It has been announced that Russia is going to fuel up the Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant in Iran on Aug 21st, 2010. That has also fueled speculation by some that Israel or even the U.S. will attack the reactor within the next eight days because after it goes operational nobody would dare attack this reactor because radiation would be spread over a large area of the Middle East. I wanted to write a couple of new articles on something worth knowing this week but the chances of that seem to be getting slimmer all the time. Between comments, emails, website administration and modifications, keeping up with the news, shopping for food, yard work, a garden that is out of control, all my high mileage vehicles needing repair, my wife going on a mission trip, a birthday, spraying the fruit trees, taking care of the animals, doing bills, a holiday coming up, sleeping , etc. I find that there just are not enough hours in the day to get everything done. With the title Prepare for the great American blackout! I bet you are wondering what in the world I am talking about. I have come to the conclusion that in about five years most of those who are still living in America will be living without electricity. The whole nation will experience a major prolonged blackout that will last many months, perhaps even years. This article might wake you up to the real possibilities of a nuclear terrorist attack on American cities. The article makes the case for an al-Qaeda plan to set off seven bombs in seven different cities. Hal Lindsey expects a Middle East War against Israel this September. I certainly would not rule that out. Peace talks have a way of falling apart because the terrorists do not want peace and they sabotage any deal. Hal thinks Israel will hit Iran before they fire up their reactor. I would think that if they are going to hit the reactor they will do it before nuclear material is in the reactor. That would make a September date kind of late if they want to prevent nuclear fall out on civilians. So I do not think Israel will do anything about their reactor going online. Of course once a war starts for some other reason anything can happen. Israel will also not do anything without informing the U.S. and we are not going to allow a war to start without having at least 3 carrier groups in the area. It is about time that someone wrote on this subject again. It is the number one danger to the United States and nobody is doing anything about it. The possibility of a EMP attack was brought up to congress years ago. I wrote on the EMP danger over a year ago based on what the commission report to congress said.
Since then not a thing has been done to harden US infrastructure from vulnerability to an EMP attack.This $771 Billion is the damage that could occur over one small region of the US. If a more sophisticated EMP were accomplished the damaged could not even be measured in trillion dollar terms because we will have lost our country. You can read why in my report. Think about three hundred million people trying to survive in the US in 19th century America and you will get the point.
