A Democratic Party President, a Democratic House and a filibuster proof Democratic Senate would be the end of this nation as we know it. When are people going to realize that this secular humanist amoral Democratic party is not the Democratic party of our fathers? It is a fifth column of elite that wants to force the U.S. to conform to the socialist globalist rules of the UN and the EU.

We would be a Left wing Fascist socialist nation in no time. Within a year or two they would have a liberal Supreme Court to uphold their unconstitutional laws and anything Obama, Harry and Nanny wanted they would get. The whole U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights would be redefined by godless socialists. By the end of term they will have changed media laws, they will have put into effect anti Christian hate speech laws and they will have made broad political changes that will insure that they stay in power. Somewhat like Putin and his Fascist people are now doing in Russia.

Even if they do not get their filibuster proof majority in the Senate it does not mean that we are out of the woods. If there is a Democratic President the scum suckers will try to change the Senate rules and stop filibusters all together and they will probably succeed. The only reason these bottom feeding scum suckers have not attempted to do that already is that they know that a Senate rules change now would not help them with a Republican President in office who would veto their bills.

So gee…nothing less then our Republic is on the line during the next election. So if you want to live under left wing Fascism you know how to vote. I find it simply unbelievable that so many people in this nation continue to vote for a national party that has not taken a correct moral stand on any significant issue in decades. Don’t you people even believe what your religion teaches? If not quit pretending! Admit you believe in nothing but how the government can give you a free handout.

Don’t count on being able to remove these bottom feeders in four years like some say will happen either. By then the rules of the political game will have changed and they will have muzzled free speech. We could even be under Marshall law. You will need a military coup to get the scum suckers out of office if that happens.

Just one example is the cost of gas. Why do you think gas is four dollars a gallon? I find this method of indoctrinating school children to normal everyday living being harmful to the earth with the “climate crime” connotation as distasteful and wrong headed. I have no problems with energy conservation, in fact I encourage it. But combining such advice with a “climate cop” idea is the wrong way to get the message across. Can you imagine what sort of reaction the neighbors will have to the kids hanging this door hanger on their front door? Will the result of this now be hiding your electric dryer behind false walls so the kids and neighbors don’t see it?

Going green (its real name is sustainable development) has led to Orwellian regulations resulting in the destruction of American businesses and the jobs that go with them, including manufacturing and industry; the locking away of American natural resources like oil, timber and minerals, forcing expensive imports; the near abolishment of private property, the bedrock of any economy’s source of wealth; and massive invasion of the farming industry to assure it is “sustainable,” including the mandated use of corn for the making of ethanol, leading to food shortages and higher prices.

Above all, the “go green” mindset has resulted in a refusal by political leaders and Congress to even consider anything but renewable fuels as a legitimate source of energy. Last year’s Energy bill, supposed to be the guideline for energy policy for coming years, literally made no mention of any kind of energy but alternative fuels like wind power, solar and ethanol. And the American people, buried under an avalanche of environmentally-correct propaganda, have blindly accepted the go green mantra, missing its connection to their economic woes.

At a time when the nation is facing an economic meltdown because of rising gas prices, oil use is ignored in the most important energy policy in the nation. Astonishing. As prices continue to rise, Washington’s response is “there’s nothing we can do. “President Bush says, “I wish I had a magic wand.” John McCain says “prices will continue to rise.” Barack Obama says “tax the oil companies,” as Congress begins a witch hunt on them, pledging the get to the bottom of their “excess profits.” Senator Barbara Boxer says “now is the best time to raise energy prices.” The Democrats want to “sue” OPEC.”

In all of this rhetoric, notice how NO action that includes the drilling of oil is considered. It’s taboo. Off the table. Suffer America, because the wisdom of the day is that oil is out. Alternatives are in. Go green! This, of course, completely ignores the fact that the U.S. uses oil for 85% of its energy needs.

Such policy is driven by the Sustainable Development lobby. Led by massively wealthy and powerful special interests like the Sierra Club, Audubon Society, the National Resources Defense Council and Earthjustice, to name a very few. With their dollars and lobbyists, they are forcing Congress to implement the policies outlined in the UN’s Agenda 21 soft law document. It pretends to be environmental policy, but is really a complete transformation of our society and economy to a top down control, leading toward global governance. The environment is just the excuse to convince unaware Americans to give up their liberties “to save the earth.”

