You learn something everyday. I did not know Baum wrote “Oz” as a spoof to expose the forces conspiring to gain control of the economy. I guess what applied then even more so applies today. This article by Dave Daubenmire should be food for thought.

Dave Daubenmire — Follow the Yellow Brick Road

Back to The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. L. Frank Baum wrote this spoof on the late 1890’s attempt to reform America’s monetary policy. Even back then the “bankers” were attempting to take the American dollar off of the gold standard. Baum wrote “Oz” to expose the forces conspiring to gain control of the economy.

“Oz is short for ounce, the measure for gold and silver.

Dorothy, hailing from Kansas, represents the commoner.

The Tin Woodsman is the industrial worker, rusted solid as the factories shut down in the 1893 depression. The Scarecrow is the farmer who apparently doesn’t have the wit to understand his situation or his political interests. The Cowardly Lion is William Jennings Bryan; (Ron Paul) who had a loud roar but little political power as he fought the political powers of his day.

The Good Witches represent the magical potential of the people of the Midwest and the South (red states).

After vanquishing the Wicked Witch of the East (the Eastern bankers) Dorothy frees The Munchkins (the little people). With the witch’s silver slippers (the silver standard), (they change to ruby red in the movie) Dorothy sets out on the Yellow Brick Road (the gold standard) to the Emerald City (Washington), where they meet the Wizard (the President), who appears powerful, but is ultimately revealed as an illusion; the real Wizard being just a little man who pulls levers behind a curtain” (printing presses).

“Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain…” We must once again come to the realization that WE hold all of the power. The Scarecrow, the Tin Man and the Cowardly Lion are us.

The Scarecrow was looking for a brain, all of the time convinced he needed “experts” to think for him. The Tin Man was looking for a heart, feeling he needed the “great and powerful Oz” to restore his broken spirit through government handouts. And the Cowardly Lion needed only the courage to fight.

Dave says enemies of truth substituted lies throughout our society. Now that is the truth.

Dave Daubenmire — The Separation of Truth and State

he separation between the TRUTH AND THE STATE is what they were after. It wasn’t religion they had to remove. It was the Truth that stood in the way.

“Truth has fallen in the streets.” They told us truth was relative, and that ethics were “situational.” They chided our children, “don’t judge,” and chastised those who did. They removed from the school house wall the scales by which all morality was weighed and soon everyone was doing “what was right in their own eyes.”

“If it feels good do it. Tune-in, turn-on, drop-out. Go for the gusto. You only pass this way once. Live and let live. Go for it. You deserve it. Did God really say that? Everyone lies about sex…”

We are a nation of liars. We expect lying from our leaders. They don’t even blush.

We hire teachers to teach us lies and elected politicians to tell us lies. We pay them to teach lies, tell lies, so we can believe lies. Lies make us feel better.

How else can you explain what is being taught to our children in our schools with our permission and dollars?

But it didn’t start there. It started in the ivory towers of academia first. Communism, masquerading as liberalism, snuck into positions of authority. Communism is a God-less system of government where absolute Truth does not exist. Right and wrong was no longer defined by the God of the Bible, but by public opinion, or worse yet, the university-trained terrorists in black robes.

You should be hearing a reoccurring drum beat from these Christians. It is time to quit playing the Republican bait and switch game and to get busy forming our own political party.

Here’s the trap they fall into. Every election cycle they wait and see who the candidates are going to be and then try and pick the “most Christian” of the bunch. You don’t rise to the top of American politics in the two-party system without a great deal of compromise. What was it Glen Campbell sang in Rhinestone Cowboy? “There’s been a load of compromisin’ on the road to my horizon.” It is time to look outside the current political system.

If Dr. Dobson and friends were to begin right now to focus on 2012 they can “git ‘er dun.” Surely those referenced in my Dobson letter can find a qualified “Christian leader” to carry the mantle. No more professional politicians, no more Washington “insiders,” find a Christian statesman who has been successful outside the realm of politics and throw all of their support behind him. Why do they think only politicians can lead, when in fact, most make it to the top by following the party line? What makes a lifetime in politics a good thing on the resume’?  

