‘France worried by Iran-Israel tension’

‘France worried by Iran-Israel tension’ Jerusalem Post: “In the interview, Sarkozy said, ‘Everyone agrees that what the Iranians are doing has no civilian explanation. The only debate is whether they will have military capability in one year or in five years.’ “

Why then would you want to wait years to take it out?

A military attack on Iran is now more likely

FrontPage Magazine: “Other analysts – John Bolton, Patrick Clawson, Valerie Lincy and Gary Milhollin, Caroline Glick, Claudia Rossett, Michael Rubin, and Gerald Steinberg – have skillfully dissected and refuted this shoddy, politicized, outrageous parody of a piece of propaganda, so I need not dwell on that here. Further, leading members of Congress are ‘not convinced’ of the NIE’s conclusions. French and German leaders snubbed it, as did the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, and even the International Atomic Energy Agency expressed doubts. British intelligence believe its American counterparts were hoodwinked, while Israeli intelligence responded with shock and disappointment. “

“The debate most assuredly will continue to evolve and the influence of this NIE will fade and become just one of many appraisals, technical and non-technical, official and unofficial, American and non-American.
In short, with Option #1 undermined and Option #3 unacceptable, Option #2 – war carried out by either U.S. or Israeli forces – becomes the more probable. Thus have short-sighted, small-minded, blatantly partisan intelligence bureaucrats, trying to hide unpleasant realities, helped engineer their own nightmare.”

His assessment is probably correct. The main difference is the attack will now be delayed about two or three years after it should have taken place. At that time Iran will be in a better position and any attack on Iran could be far more deadly and it could lead to World War III. Also, the person in the White House at that time might be wearing a skirt or ought to be wearing a skirt. Israel is now also forced to do what it thinks is necessary for her survival even if she has to do it alone and that also can start World War III. This NIE report is the dumbest action since just prior to world II. In fact it probably trumps the miscalculations made at that time and it can have a more deadly outcome.

Shas minister: Americans’ attitude to report reminiscent of Auschwitz

Shas minister: Americans’ attitude to report reminiscent of Auschwitz – Israel News, Ynetnews
“It can not be that (US President George W.) Bush is committed to peace as was declared at Annapolis, and then the Americans propagate such an intelligence report which contradicts the information we have proving Iran intends to obtain nuclear weapons,” Cohen said. “How can we rely on the Americans if they publish this report that emasculates what the world explicitly knows regarding Iran, and renders impotent the entire struggle against the Iranians?”

Minister Cohen asserted that the report must have been “ordered by someone who wants dialogue with Tehran” and formulated an historical analogy to express just how serious the situation is: “In the middle of the previous century the Americans received intelligence reports from Auschwitz on the packed trains going to the extermination camps. They claimed then that the railways were industrial. Their attitude today to the information coming out of Iran on the Iranians’ intention to produce a nuclear bomb reminds one of their attitude during the holocaust.” “Minister Cohen asserted that the report must have been “ordered by someone who wants dialogue with Tehran”

You think this demented NIA report has not made Israel mad?

‘US report ended attack option on Iran’

‘US report ended attack option on Iran’ Jerusalem Post: “The paper quoted Israeli intelligence sources who said Iran had been the top priority of the Mossad for the past five years, and the organization assessed that Teheran’s nuclear weapons program was very much alive and could produce a nuclear weapon by 2009. “

Maybe someone can explain to me how Iran can have too many nuclear facilities for Israel to attack alone and then for someone to say with a straight face that Iran is not developing an all out nuclear weapons program?

Israel launches diplomatic offensive to counter US report

Israel launches diplomatic offensive to counter US report – Israel News, Ynetnews
Israeli intelligence disputes the report’s conclusion, Barak said, and still believes Tehran is still trying to develop a nuclear weapon: ”It’s apparently true that in 2003 Iran stopped pursuing its military nuclear program for a time. But in our opinion, since then it has apparently continued that program. There are differences in the assessments of different organizations in the world about this, and only time will tell who is right.”

Asked if the new US assessment reduced chances that the US will launch a military strike on Iran, Barak
said that was ”possible.”

However, he said, ”We cannot allow ourselves to rest just because of an intelligence report from the other side of the earth, even if it is from our greatest friend.”

That report should never have been released it plays right into the hands of the Iranians. Now Russia and China are using the report as an excuse not to put sanctions on Iran. The Democrats are using the report to make like Iran is not a threat and to demonize anyone who says they are. Israel is being forced into a military option where they will be condemned by the world or risk losing their cities. Israel Intelligence does not agree with our NIE report and their intelligence has proved to be better than ours.

Since when were top secret intelligence agencies given the right to subvert the foreign policy of the executive branch of the government? That is exactly what this report does. If I were the President heads would be rolling or from now on all foreign policy decisions will be made by consensus of unelected bureaucrats and the media. I know that leftists want to run government that way but that is not our constitutional form of government. All who took part in this coup d’état receive my Demented Delusional or Dumb Club of the week award. Iran thanks you all.

