The hippie counterculture movement and their offspring all hail the Obamanation

No Gravatar

I always said wait until the counterculture hippies grew up and they got into positions of power. Well that day has arrived and they have taken control of the education system, political system, national media, and the religious systems of America. They also produced postmodern brainwashed children who now believe themselves to be the norm. So unless real Christians and real conservatives win this cultural war it is the end of this nation. When the far left hippies and their offspring gain total control they will embrace a totally pagan fascist world system. Woe to any who oppose them.

Had anyone said that America would decline this rapidly fifty years ago people would have thought you were smoking dope. Now half of our society is smoking dope or worse and they all think that they are perfectly sane. The Democrat running for President even claimed to be a crack user himself but does anyone care? The Democrat running for President never distinguished himself in any position he ever held but does anyone care? The hippies and their offspring just want change toward a secular idealism that is not possible with man’s evil nature. They like murder of the unborn being their own choice, so they all hail the Obamanation. They like it that homosexuality is destroying morality in America so they will have no moral restraints, so they all hail the Obamanation. They think Christianity is creating a world utopia on earth for people to continue in their abominations, so they all hail the Obamanation. All the idol worshipers now worship the Obamanation because he has the same demented values of the old hippies and their young offspring.

Christian Worldview Network - Brannon Howse - Jezebel and the Cultural Creatives

The Emergent Village and “progressive” Christian liberalism are but a drop in the progressive bucket. To their left, “cultural creatives” or “new progressives” are brimming over with an optimistic vision for taking political power.

Who are the “cultural creatives”? They define themselves as the “organic food-buying, national-health-care-supporting, yoga-practicing, misunderstood counter-culturalists.” According to the high-end spirituality magazine, What Is Enlightenment? (August/October, 2008), their ranks continue to swell, thanks to Al Gore’s movie, Barack Obama’s “change”, and Eckhardt Tolle and Oprah Winfrey’s “New Earth” webinar (see NC #47). This movement favors “ecological sustainability (read: green collectivism), non-traditional spirituality (neo-pagan religion), civil rights (rights for all sexual expressions) and grassroots politics (non-democratic, non-governmental organizations working under the geo-political umbrella of the United Nations). They also distinguish themselves from “modernism” (secular humanism) and “traditionalism” (Christianity).

Their appearance is of immense historical and religious significance. They explicitly identify themselves as inheritors of the “values revolution [of] the Sixties [that] is still developing and maturing.”

They are the maturing fruit of a development that no one expected. We all thought the Sixties was an ephemeral social event driven by marginal drop-out hippies. Whoops, they dropped back in! In the Left Coast New Age spirituality we witnessed the first signs of a major religious and social revolution. Its conquering march through the institutions has established as normative a worldview of drug-aided mystical, neo-pagan spirituality, radical egalitarianism and total sexual license. The marginal cult has now morphed into a master plan, a full-blown all-inclusive spiritual worldview to transform every aspect of life on the planet. The bizarre views of the Sixties counter-culturalists, though few knew it, signaled the disturbing germination, in “Christian” America, of the age-old alternative to biblical theism, namely spiritual paganism.

Parallels between The Shack God and A.A.’s higher power.

No Gravatar

“The Shack”, by William P. Young is still a hugely popular and very deceptive book that is likely to become a movie. Those that believe there is a Christian message or theme in this book are totally deceived and must not believe biblical doctrine themselves at all. The book presents another God, another Christ, and another path to salvation. “The Shack” really promotes “New Age” all paths Universalism much like A.A. which itself was founded by a man who got messages from the occult. The book is blasphemous toward God presuming to speak for God while actually promoting a “Queen of Heaven” type God that does not exist.

This pluralistic theme where many paths lead to the same God is now being promoted everywhere thanks to A.A., other 12 step programs, and the postmodern redefining of Christianity by high profile religious and secular media figures. Nevertheless, no true Christian should be sucked into such an unbiblical “New Age” postmodern concept. There is only one way to the Father (not the mother) according to the teaching of the only God/Man that ever walked the earth. That way is only through Jesus Christ as He is defined in the Bible and not as Jesus is redefined in the light of “New Age” demonic darkness.

Any Christian leader promoting “The Shack” should be immediately removed from their position because they are promoting doctrines of demons and the lie of the adversary that leads people to Hell.