A quarter of the adult population faces an “anti-paedophile” test in an escalation of child protection policies, according to a report.

The launch of a new Government agency will see 11.3million people vetted for any criminal past before they are approved to have contact with children aged under 16.

But the increase in child protection measures is so great it is “poisoning” relationships between the generations, according to respected sociologist Professor Frank Furedi

As a result ordinary parents - many of whom are volunteers at sports and social clubs - now find themselves regarded “potential child abusers”.

Professor Furedi said most adults now think twice before telling off children who were misbehaving, or helping children in distress for fear of the consequences.

He said that the need for the checks had transformed parents “in the regulatory and public imagination into potential child abusers, barred from any contact with children until the database gives them the green light”.

From next year the new Independent Safeguarding Authority will require any adult who come into contact with children or vulnerable adults either through their work or in voluntary groups to be vetted.

In one example, a woman could not kiss her daughter goodbye on a school trip because she had not been vetted.

In another, a mother was surprised to be told by another parent that she and her husband were “CRB checked” when their children played together.

In a third example, a father was given “filthy looks” by a group of mothers when he took his child swimming on his own

He said: “When parents feel in need of official reassurance that other parents have passed the paedophile test before they even start on the pleasantries, something has gone badly wrong in our communities.

“We should question whether there is anything healthy in a response where communities look at children’s own fathers with suspicion, but would balk at helping a lost child find their way home.”

Figures show that volunteering is on the decline with 13 per cent of men saying they would not volunteer because they were worried people would think they were child abusers, according to a survey last year.

The report comes after Children’s Commissioner, Sir Al Aynsley Green, said 50,000 girls were waiting to join the Guides because of a shortage of adult volunteers, partly caused by the red tape of the CRB process.

As many observers of European politics know, democracy does not come easy on a continent where European elites view themselves as an aristocracy entitled to rule over the ignorant masses. After voters in France and the Netherlands rejected the European Constitution (of which the Lisbon Treaty is an almost exact replica) in 2005, European elites famously advised the miscreants to keep voting until they come up with the right answer.

So how about this time around? Will European politicians, who say they want to bring “Europe” closer to the people, accept the will of Irish voters?

The day the O.J. Simpson verdict was announced, I said to my then-teenage son, “David, please forgive me. I am handing over to you a worse America than my father handed over to me.”

Unfortunately, I still feel this way.

One might argue that these are the same laments that every previous older generation has expressed — “Ah, when I was young…” But in America, that has not been the case. In America, the older generations tended to say the opposite — “When I was a kid, things were worse.”

Can we return to the America of my youth? No. Can we return to the best values of that time? Yes. But not if both houses of Congress, the presidency and the Supreme Court move the country even further leftward. If that happens, many of the above noted changes will simply be accelerated: More laws restricting “offensive” speech will be enacted; litigation will increase and trial lawyers will gain more power; the American military will be less valued; trees will gradually replace the flag as our most venerated symbol; schools will teach even less as they concentrate even more on diversity, sexuality and the environment; teenage sex will be increasingly accepted; American identity will continue to be replaced by ethnic, racial, gender or “world citizen” identity; and the power of the state will expand further as the power of the individual inevitably contracts. It’s hard to believe most Americans really want that.

I have said from the start that taking away of over 400 children from their mothers on this witch hunt was an abuse of state power. Apparent the Texas Circuit court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Texas agrees and told the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services to give back the children to their mothers. Now apparently a district judge named Barbara Walther is standing in the way of that happening. I am no lawyer but am I missing something here? Since when can a district Judge put conditions on the release of the YFZ children when the highest court in the state said that they have to be released?

If I were a Supreme Court justice in Texas I might see this as an act of contempt by this District Judge. I also do not know why YFZ lawyers are bargaining with this district judge to get back the kids? From what I read they must agree to take a state parenting class in order to get their children back and cannot leave the state. Might I ask why? If they did nothing wrong why are they told by the state what they have to do to get their kids back? And why are you YFZ lawyers agreeing to these requirements by this Judge? I know you YFZ mothers want to get your kids back but the way to do that and to stop this abuse ffom happening again it is too show that the actions of these state control freaks were illegal and make they pay. Sue them silly until their heads roll off!

