The news this week that John McCain will attend the national convention of La Raza is beyond disturbing.

I guess he wants the earth to become the planet of the apes and cockroaches. Now you know why there is no shortage of eco-fascists. Big oil is not to blame for the high price of gasoline; the blame must fall squarely in the lap of the environmental extremists who use propaganda and fear-mongering to block the increases in the production of readily available fossil fuels. There are sufficient reserves of coal to last about 200 years. Despite Jimmy Carter’s 1970s declaration that the world would be out of oil by 2000, and considering the anticipated increase in demand, there are enough known oil reserves to last at least 60 years. This energy should be available now.

Every time a person fills up at the pump, he should visualize the billions of barrels of oil that are waiting in Alaska, and the billions of barrels of oil that are waiting in the Dakotas and Montana, and the billions of barrels of oil that are waiting just off shore – and curse the environmental extremists who are forcing him to pay far more for his transportation than is necessary.

Gordon Brown’s nauseating globalism

Brown’s tedious, hour-long speech impudently demanded that we issue a “Declaration of Interdependence” in order to submit to global governance. That’s another way of calling on the United States to repeal the Declaration of Independence.

The redundancy of Brown’s outrageous semantics was oppressive. His speech used the word global 69 times, globalization 7 times, and interdependence 13 times.

Brown rejected the traditional concept of national sovereignty, which means an independent nation not subservient to outside control, telling Americans to replace it with “responsible sovereignty,” which he defined as accepting what he calls our global “obligations.” Hold on to your pocketbook.

Brown admitted that his “main argument” is that the United States must accept “new global rules,” “new global institutions” and “global networks.” Brown’s global rules include massive U.S. cash handouts and opening U.S. borders to the world.

Brown even slipped in an attempt at thought control: “Americans must learn to think inter-continentally.” He declaimed, “We are all internationalists now.”

Using the rhetorical device of inevitability, Brown warned Americans that his vision of the globalist future is “irreversible transformation.” He wants to “transcend states” and “transcend borders” as he builds the “architecture of a global society.”

Brown peddled the nonsense that the peoples of the world “subscribe to similar ideals.” He tried to tell Americans that all religions (Christians, Jews, Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs and Buddhists) have “common values” and “similar ideals.” No, they certainly do not.

Brown wants to increase the power of the United Nations to become the source of “an international stand-by capacity of trained civilian experts, ready to go anywhere at any time,” and even be able to exercise “military force.” Americans do not intend to cede such authority to the corrupt United Nations.

The silliest part of Brown’s ponderous speech was his claim that “a global society” is “advancing democracy widely across the world.” In fact, he doesn’t even practice democracy in his own country.

I do not know which is more demented, those who take part in a celebration of pot and rebellion or having laws that half of the nation have broken. Some people are doing hard time in prison as felons for use of marijuana in private while others openly flaunt it in public while law enforcement does nothing. You would think that society would get the message after fifty years of this. If you really want to control lusts of the flesh of sinful people you cannot have a free society. However, the world’s alternative brings repression and tyranny. The only solution for man is to put King Jesus on the throne.

Obama likes to compare himself to Ronald Reagan. Reagan, Obama says, negotiated with the USSR. Naturally, Obama neglects to mention that Reagan only negotiated with the USSR after placing missiles in Europe, funding Star Wars, joking about bombing the Soviets and calling the USSR an “evil empire.” Obama’s meetings would be more like an Oprah interview than a Reagan negotiation.

The Cavalier Daily published a cartoon that pictured a naked man smoking a cigarette in bed with a woman in her underwear who asks, “Come on God, be honest – did you really get a vasectomy? I can’t let Joseph find out about this.” The man, who is now revealed as God, replies, “Well, Mary, you’re f—ed.”How abhorring it is when the freedom of the press is abused to demean the biblical God and the most sacred couple in Christendom, especially right before Easter. If the cartoon depicted Allah or Muhammad, there undoubtedly would have been a national decry of bigotry. Yet it seems in vogue to disgrace Christianity, and so it was brushed under the rug of contempt and barely highlighted by any news agency.