Christian Worldview Network - Brannon Howse - The Shack is A.A.’s higher power.

According to the author, the god of The Shack dwells in everybody, and apparently does not condemn any to eternal punishment—or, as The Shack would address this, “She does not punish anyone.” The novel’s “christ” is the “best way” to salvation, but apparently not the only way.

What about Alcoholics Anonymous? The A.A. Big Book states, “We found that God does not make too hard terms with those who seek Him. To us, the Realm of Spirit is broad, roomy, all inclusive; never exclusive or forbidding to those who earnestly seek. It is open, we believe, to all men. When, therefore, we speak to you of God, we mean your own conception of God.”[19] According to the A.A. Big Book, God is “deep down within us.”

Thus are the seeds of the New Age planted in the soil of both The Shack and Alcoholics Anonymous. The tentacles of various heresies are reaching out and linking. The false “christ” of The Shack seems poised to be welcomed into, or serve as a catalyst for, emergent/contemplative/12 Step Spirituality.

Many Christians have superimposed their beliefs upon The Shack, supposing it a novel written by a Biblical Christian. As James De Young and others have pointed out, this is not necessarily the case. Over the decades, many Christians have also jackhammered their God into AA’s anti-Biblical system

Joel’s Army the manifest sons of deception!

No Gravatar

Every hear of Joel’s Army? This article will tell you all about what is coming from the “New Wave” or “Third Wave” act that is sweeping the Charismatic crowd looking for titillating manisfestations of God through demonic people. You know, the stuff coming from the Todd Bentley’s, the Rick Joiner’s and all the manifest sons of deception crowd. Notice that Joel’s army physically attacks the church in order to purify it. I guess they want us to believe that a demonically inspired group of men is going to purify the church and take the world for Christ. Sure! And the Easter Bunny is the risen Christ.

If you believe the Bible teaches any of this stuff that these people are saying you really need to read through your Bible for the first time in your life.

Joseph Chambers

Dominion Theology and Joel’s Army

Religious deception is always the most subtle and dangerous kind. When the church forsakes the old paths of righteousness and consecration, the next step is haughtiness and doctrinal confusion. It is impossible to rightly interpret Scripture; to rightly divide the great truths of the “meat of the Word” unless humility and a contrite spirit controls our life. There are no haughty and arrogant prophets in the kingdom of God. “The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.” (Psalm 51:17).

The entire Evangelical church world is being assaulted with the Kingdom Dominion Theology. It is like mortal combat between those who defend the Biblical doctrines of the End Times (The Rapture of Christ’s Bride, the Tribulation followed by the Millennium) and the “New Wave Theology.” A book entitled Joel’s Army describes this “New Wave Theology” as promoted by one New Wave organization. The author stated that this ministry was “holding conferences overseas and throughout the U.S.A. Churches and denominations are being proselytized and preyed on with a ‘gospel’ they claim is ordained to bring forth:

1. the greatest revival the Church has ever known;
2. the greatest baptism of the Spirit the Church has ever experienced;
3. the greatest Army (Joel’s Army) distinguished by invincibility, immortality and divinity;
4. the greatest purging (inquisition) in the history of the Church;
5. the greatest ministry - the Prize of all Ages; and
6. the greatest miracles, supernatural signs and wonders far exceeding that of the Apostles and Prophets of old.” (JOEL’S ARMY, pages 1&2).

Since Joel’s Army is supposed to be men and women taking possession of this earth for their King, a second class of warriors becomes necessary. These they call the “Phineas Priesthood.” Rick Joyner made mention of those with the “spirit of Phineas” in his book, The Harvest.

“The dismantling of organizations and disbanding of some works will be a positive and exhilarating experience for the Lord’s faithful servants…..a great company of prophets, teachers, pastors and apostles will be raised up with the spirit of Phineas…” (THE HARVEST, Rick Joyner).

A book written by Richard Kelly Hoskins entitled, “Vigilantes Of Christendom,” describes these warriors. He says of them, “As the Kamikaze is to the Japanese, As the Shiite is to Islam, As the Zionist is to the Jew, So the Phineas priest is to Christendom.” It is very clear that they are preparing to slaughter those who resist their authority. Jesus warned that, “They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.” (St. John 16:2). That sounds exactly like the great inquisitors of the dark ages.