So why would you think the state knows how to bring up your kids better than you do? So then why agree to sit in there state child indoctrination classes? Why are you letting Judge Walther restricts your constitutional movements and why are you giving Texas an open door to continue their witch hunt??

Something is not right here. In my opinion, these people need lawyers that will stand firm against the abuses of the state. They need to get the Supreme Court to order the unconditional release of these children and put the child abuse were it belongs, on the out of control state workers.

It never ends. The hell on Earth created for the parents and children from the polygamist sect ranch in Texas goes on and on.

Just as the parents got the court decision they needed which would have reunited them with their children who’d been taken by the state under false pretenses, one judge throws a monkey wrench into the plan, effectively stalling it because of further demands on the parents.

What’s worse is that the terms set by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services and Texas District Judge Barbara Walther are treated as acceptable and enforceable.

What rubbish! What utter nonsense!

The whole mess is unconscionable, patently illegal, morally wrong and, if it isn’t, should be, criminally prosecutable.

Despite such embarrassing revelations, the state and Judge Walther hung tough. Parent’s appeals to the Texas Supreme Court resulted in a May 29 ruling reinforcing there was no legitimate basis for the raid or the continued control of the children. State claims of sexual abuse of all the children were rejected.

Parents joyously planned reunions with their babies as soon as June 2.

But they didn’t plan on the stubbornness of Judge Walther. Late Friday, May 30, Walther reinforced her requirement that all parents sign state-prepared requirements before reunification with a child.

Identities must be established, parents must agree to attend parenting classes, parents must report travel beyond 60 miles and may not leave the state and CPS will conduct follow up visits, interview children and investigate further possible abuse.

Did I miss something? I thought the court ruled there had been no abuse!

Cover up! Locker rooms going coed

A new “transgender nondiscrimination” bill pending in Colorado, which would make it illegal to deny a person access to public accommodations including restrooms and locker rooms based on gender identity or the “perception” of gender identity, is one signature away from being law.

Colorado Gov. Bill Ritter, a Democrat, has one week to sign or veto Senate Bill 200, recently passed by both the House and the Senate. The bill, titled “Expanded Discrimination Prohibitions,” holds this definition:

“‘Sexual orientation’ means a person’s orientation toward heterosexuality, homosexuality, bisexuality, or transgender status or another person’s perception thereof.”

According to the bill, business owners and managers of restaurants, gyms, barber shops, massage parlors, etc., and managers of “public [facilities] of any kind whether indoor or outdoor” cannot deny a person employment or access to a facility based on gender identity or that “perception.”

If you are not keeping up with the DFPS abuses of power in Texas the Texas Court of Appeals has ruled that DFPS overstepped its authority by taking the kids from the mothers at the YFZ ranch. The kids should be back with their mothers by now but the DFPS is planning to take its stupidity, child abuse and control freak — guilty until proven innocent mentality to the Texas Supreme Court. Meanwhile any psychologist can tell you that the kids will become increasingly mentally ill.

By failing to carefully gather information from the onset of its investigation, DFPS has severely compromised its ability to effectively protect the FLDS children. Many of the FLDS children now have abandonment issues and may suffer from post-traumatic stress syndrome. Assuming standard examinations for child abuse have been conducted, the FLDS children have been subject to genital exams and in some cases may have been subjected to manual penetration.

Many FLDS children have been placed in separate foster homes. Foster parents have been referred by DFPS to its Cultural Awareness Guide for Children from Eldorado. In this guide, the department makes the following unsubstantiated statement:

“Children [from the YFZ Ranch] are socialized to believe that sexual activity with adults is positive.”

We have no idea how many damaging conversations are now being held between the children and foster parents regarding child/adult sexual activity.

Prior to placement in foster homes, the children did not attest to physical abuse. All the children’s’ future testimony will now be tainted and subject to challenge. Lawyers for the cult will be able to argue, following the McMartin case, “the child sexual abuse accommodation syndrome.”