The other day I got a computer magazine all talking about global warming and what we all need to do about it. So why would a computer magazine jump on the global warming bandwagon? I can’t really see it selling more issues, it might even make a few people like me angry enough to cancel their subscription. The only answer is that the editors of the magazine like so many others have been been successfully brainwashed.

No matter how much science is published discrediting man caused global warming we cannot reach the masses with the truth. That is because certain high level people in government, education and media are actively continuing the brainwashing. They simply have too much money and power to lose to ever admit that there is no true scientific facts backing their claims. It is just like trying to preach salvation in Jesus to those blinded by the world. They simply choose not to see and be saved.

The only way this socialist tax transfer scheme is going to be stopped is if God puts us into a ice age. People now only believe what they are told by their media masters and gurus. They have been so dumbed down in their schools that they cannot think for themselves. They just sit in front of the liberal media propaganda program for their daily feeding.

Think I am wrong? How else would you explain the current socialist nominations for president? The formation of the godless EUSR? The rise of the new fascist Russia? I met many of them up-close-and-personal last week at a major Wall Street Journal conference at which I was an invited speaker. My fellow speakers included many CEOs (from General Electric, Wal-Mart, Duke Energy and Dow Chemical, to name just a few), California’s Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and the heads of several environmental activist groups.

The audience — a sold-out crowd of hundreds who had to apply to be admitted and pay a $3,500 fee — consisted of representatives of the myriad businesses that seek to make a financial killing from climate alarmism.

There were representatives of the solar, wind and biofuel industries that profit from taxpayer mandates and subsidies, representatives from financial services companies that want to trade permits to emit CO2, and public relations and strategic consultants to all of the above.

We libertarians would call such an event a rent-seekers ball — the vast majority of the audience was there to plot how they could lock in profits from government mandates on taxpayers and consumers. It was an amazing collection of pseudo-entrepreneurs who were absolutely impervious to the scientific and economic facts that ought to deflate the global warming bubble.

There is so much money in drugs going to the U.S. that even government not already corrupted by the money cannot cope with the gangsters. Over tens thousands people die in drug wars and by drug overdoses in Mexico and the United States each year.

More U.S. citizens die because of drug users then die in Iraq but where are the liberals on this issue? Drugs have led to government corruption and is leading to a police state yet demented users think that doing drugs is harmless. If there were no users these things would not be happening. Therefore, if you use illegal drugs you are also guilty of murder.

Many of the same people who make the most noise about U.S. foreign wars are the same ones that bring murder and tyranny through their immoral drug use. What percentage of the rich and famous that are always whining about Iraq and George Bush use drugs and bring this death to the land? They ought to learn the meaning of the word hypocrite!

The huge corporate American farmers are making a killing (literally) from the huge run up in the price of grain products due to corn based Ethanol production. This Ethanol hoax on the American people is running up the cost of most food products we buy and the farm products are even still being subsidized by your own tax dollars.

Corn Ethanol certainly is not going to lower your gas prices or solve any energy crises. Your politicians have no guts to bring about any real solution to the energy problem so they try to appease gullible American people with junk science nonsense of an Ethanol solution while they fill their own pockets with contributions from special interest groups. Never mind that their ethanol polices will bring hunger and starvation to people in third world countries that depend on low cost grains for their very survival. Food stocks are now so low worldwide that any major crop failure could bring about famine. Should the American people allow these insane polices to continue?

But politicians, corn farmers and ethanol producers know they are running a cruel hoax on the American consumer. They are in it for the money. The top leader in the ethanol hoax is Archer Daniels Midland, the country’s largest producer of ethanol. Ethanol producers and the farm lobby have pressured farm-state congressmen into believing that it would be political suicide if they didn’t support subsidized ethanol production. That’s the stick. Campaign contributions play the role of the carrot.

Lets face it, the US is run by morons only because dumbed down idiots elect their American Idol. Now you know why the founders of this country did not want everyone to have a vote. There is not going to be a pleasant outcome to this. We are witnessing the beginning of the end of a superpower.