“But Coach, you’ll just divide the party and Hillary will win.” Shut up, will you, you mind-numbed robot? You’re smarter than that. Maybe the Republican Party needs to go the way of the Whigs.

Dave Daubenmire — Hillary Can’t Win: “Hillary Clinton cannot win and they all know it. This election is not about her, it is about Rudy. The forces at work want Rudy to live at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. There is no way any clear-thinking conservative would ever vote for him and the “men from U.N.C.L.E.” know that. He is pro-abortion, pro-gay rights, anti-gun, and a scallywag in his personal life. But he can beat Hillary, at least that’s what all of the “experts” say. And that is the goal, you know, beating Hillary. Hillary is the wolf, “she’ll huff and she’ll puff…” Please Rudy rescue us from the wolf!”

I wrote back last December that we needed to keep our eye on the ball. That something was at work “behind the curtain.” I thought then that John McCain would lead a revolt out of the Republican Party and throw the election to Hillary. Forty-three percent was the most she could ever get. Her husband never reached fifty. McCain is toast, so I have re-evaluated the game plan. It is Rudy they want. Hillary makes Rudy the “lesser of two evils” they hope the “three little pigs” will choose.

If the coach is right that the elite want Rudy as President, it will be because they think it is time for the US to have a Fascist dictator.

Dave Daubenmire — I’m Homo-Nauseous: “The government promotes it. The schools promote it. TV and films are awash with homo-stars. Churches are embracing it. Homosexual activists are the real fascists. They are determined to control what you think, believe, and say. They hate free speech. They will do all they can to silence men like me. Well, I’m sick of it. Leave me alone. Leave our children alone, leave our schools alone, and leave our culture alone. What is wrong with the Church? Can’t they see what is happening to America? Can’t they see what is happening to our children? Can’t they see the rug is being pulled out from under them?”

All of a sudden I have this nauseous feeling that certain words are going to disappear from our dictionary and will become forbidden hate speech. Like pervert, debauchery, deviant and homo anything.

Laws are being enacted to make these fairies… opps, can’t use that word…gays (Honestly they seem more queer then gay) in the class of a protected species. In their defense they are dying off at a much rate faster then the hetero human species because of their queer “gay” practices. So perhaps they do need to be protected from themselves.

Therefore for their own good, we the people, need to enact laws that make their queer “gay” activities illegal. It was illegal and still is illegal in much of the world, it is illegal in the instruction manual that God gave us. It even was illegal right here in the USA not too many years ago (until the godless socialists took over our public institutions … but that is another issue). We the people, need to enact a constitutional amendment to protect this queer “gay” species from killing themselves and to protect others from the spread of venereal and immune deficiency enhanced diseases and mental disease.

Dave Daubenmire — Stop Apologizing to the Devil: “The media has been after me a bit lately. They hate the fact that I am not one of those “nice” Christians that the Devil is trying to convince us we must be. Have you ever noticed that? The Devil’s kids are the one always calling the names and explaining to us how a Christian should act. Most Christians can’t wait to perform penance for not meeting the Devil’s standards of Christian-behavior. Hey, it is a free country. They have a right to voice their opinion. But why is it that so much of the church-world takes its cue from what they hear from the media?”

I don’t know if America can ever recover from our acceptance of lying. Honesty used to be a virtue. Today it is a weakness. The truthful are ridiculed. The dishonest are promoted. “

The Coach is at his best here. I counted 66 lies in this article. I might partly disagree with one, some humans apparently have evolved from pond scum.