Now that the appellate court decision has put DFPS on the defensive for its actions, there is no knowing to what extremes this case may go. What will the DFPS be willing to put these kids through to prove that the state is and was right?

Tragically, the act of separating all the children from their families before building individual cases may simply have served to carve into the souls of these children the beliefs of cult leader Warren Jeffs … that they will be persecuted, that they should not trust government workers, and that we of the outside world are evil.

This is what you can expect to happen when you let the control freaks run the funny farm.

A young, British mother is being forced to pay $524 because she impatiently placed her trash can at the curb a day early.

Zoe Watmough, 22, was hauled before judges and ordered to pay a hefty fine, reports the UK’s Daily Mail.

“I am flabbergasted,” Watmough said. “There are people committing all sorts of crimes and getting away with it. Yet I have left my bin out and have been fined the best part of £300.”

Officials from the Bolton Council in Greater Manchester detected her green recycling bin and gray garbage can on Wednesday – a full 24 hours before collection – but the council firmly dictates trash must not be taken out until after 7.30 a.m. on garbage day.

From what I read the FCC want to control talk radio through advisory boards. In a stunning warning to all Americans, the non-partisan English First warned fans of national and local conservative talk show hosts Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Dr. James Dobson, Laurie Roth and other conservative talk shows that a proposed Federal Communications Commission regulation could very well drive their favorite programs off the air.

“This is serious business! The FCC that is part of the executive branch — in essence — is taking control of the airwaves, rather than allowing the US Congress and Senate to propose legislation, openly debate that legislation and then vote on it. One can compare what’s being done in the name of fairness with Stalinism,” warns conservative political strategist Mike Baker.

“If you look at who is pushing this so-called Fairness Doctrine, most likely you’ll find center-left advocates in politics, government, academia, and the press,” adds Baker.

On January 24, 2008, the Federal Communications Commission published a “Notice of Proposed Rulemaking” in the Federal Register which, if ultimately adopted, would impose a back-door version of the discredited “Fairness Doctrine” upon America’s airwaves. The proposal-notice was so obscure that few even knew it existed, according to journalism Professor Jeff Hines of NYCC in Manhattan.

One of the key elements being bandied by the FCC in their plans for information control is “the advisory board system.”

According to FCC officials, these advisory boards “should include representatives of all segments of the community,” a requirement which would empower self-appointed “community leaders,” such as representatives of the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) or the Center for American Islamic Relations (CAIR), to discourage commercial radio stations from airing discussions of controversial matters such as the costs of illegal immigration or the meaning of jihad.

“In other words, it’s a politically-correct scheme to silence dissenters and manipulate information gathering and dissemination,” said Mike Baker.

Joe Farah sees the danger in the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services making bureaucratic decisions to take kids away from their mothers.

It is not just happening in Texas either. Today in the news we also hear a story of thousands of parents listed as child abusers in Illinois that cannot get off the list but they never did any wrong.

The question is asked in this article can the Child Protective Agencies come in and take away the kids of millions of parents who are not bringing up their kids according to government standards? The answers is yes, if the want to. The burden of proof they need to take your kids away is very low and just one accusation by anyone can see your kids taken away.

It is ironic that in a nation where you are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty by a court of law that low level government employees can make snap decisions and act as if you are guilty until you can prove you are innocent at great expense to yourself, and often it is not even possible to prove that you are innocent.

This abuse is not only going on just in the area of child protective services. It is a plague and it is about to get worse. Soon people will be charged under subjective hate speech laws.

If this trend toward bureaucratic decree continues in the United States what will be the point of even having a Constitution and Bill of Rights? We will be living under the tyranny of minimally trained control freaks like at the airports.

But just remember when they come for you that they are obtaining these unconstitutional powers because you are letting your elected representatives pass laws that allow them to have this power over you.

Abuse of power in Texas

The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, a misnamed bureaucracy if ever there was one, has demanded the children seized by the state and placed in foster care be immunized immediately against the wishes of their mothers, who fear negative effects.

Ahh, but those mothers are no longer mothers, explains Patrick Crimmins, spokesman for the department.