“The DAY OF THE LORD as seen through the eyes of the NEW WAVE ‘prophets’ will be a time when JOEL’S ARMY led by the ‘prophets’ will pour out God’s wrath on the church. Then for the first time in two thousand years the ‘pure church’ will come forth. In other words, the ‘blood of Christ’ did not avail, nor will it in the LAST DAYS because JOEL’S ARMY and the ‘prophets’ will do what the blood could not, i.e., cleanse the Church. If indeed it takes JOEL’S ARMY to purify the church, then all the preaching of the Cross from the early Church to the present was in vain. And rather than the ‘cross’ being God’s final answer to ‘walking in newness of life’ . . ., we do well to look for another. The JOEL’S ARMY doctrine as it applies to the Church and world is not only in total conflict with the ‘Gospel of Christ’, but is a radical new rendition of the doctrine of redemption and purification. By all analysis, it is ‘another gospel’ and poses a real threat to unstable churches in that it is yet another great deception beguiling the Church.” (JOEL’S ARMY, page 9.)

Warning
Every theological direction these religionists are taking is rooted in esoteric revelations rather than the “tried and true” doctrines of the Bible. They are quick to say that this is a day of new revelations. The New Agers call it a “paradigm shift.” Tommy Reid, a noted New Wave leader, calls it “a new world view.” The Bible calls it “apostasy.”

A sovereign move of God’s Holy Spirit is the only answer to these wild speculations. There are a multitude of “angels of light” sent by Satan to deceive. If you are looking for something titilating, you will probably find the same. If you are looking for “the Way, the Truth, and the Life,” He lives in the Holy Scripture and is waiting for you to open the door. He reveals Himself in your will and heart (spirit), not your emotions.

When will we believe acts of God are acts of God?

No Gravatar

Is America now under judgment? When are acts of God acts of God? Has America done anything worthy of judgment? You be the judge.

  • So far this year we are involved in two foreign wars with another war being a distinct possibility.
  • We have had unprecedented numbers of tornadoes.
  • The Mid-West floods have been catastrophic.
  • More of California has burned this year then in any year in history and the fires are still burning with a fire season that still has a long way to go

On the Economic Front.

  • Falling Real estate values have caused the greatest financial crises since the great depression.
  • Tens of millions are losing equity in there homes, millions are losing their homes.
  • The stock market is down 20 percent and pension funds and insurance will also lose at least that much value.
  • Banks, brokerage firms and corporations are failing and need to be bailed out by the government.
  • The U.S. dollar is the weakest it has been in modern times.
  • Gasoline prices are four times what they were a few years ago.
  • Heating bills will be much higher this winter.
  • All electric bills are about to shoot up about twenty percent in one year.
  • Food prices are up 10 to 20 percent this year.
  • Inflation across the board is the worst in years and most of the costs have not even been passed through yet.
  • Services in the U.S. are becoming unreliable.
  • Unemployment is on the rise and it is going to get much higher.
  • Due to falling revenues state and local governments are going to run into major deficit problems

Crime and amorality

  • Gangs have taken over much of our inner cities.
  • Drug trafficking is epidemic.
  • Illegal drugs are used by a very large percentage of our population.
  • 2.2 million people are in prison in this nation. This is the highest incarceration rate in the world.
  • There are 10 to 20 million people in this country illegally.
  • One in four adults in the U.S. has a VD. Homosexual males have a ten year shorter life span, yet, the pushing of homosexuality and sexual promiscuity is all over the media and sexual perversion is taught in our schools as normal healthy lifestyles and this is forced on suggestible children.
  • Homosexual marriage is now legal in two states.
  • There have been 50 million abortions in the U.S. and taxpayers in one way or another are paying much of the cost. Much of the black population in the U.S. is being aborted but most black leaders keep promoting it.
  • Scams and rip-off schemes are epidemic especially on the Internet.

Politics.

  • Congress has a nine percent approval rating.
  • Judges are legislating law from the bench contrary to the Constitution.
  • Special interest groups control almost all politicians and it is now almost impossible to get incumbents out of office.
  • Thanks to the voters we have two choices for the President that want more globalism and more socialism. Both will bring in a liberal supreme court. Both will pass hate speech laws that will negatively impact Christians.