Dave Daubenmire — Who’s Tending Your Garden?: “Listen to the voice of experience. Don’t be surprised if you wake up in twelve years and you don’t recognize the fruit in your home. What you nurture will grow, what you neglect will die. Get your kids out of the public schools. They may have nice buildings, a good band, athletic program, great test scores, and be “fun” for your kids. But they are feeding your children poison. Don’t nutritionists constantly warn us “you are what you eat?” “

The Bible says in the end times children shall rise up against their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death. Where do they learn this rebellion? Certainly not at home.

“What should we do, Coach?” they inquired of me. “We think it is horrible what they are exposing our kids to at such a young age. Somebody is going to have to do something about it?”

“You want a plan? Well here you go. Call everyone that you know. Every pastor, every elder, every church member, every Sunday school teacher and ask them to join us at the school board meeting next Monday. If you do that, if you rally a crowd, I’ll go speak on your behalf. We will demand that the homosexual agenda be removed from our schools, that comprehensive sex-education be aborted, that abstinence education be the ONLY thing taught, and that every student be taught creationism as the origin of the species. We will make it clear that until our demands are met, not a one of us will ever vote for a school levy again, and we will encourage everyone we know to also oppose government indoctrination of our kids. They work for us. The school board will never see the light until they feel the heat. I say it is time we turned up the temperature.”

It was pretty clear to everyone. Now was the time to fish or cut bait.
In the back of the room a cowardly man stood up and cleared his throat. “This seems pretty radical stuff to me. There are a lot of good people working in the schools. They do the best they can to educate our children, with all of the restraints that are put on them” And then he hid behind his skirt. “I’ll have to pray about it. I’d have to be led by the Lord to do that.” “

We have the perverted public agendas only because people either want them or allow them. So who do we blame for that?

The “I’ll have to pray about it” skirt is used by many. It usually means I don’t agree with you but I don’t want to have to deal with the consequences of telling you that. It could also mean that I am an ignoramus.

Dave Daubenmire — The Church of the Dead Sea As I surveyed the crowd I was struck with the realization that most Christians, even in good Bible-teaching churches, are over-stuffed. You know the feeling, the laziness that always follows a good meal and the desire to sit in an easy-chair and snooze. That is what is happening in our churches. Christians are sitting in the pew, occasionally raising a hand in agreement with the Word, crying out, “Amen” to the pastor much the way a sheep “baaa’s,” and slowly chewing on the meat that is being served. When the service is over, they go home, lie on the couch, chew on the cud, and bide their time for their next opportunity to go to church and eat.

Once in a while Dave Daubenmire’s observations leave me somewhat bewildered. I don’t know where he attends church but his observation in this article are not based on the facts. Most Christians do not go to Church three times a week and none are over-stuffed with the word. You are luck to get Christians to attend church once a week for one or two hours. Most Christians are starving for the lack of the word being taught. I have yet to meet one Christian that is over-stuffed with the word. Most Christians have never even read through the Bible in their entire lifetime. What is really happening is that most who go to church come home empty and they do not feed for themselves either. They cannot go out and do battle because they have no armor and are not experienced in using the sword.

Dave Daubenmire — Calling ‘Em Like I see ‘Em: “Take it from me. I spent 28 years in those Synagogues of Satan. I and millions of “Christian” teachers are responsible for not speaking up long ago. Nothing will undo the damage my “working within the system” has caused. I can only strive to declare the Truth to those who are willing to listen. American education is a mess. We have failed our kids. “

They have convinced us that Tommy and Billy who live down the street are the real face of homosexuality. Sadly, as those who walked into the den of iniquity with us on Saturday can attest, the under-belly of sodomy is a despicable thing to see.”

“The debauchery parading down our public streets is abominable.”

“Isn’t it interesting,” another guy chimed in. “Churches spend thousands of dollars traveling to the foreign mission field to get pagans saved, and today there were 45,000 lost souls marching down High Street in broad daylight.”

Dave has a message that Christians in America need to hear. We had better start doing something about what is going on at the home front. The demented gay pride parade rebellions against God is one prime example.