“We’re the legal parents of the children and we would like for them to be immunized,” he said.

Now, I’m the first to recognize the mothers in this case have made some objectively poor decisions about their lives. However, does anyone really believe Crimmins and his state bureaucrats really care more for these children than do their mothers? How have these mothers abrogated their parental rights? What crime have they committed? With what are they being charged? Why are they losing custody of their children? Have these children been abused or neglected? All of them? How?

All the public has heard since the raid on the compound is that the children seem to be in good health. Questions were raised by early pregnancies among some of the girls. I have news for you: Teenage girls are getting pregnant and having sex with older men throughout American society today. If these mothers are going to lose custody of their children as a result of that kind of sexual activity, what about the high percentages of teen pregnancies in our inner cities? Can we expect Texas and the other states soon to begin seizing millions of kids – both girls and boys in those families?

This situation in Texas is looking more and more like a heavy-handed abuse of power by government.

Is the state trying to make an example of these parents? Are all the parents being punished collectively for the crimes of a few? Is that the new American way?

When I hear a government bureaucrat claim to be the parents of children he has never met, it sets me off.

It is an explosive statement.

It is the kind of offensive and officious statement that will only serve to create more fear and distrust of government – frankly, the very conditions that lead to the creation of compounds like the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

I usually know in a minute if someone is telling me what they think I want to hear or telling me the truth. Apparently much of America has lost that discernment.

Obama is a man who talks about change and people take that change to be whatever these want to believe it to be. He is their great black hope. However, his change is not the change you might hope to see. Obama’s change is government intervention into every aspect of your life along with the failed economic and social mistakes of Marxism and a foreign policy of appeasement. He is the mouth peace and the puppet of every far Left socialist in America and that is why he has their support. It certainly is not because of his own achievements, he has done nothing worthy of this office. You cannot say you have not been warned.

His supporters know him only as their “agent of change.” They heard this phrase, “agent of change,” and went into a hypnotic trance. Change is what Obama supporters want, any kind of change, something other than the status quo.

Obama supporters, fearful of modern day rats and in search of anyone promising a solution, no matter how insane, cling to Obama like the children of Hamelin who followed the Pied Piper never to be seen or heard from again.

Under the guise of “change,” silly solutions to real challenges, Obama supporters ignore all reality and cling to an empty, undefined promise without ever asking what kinds of change lay in store, or what makes this neophyte candidate qualified to change anything?

It’s the Sales Pitch, Stupid

Even empty words without meaning have power, among the ill-advised and desperate. Obama has perfected the art of saying what people want to hear, without really saying anything at all.

It might be something that government officials might want to consider before they continue to attempt to do end runs around the constitution that they are swore to uphold. We have a constitutional right to not endure despots.

Has the U.S. constitutionally run amuck?

We have reached a critical juncture in the life of our country. And it is going to take we, the people, to hold our governing officials accountable. That is what our founders expected and admonished. As Patrick Henry said, “The Constitution is not an instrument for the government to restrain the people; it is an instrument for the people to restrain the government – lest it come to dominate our lives and interests.”

If the law restrains us and the government holds us accountable to it, then the Constitution restrains them, and we hold them accountable to it. It is a patriot’s duty to uphold and support the Constitution, and confront those who disobey it. After all, it is “our” government. From “our” public schools to “our” capital, if even several thousand of us get more active and vocal about that constitutional accountability, then we can begin to take back our government.

We must remind every governing official that, either they conform and serve in accordance with constitutional patterns or we, the people, will be left with no other alternative but to submit to our founders’ initial prescription to remedy bad government. Such a cure is located in the Declaration of Independence, a bit of wisdom that sends shivers up my spine every time I read it. In the case that government reaches the tragic point when it is no longer the guardian of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, it admonishes

When mental health workers report abuses by the Child Protective Services operation you can be sure that control freaks were in charge of the operation. They did not give a hoot about the constitutional rights of the parents nor care about their own mental abuse of the woman and children of the YFZ ranch. The spin continues to justify their unconstitutional actions and so does the abuse of these children. However, those involved in this action are eventually going to pay a heavy price when the lawsuits come.