Religion.

  • A generation of seeker friendly services has watered down much of what is left of Evangelical Christianity.
  • The Emergent movement is redefining biblical truths and downplaying biblical doctrine.
  • Most claiming to be Christians are biblically illiterate not having read through the Bible even once in their lives, far less have understanding of the passages in context.
  • People flaunting their sins are put in church leadership roles.
  • Psychology theories originated from the occult have corrupted much Christian counseling and other programs.
  • New Age pagan thought is now all over the media and is being accepted by many claiming to be Christians.
  • Much of the youth is leaving Christianity for postmodern relativism

If God were to continue judging this nation what might our immediate future hold?

  • The economy would continue to decline.
  • Hyperinflation is a very real possibility.
  • Unemployment may become a very serious issue.
  • There could be much greater weather related storms, droughts and crop failures.
  • Major earthquakes would become likely.
  • Major volcanic activity is certainly possible.
  • Leadership in government could continue to get worse (even lower then scraping the bottom).
  • Terrorist attacks would become likely.
  • Hate speech laws will be passed and constitutional freedoms will be redefined by the courts. Government tyranny will become a major issue.
  • A nuclear electromagnetic pulse (EMP) attack may happen. It would leave the nation helpless without electric for months or years. (This would be the ultimate judgment it would most likely bring the complete collapse of our society).
  • The complete collapse of our economic system is possible.
  • Collapse of our social system and declining into anarchy is possible.
  • The break up of the Union is possible.

The Bible says the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. Don’t you think it would be wise for people in this nation to fear the Lord instead of Him having to send correction because we will not do what is right?

Only imagine when the bell Tolles for you that you will never be found on Tolle’s New Earth

No Gravatar

Due to overwhelming interest on my Oprah and Tolle Blog post I am posting another opinion of Tolle’s “A New Earth” book.
The teaser quotes that I am putting below is just a small sample of the articles. I cannot do justice to Debra Rae’s article here you have to read the full articles.

I just want to make it clear to everyone that Tolle’s teaching in ” A New Earth” is totally contrary to the fundamental truths of Christianity and Christian Orthodoxy. It is Old Age and New Age paganism originated with the lie of the Serpent and man’s rebellion. It first reared its ugly head in force at Babylon. Those that embrace and promote Tolle’s satanic views are certainly in danger of eternal damnation.

If you have a problem with my statement read this article because Debra Rae will clearly tell you what is wrong with Tolle’s message so there is no need for me to repeat it.

If you actually read the article and you still have a problem with what I said. It just shows that you are still dead in your sins, not knowing Christ. You therefore need to get saved. Here is everything you need to know about how to be saved.  So there is no need for me to repeat the salvation message to any Tolle supporters who read this post either. Just read my article.

If you respond making it clear to me they you did not even read Debra Ray’s articles (or my article if you support Tolle) your comment will be deleted.

If you respond by attacking me for presenting this article or for what I said in this comment. I now give you fair warning that your comment will be deleted and you will be banned from this Blog. If you have a problem with what Ray said contact Debra Ray. If you have a problem with what I said even after you read my salvation article. Tough!

This post is here for Christian eduction purposes. It is not to start a debate with every New Age believer in the Internet Universe. That will also shortly stop on other such posts.

Debra Rae — Only Imagine Tolle’s New Earth, Part 1
Debra Rae — Only Imagine Tolle’s New Earth, Part 2

In A New Earth, Eckhart Tolle contends that “no situation or event is ever really finished,” and the “only place of power” is the present moment. By avowing “no heaven, no hell, just now,” purportedly enlightened folks, as he, presume to wriggle free from accountability to a righteous God. In effect, these become self-proclaimed laws unto themselves.

This mindset is not new. Humanist Manifestos assert that false hope of “heaven hereafter” is unreasonable and, therefore, harmful.

Notwithstanding, secular and cosmic humanists alike actively reject and attempt to eradicate traditional theism. To Tolle, the sacred Name of God is attributed to a company of highly evolved masters (Jesus among them), each of whom claims transcendent consciousness and common divinity with all life—in Motulsky’s words, “fallible humans with total power.”

