 is very likely for the reasons stated in this article. The solution to constitutional abuses by the federal government is also the one stated. States and local governments simply do not have to go along with unconstitutional federal decrees because each State in this Union has sovereignty to decide its own fate. Sure, that means that the federal government will attempt to blackmail and intimidate local governments by cutting off federal funding but States can also withhold taxes to the federal government and secede from the Union if necessary. When that happens federal government will obviously use federal forces and expose themselves to all American patriots as the out of control central government that they will have become. When Heartland America wakes up some States will get victory from federal tyranny.

This, along with some other measures, will both grow the Hispanic voting block and ingratiate Obama to it. They already exist in most of the western world and, incredibly, some judges actually view this as precedent. Ruth Bader-Ginsberg, that affirmative-action appointee, said herself that the Internet makes other nations’ court rulings readily available and that we should learn from them. Said she, “[As judges and lawyers] we must look beyond our borders, to the laws and constitutions of other nations.” By the way, some people call this a judicial philosophy. I call it malfeasance and treason.

So this is our probable dystopian reality. Yet we do have some recourse. And here is what I recommend for now.

The Founding Fathers meant for us to be a nation of states, not a nation state; they intended for most power to rest on the state level and for localities to largely shape their own destinies. We must embrace this model with boldness and vigor. Huge swaths of our nation are now in the pocket of the left, but there are yet bastions of light wherein traditionalists can hold sway. In these places, campaign hard and seize control of the local governments. Then, resist any and every unconstitutional mandate.

This well thought out article points out the division that this election will bring no matter who wins. This election is going to bring division in this nation like we have never seen since the Civil War. When elections are rigged by money and media brainwashing or the media plays up lies about stolen elections how can you expect a cordial outcome? If Obama loses there will be riots and stolen election accusations by the race baiters and the media. On the Republican side we already know that the horrendous agenda of the Far Left against the middle class and Christians is going to restart the patriot movement big time. So Obama’ win is not going to bring unity to this nation either.

Something really has to be done about the press coverage of candidates in the U.S. The people running are picked by the media elite in any analysis of the facts. The elections are not fair or democratic. It is getting like Putin’s Russia where his party controls the media and the media control the minds of the people. The media influenced the outcome of this election from the start of the primaries, that is no secret. If somehow McCain should win, the media will be there to incite riots.

No matter who wins Tuesday America is going to be a different country.

When the sun rises on November 5, regardless of who the president-elect is, a more un-United States than has existed since the Civil War will wake to dispute the results of the disgusting campaign that has mercifully come to an end.

Whoever the losers, they will believe they were cheated, and will point fingers at those they believe responsible. Almost half the nation will view the winner as illegitimate, and will do everything in their power to undermine his authority as long as he’s in the White House.

With this animosity will come a new level of hatred between those of differing political persuasions like nothing our country has experienced in the modern era.

Putting it bluntly, and without sounding too much like Rev. Jeremiah “G-d Damn America” Wright, there will be no such thing as Americans anymore.

Instead, there’ll be Democrats and Republicans, Liberals and Conservatives, and encounters between the members of these groups will for years nay decades be at best unfriendly, and at worst quite hostile if not downright violent.

I honestly don’t hold a lot of hope in this upcoming presidential election. I have a sinking feeling that Obama is going to win. Perhaps not by the landslide he hopes, but a miss is as good as a mile (as they say), so we’re faced with the prospect of “change” being forced on us in the next four years whether we like it or not.

How could this happen? How did America, the land of the free and the home of the brave, get to this point? It’s because we have become dogs. We sit on command. We stay. We roll over. We beg. Oh boy do we beg.

Obama’s platform – and yes, to a lesser extent McCain’s – is based in socialism, pure and simple. Our wealth will be spread around, our housing and medical care will be taken out of the private sector and nationalized, thus becoming (ahem) “free.” Our right to bear arms will be severely infringed, and in all other respects our constitutionally guaranteed American rights will go to hell in a handbasket.

Throughout history, people have spent lifetimes trying to break free from the chains of bondage. Here in the U.S., for the first time in the course of human events, our Founding Fathers achieved that concept – first through the Declaration of Independence, later supplemented with the 13th Amendment. And now, 232 years later, we are happily and voluntarily fettering ourselves with chains much thicker, heavier and oppressive than England ever imposed upon us in the height of King George’s insanity.

All because we’ve become dogs. We roll over in submission for someone to scratch our bellies. We cower when we’re smacked with a newspaper. We beg for treats. Our world implodes when our masters are angry with us.
