I would think that Missler submitted the article to them for publication on their website. I assume Missler or his staff submitted it to establish a presence on their website or perhaps they just have given CWN permission to republish articles from their archives. CWN also publishes articles by Walter Martin who has been dead for quite some time. I guess CWN thinks these old articles are worthy of being republished, as do I. To find out for sure you could ask them if you want.