Mental health workers sent to emergency shelters in San Angelo last month to help care for the hundreds of women and children removed from a polygamist sect’s West Texas ranch have sharply criticized the Child Protective Services operation, telling their governing board it unnecessarily traumatized the kids.

The CPS investigation of suspected child abuse and its decision to seek state custody of all 464 children punished mothers who appeared to be good parents of healthy, well-behaved and emotionally normal kids, workers said in a set of short and unsigned written reports made at the request of the board after a briefing Tuesday.

“What they saw was so horrendous, they had to report it to the board,” said Dawson, a Comal County commissioner. “I have every confidence their stories are accurate. Our people are professionals, with years and years of service in their fields.”

Board President John Kite said the entire board was upset by the reports. He said he is trying to get Gov. Rick Perry to meet with the workers.

“We were literally astounded at what they told us,” Kite said. “They are trampling all over human decency and those people’s civil rights. … We should not just sit here and let it happen.”

If anyone should be put in jail it should be the judge for malfeasance in office. From where do the courts get the right to order someone to pass a GED test in the first place? Why jail the father and take away his ability to make a living because the kid is stupid, lazy or skipping her lessons? Kids drop out of school all the time at 16 in this country and do not get a GED so should millions of parents be put in jail? How does the Father make a 18 year old adult pass the test? If he even tried some discipline on this adult he could be sued or jailed for that. What kind of demented nut case would dispense justice like this? Who allows it? The Judge should be put in a padded room. Where are the civil liberties groups?

Daughter fails math test, so dad thrown in jail

A northern Kentucky man is in jail today – serving a 180-day sentence – because his 18-year-old daughter failed a math test and didn’t get her General Equivalency Diploma, or GED, as a previous court order required.

Brittany Gegner, the daughter, says if anyone should be jailed, it should be her.

I guess stupid people who cannot pass the tests or poor people who cannot take the courses will not be able to have pets in rule-loving (Fascist) Switzerland. Here is a perfect example of what happens in a nation of control freaks. Will they also pass a law that will make them pass a course to keep their children? You can bet on it. Britain will be next.

All dog owners in Switzerland will have to take courses and pass tests if they want to keep their pets under the the rule-loving Swiss government announced today.

An examination on how to properly look after the dog will be introduced in September, along with a practical test to demonstrate control over the animal.

Initially, owners will have two years to follow courses but by 2010 it will be necessary to pass the theory exam in order to keep any kind of dog, whether it is a Chihuahua or an Irish wolfhound.

At the beginning of last century, communism was considered so bad by our liberal and Democratic President Woodrow Wilson and the Democratic Congress at time that they passed the Espionage and Sedition Acts and authorized Attorney General A. Mitchell Palmer to conduct the “Palmer raids” to fight it - the original “Red Scare”. I would say that was equivalent to frogs jumping out of the water because they felt the heat immediately.

But the heat has been turned up slowly so that today communism is not even feared. In fact it is taught in our best universities by communists. By the end of the 20th century, a third of the voting age population in the U.S. thought the phrase “to each according to his needs, from each according to his abilities” was in the U.S. Constitution, and another third were not sure. (The phrase came from Karl Marx, author of The Communist Manifesto.) The Communist Party USA openly advocates to “defeat McCain and strengthen Democratic majorities in Congress” and to elect either Barack Obama or Hillary Clinton in 2008.

The CPUSA itself says electing more Democrats helps the Communist cause. And we frogs think it’s comfortable in here.

The reason government courts are nationally cracking down on private instruction has more to do with suppressing alternative education than assuring educational standards.The rationale is quite simple, though rarely if ever stated. If one wants to control the future ebbs and flows of a country, one must have command over future generations. This is done by seizing parental and educational power, legislating preferred educational materials and limiting private educational options. It is so simple any socialist can understand it. As Joseph Stalin once stated, “Education is a weapon whose effects depend on who holds it in his hands and at whom it is aimed.”

Is it merely coincidental that homeschooling was outlawed by the Soviet State in 1919, by Hitler and Nazi Germany in 1938 and by Communist China in 1949? Will California be next? America? Will we yield control and our educational rights as parents? Such would not only be an American travesty but a human disgrace.