To dispute this fallacy, one need only recall the burning bush, through which YHWH revealed to Moses His Name, I AM that I AM. When Jesus ascribed to himself equal I-AM status, his captors fell backward under its power. It stands to reason that Jesus was either God Incarnate—the way, truth and life, as he claimed to be—or he was an unsurpassed liar. In either case, Jesus was not merely “a good man” or, as the case may be, “an ascended master” (Tolle’s assertion).

Not only does he demote the one whose name is above all names, Tolle promotes Self to “Godhood”—namely, the Source, Divine Life Essence, “formlessness” (or spirit). Unbeknownst to many New-Earth enthusiasts, his creed rehashes a spirit-channeled revelation of Theosophist-medium Alice Bailey, probably the most notable founder of contemporary New Age mysticism.

In Tolle’s misguided view, Christ is every man and woman. True, he references “universal law,” but Tolle ascribes the Ten Commandments as necessary only for those cut off from their own “I AM”-ness. Note that it was not Tolle, but rather co-Masonic Hierarch Alice Bailey who conceptualized and coined the term for this—namely, “Christhood.” This, my friend, exceeds folly. It is blasphemy. For such arrogance, even the angel Lucifer was cast in shame from heaven!

The Gospel according to Tolle further asserts that belief in Christianity as ultimate Truth serves ego by creating “an illusory sense of superiority.” Never mind that self-proclaimed “spiritual leader” Eckhart Tolle boasts his own pantheistic Self-deification! Although both opposing worldviews presuppose “union with the divine,” Christians alone bow the knee, acknowledge their sin and accept unmerited favor from a merciful, personal God to whom they remain accountable. In contrast, Tolle and followers grasp for themselves Godhood itself.

One of these two mindsets most certainly creates the “illusory sense of superiority,” but it’s plainly not the way of the Cross.

In Tolle’s world, when advanced, highly evolved humans seize “Presence power,” their consciousness shifts from the illusory “sweet by and by” to power-packed Presence. No longer are they hindered by the “mental idolatry” of blissful eternity with “our God.” They have instead come to accept their common divinity with all of Life. Having triumphed over matter by self-mastery, the fully “conscious” trade their tradition-bound “phantom selves” for their purported “I AM”-ness.

Achieving mastery qualifies awakened adepts to act as “Custodians of the Plan” and to watch over and even guide all of humanity’s spiritual progress. In so doing, these work hard to extinguish forces of darkness/evil—i.e., Jews and Christians. The desired outcome is for the old “Piscean Age” with its obsolete traditionalism to give way to an anticipated “Age of Aquarius,” marked by promises of peace, harmony and brotherhood.

Debra Rae — Only Imagine Tolle’s New Earth, Part 2
Regretfully, “A New Earth” à la Tolle counterfeits the “real deal”—that being, the impending Millennial Rule of Christ on earth. In effect, Tolle’s “New Earth” exchanges the closest thing to utopia since the Garden of Eden for what the apostle Paul has aptly labeled an outright lie.

Then again, Tolle has his own take on sanity and wellness: To resist evolutionary emerging consciousness is plain-and-simple insanity, and to embrace traditional belief systems is to be unwell. Proclaiming “My God” or “our God” is what he demeans as “a mental idol,” thus making oneself “right” and others “wrong.”

In fact, Tolle predicts that rigid belief structures like biblical Christianity are destined to collapse.

In Tolle’s world, global unity is perceived as imperative to proper flow of the god-force. Once humanity takes a “quantum leap” to its higher destiny, mystical powers and psychic ability will flourish; however, the reluctant may need to be removed to a nonphysical dimension, where their karma can catch up before they are allowed back to the physical plane!

Tolle characterizes Christianity as divisive and prohibitive. This, he claims, creates “an illusory sense of superiority” not to be found in New-Earth consciousness, but then Tolle clearly distinguishes between the “conscious” and the “unconscious,” “the perfect” and the “not-so-perfect.”

Bottom line: There’s no need for pie-in-the-sky imaginings when biblical Christianity outright delivers in the here-and-now and also throughout eternity. The redeemed in Christ can bank on it, and “whosoever will” are invited

The “new age” of pagan enlightenment

No Gravatar

There is nothing new under the sun. When man thinks he is moving toward new enlightenment he really starts moving back to the same old pre-Christian paganism. We see that happening today in post-Christian society that is starting to look like the pagan barbarism of the past. We are on our way to the “New Age” of pagan enlightenment which really will bring the world into satanic bondage.

