I received an unsolicited email today promoting Todd Bentley that said: "What started for the 32-year-old Canadian as an invitation to speak at a church in Lakeland, Florida, in April 2008, has turned into a massively growing revival that now accommodates 10,000 people on land at the local airport. According to Fresh Fire Ministries, 1.2 million people have watched live streaming broadcasts on the Internet, and more than 140,000 people from at least 40 countries have attended the meetings". Can you believe that 1.2 million people have watched this circus act on the Internet alone? Many in the Church show that they are devoid of discernment. If I can even call those that are into this deception the Church at all. Thank You Melissa, I wanted to shock Christians to get them to wake up.

It might be that desperate times call for desperate measures. Jesus called a spade a spade when the situation warranted it, and you certainly did the same. I appreciated your raw honesty. Your message is needed today - Christians are being coddled TO DEATH by liars in the pulpits. Todd Bentley is a false teacher in every way and his followers HATE the people who tell them the truth, no matter what tone they use or how well they reason.