Israelis hit Syrian ‘nuclear bomb plant’

Israelis hit Syrian ‘nuclear bomb plant’ – Times Online: “ISRAEL’S top-secret air raid on Syria in September destroyed a bomb factory assembling warheads fuelled by North Korean plutonium, a leading Israeli nuclear expert has told The Sunday Times. Professor Uzi Even of Tel Aviv University was one of the founders of the Israeli nuclear reactor at Dimona, the source of the Jewish state’s undeclared nuclear arsenal. “I suspect that it was a plant for processing plutonium, namely, a factory for assembling the bomb,” he said. “I think the DPRK [Democratic People’s Republic of Korea] transferred to Syria weapons-grade plutonium in raw form, that is nuggets of easily transported metal in protective cans. I think the shaping and casting of the plutonium was supposed to be in Syria.”

So how do we know there won’t be more, or that Iran was not also given plutonium by the North Koreans. I don’t think anyone can say that Iran does not have nukes with a large degree of confidence. They could have even got nukes after the Soviet Union collapse.

Iran wins at Annapolis summit

WorldNetDaily: Iran wins at Annapolis summit: “Bush’s and Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice’s Annapolis adventure is poised to fail just as every single other U.S.-backed Israeli-Palestinian conference before it from the Madrid conference through the Oslo process through the Camp David summit in 2000 has failed. And just as all other conferences and summits – 100 percent of the time – led to more violence, terrorism and regional instability, so too will Annapolis. Only this time, it will be Iran that will advance on the chessboard, with its proxies one step closer to victory.”

Road to Nowhere

American Thinker: Road to Nowhere: “Certainly, rational people can find a two state solution that might be fair to both parties, assuming both sides were willing to end the conflict and accept the other’s existence. That of course is true on only one side of this dispute. Israel paved the way for a Palestinian state by signing onto the Oslo process, and offered it to the Palestinians at Camp David. The Palestinians signed onto the elimination of Israel in stages with that same agreement. For Israel, there really is nothing to negotiate and nobody to negotiate with at this point. At best, Israel can hope to manage the conflict with the Palestinians. And recent history has shown that management of the conflict works better when Israel is firm and decisive. Appeasing, conceding, and begging for recognition that is not coming, only sends the wrong messages to Israel’s enemies.”

Fundamentally Freund: Five reasons to bomb Iran now

Fundamentally Freund: Five reasons to bomb Iran now Jerusalem Post: “even as Iran continues to progress down the dangerous road to an atomic arsenal, the tough talk emanating from Washington and Jerusalem in recent months has suddenly and inexplicably melted away. And this should have us all very, very worried. “

If Iran obtains nuclear weapons, nuclear war in the Middle East is certain within a decade. If we take out their capabilities there is a good chance that the loons running the country will be overthrown. That could buy enough time for peace to be established in the Middle East. Some people say that it would only set back Iran’s program for a few years. That may be true now but if we had hit them two years ago when we should have it would have set them back a decade. Even if they waste their resources and rebuild their nuclear facilities there is no reason why they cannot be hit again. Contrary to what some are saying it is not inevitable that Iran will ever possess nukes.

Any leader that will allow Iran – the supporter of Islamic terrorism – to have the option of lauching a nuclear attack or putting nuclear material in the hands of terrorists should be wrapped in a straight jacket and put in a padded room where they cannot hurt anyone.

‘Olmert lubricating wheels of terror with his bare hands

‘Olmert lubricating wheels of terror with his bare hands’ – Israel News, Ynetnews: “Prime Minister Ehud Olmert is lubricating the wheels of terror with his bear hands and selling the Israeli citizens’ security for nothing, Knesset Member Zevulun Orlev, chairman of the National Religious Party, said Wednesday. Orlev made the remarks in response to the prime minister’s decision to supply the Palestinians with 25 armored vehicles from Russia and 2 million bullets from Jordan, despite the defense establishment’s objection to the move.”

“The armored vehicles and the ammunition will be directed at the citizens of Israel. The fact that the prime minister is showing contempt for the warnings of the defense establishment is complete anarchy,”

So why don’t you just get rid of this dangerous man before he gets people killed? If the religous parties pull out their support he is gone.

‘Annapolis cannot fail says Olmert

‘Annapolis cannot fail – summit taking place is a success’ Jerusalem Post: “‘Annapolis cannot be a failure because the fact that it is taking place is a success unto itself,’ Prime Minister Ehud Olmert said on Sunday during his meeting in Jerusalem with French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner. “

What a delusional concept. Your enemies are only attending so Israel will get blamed for the failure that is certain. Besides, giving up your national lands to terrorists and Islamofascism is a strategic and moral failure and there will be a price to pay for that failure.

Israel Should Suffer More

No Gravatar

Laurie Roth — Israel Should Suffer More: “Considering the position our current administration has adopted regarding the nation of Israel, why don’t we just tell Israel and the Jews to slit their wrists and be done with it? Why not? Our suggestions, manipulations and demands seem to translate into national suicide for them. Condoleezza Rice has been spending quite a lot of energy and time in the Middle East…..apparently, trying to build a legacy”

“Just when you think you have lost your mind regarding the political manipulation of Israel by American leaders in conjunction with HAMAS growing dramatically in power, then we hear about the HAMAS fan club! Guess who they want to be President this next election? Unsurprisingly, they are lobbying for none other than Hillary Clinton, a long-time supporter of the Palestinians.”

The bottom line is that everyone is being manipulated or blackmailed to comply to the wishes of elitist fools so they themselves can get more power, fame and riches. They care nothing about justice or doing what is right in the world. They only care about themselves and their own legacy so they can get huge speaking fees and multi million dollar book contracts. I don’t for a minute think that those who are putting on this circus show at Annapolis care who they put in danger in their lions cage. They have their own agenda.