Good thinking!

the secular way station

The most recent European outrages seen in the media are just the beginning. Whether it is British schoolchildren being forced to pray to Allah by their teacher, government judges declaring the valid jurisdiction of Talmudic and Shariah law, or the simple breakdown of peaceful, rational society, it is clear that post-Christian society is far more likely to resemble pagan pre-Christian society than it is to develop into the godless vision of an equalitarian, sexually androgynous workers’ paradise so often sold to the masses by secular prophets of one form or another.

It is deeply ironic that those who subscribe most strongly to the ideas of the superiority of scientific evidence and rational materialism should reject both when it comes to examining the available evidence and hoping for the realization of abstract notions that have no basis in the material world. Those who have rejected Christianity and the cultural tradition of the West in favor of secular cultural relativism would do well to bear in mind that the benefits of Western society are not a given and that secular society is not a destination, but merely a way station on the route back to the pagan barbarism of the past.

Do you really know about Christianity?

No Gravatar

If you cannot answer the statements below you probably do not know about true Christianity. In that case this article is talking to you.

A Worthless Witness for Christ - CWN

Islam, Sikhism, Buddhism, Hinduism, Taoism and any other religious ‘ism’s’ out there.

Surely, you can defend and proclaim your faith against these demonically inspired religions. Can’t you?

What about the Christian Cults and false teaching?

Ah, this is where it gets interesting.

Do you know why Mormon, Catholic, and Jehovah’s Witness doctrines (to name a few) lead people astray?

Can you explain to others how and why the teachings of today’s prominent ‘prosperity’ and ‘social’ gospel pastors deceive their flocks?

Have you warned those within ear shot of the demonic dangers and the Salvation ending results of the New Age movement and Eastern mysticism entering the front doors of our Churches today?

Do you sound the call against spiritual perversion such as the Lost Gospels, The Secret, The DaVinci Code, Oprah’s promotion of the New Age program ‘A Course in Miracles,’ and Eckart Tolle’s ‘A New Earth?’ To name a few.

The lettuce believe Oprah generation.

No Gravatar

This is a pretty good survey of what American’s believe today about religion. The lettuce believe whatever does not clash with Oprah’s fruit salad generation.

Survey: More have dropped dogma for spirituality in U.S. - USATODAY.com

Religion today in the USA is a salad bar where people heap on upbeat beliefs they like and often leave the veggies — like strict doctrines — behind.

There are so many ways of seeing God, public policy expert Barry Kosmin says, that “the highest authority is now the lowest common denominator.”

“Americans believe in everything. It’s a spiritual salad bar,” says Rice University sociologist Michael Lindsay. Rather than religious leaders setting the cultural agenda, today, it’s Oprah Winfrey, he says.

“After the attack on Pearl Harbor, the national memorial service was at Washington’s National Cathedral, conducted by Episcopal clergy. After the 9/11 attack, Oprah organized the official memorial service at Yankee Stadium, and while clergy participated, she was the master of ceremonies.

“The impact of Oprah is seen throughout this survey. She uses the language of Bible and Christian traditions and yet includes other traditions to create a hodgepodge personalized faith. Exclusivism (one religion has the absolute and exclusive truth) has gotten a bad name in America today,” he says.

Political science professor Alan Wolfe, director of the Boise Center for American and Public Life at Boston University, says many people, despite their religious claims, “have no command of theology, doctrine or history, so it’s an empty religiosity.”

Most people in the U.S. say there are many ways to God, even among Evangelicals!

No Gravatar

Did you catch ABC news today? 3/4 of people in the U.S. do not believe their religion is the only way to God.

If I remember right about 56 percent of Muslims also said that - Which explains why many Muslims say they are moderate although there is no such concept taught in the Quaran.

I do not recall the percent of the Jews but it was very high. 60 percent were not sure they believed in God at all.

Catholics were at 79 percent - How do the people who claim that Catholism is the one true Church believe there can be other truths and ways to God? Obviously most Catholics in the U.S. do not even know their own theology or else they do not believe it.

Mainline Protestants were at 83 percent - What should we expect from them? They do not even know what Christianity is anymore. They think anyone that does more good than bad will be saved regardless of belief in God’s Savior, If they even believe in salvation at all.

Even about 60 pecent of Evangelicals - That is the sorry state of affairs among those who “claim” to be saved by grace through faith. How can people who claim that Jesus is God then claim there is another way to God other than through the way God provided in His Son? The core doctrine of the Bible says that Jesus is the only way to the Father so anyone claiming there are other ways knows nothing about how one is saved. I hardly think they then can actually be called Christians.

Obviously the Christians in this survey concern me the most. If this survey is accurate about 3/4 of those that claim to be Christians in the United States are certainly apostate because they do not believe Jesus or the scriptures. Jesus said that He was the only way to God is He a liar? They certainly are not getting their many ways to God insights from any Holy Spirit within them. You can be sure that the figures are even worse in Europe.

ABC of course thought this was great because they think that those who actually believe in their faith are narrow minded bigots. So now is it any wonder that this Nation is electing the politicans that they are electing, is it any wonder why redefining Christianity is all the rage among evangelicals, is it any wonder why the amoral are winning control of this county and is any wonder why the U.S. will continue to go through increasing judgments?

Obviously we do not have to wait for the end time apostasy that was spoken about in the Bible it has already arrived.

Only Imagine Tolle and Oprah’s homonoeticus living forever in the Lake of Fire!

No Gravatar

The quotes are some excerpts from Debra Rae on “Only Imagine Tolle’s New Earth, Part 1″ It looks like it is going to be a very good series.

For those into Tolle’s recycled and refined New Age religion I want you to only imagine homonoeticus living forever in the Lake of Fire. Tolle and Oprah are only telling you a rehash of the same lie that the Serpent told Eve from the beginning, “That you can become like God”. No you can’t! You can become a very prideful deceived human like these two have become, believing that they are evolving into a superior race (homonoeticus). Believing Tolle’s nonsense will really only evolve you into a eternal place in the Lake of Fire.

If you read this article you will know why they hate Bible believing Christians and why they really want us dead and why people who think like them will be the force behind Christian and Jewish persecution in the future. Its because we will not worship them as homoneticus masters and we will try to stop them from deceiving others in the world by telling them the truth.

RaidersNewsNetwork.com – Breaking News, U.S., World, Science, and Mystery

Notwithstanding, secular and cosmic humanists alike actively reject and attempt to eradicate traditional theism. For such arrogance, even the angel Lucifer was cast in shame from heaven!

As evidenced in A New Earth, this burgeoning sect of evolutionary cosmic consciousness is allowed rigidity of expression that by no means is afforded traditionalists. For espousing absolutism analogous to those advanced by Tolle, Bible-believing Christians are to be feared. Their dogma allegedly represents a “mental dysfunction” perpetuating separation and conflict; therefore, Christians are (in Tolle’s word) “dangerous.” After all, he explains, the history of Christianity provides a “prime example” of how biblical dogma “corrupts to the point of insanity.”

Achieving mastery qualifies awakened adepts to act as “Custodians of the Plan” and to watch over and even guide all of humanity’s spiritual progress. Said adepts comprise a superior species (homonoeticus) whose quantum leap to “consciousness” has fitted them for presumably higher levels of existence in the esoteric

Here is the take from the Lighthouse on Brian Mclaren’s newest book “Finding Our Way Again” Brian Mclaren is obviously a blind soul who could not even find his way with his seeing eye dog. What Mclaren teaches is not Christianity and I wish that Bible colleges and book stores would quit peddling his pagan delusions as something the church needs to learn about. We do not need to know these things any more then we need to know what was in the books that the early Church burned.

There is a common thread in all these emerging teachers. These are nothing but wolves dressed in old gnostic wolves sheep’s clothing. These religious perverts want us to believe that religion will unite on some higher plain where all paths lead to God through everyone looking inside themselves for some self deception. They think satanic illumination will bring peace and brotherhood to the planet. Oh brother! How demented can these people get and why is the church contemplating their teachings? Has the Christian church also gone nuts?

They believe the world is going to become united on mystical religion and they are right. Who do you think the Women that rides the Beast is? She is Mystery Babylon the harlot religion. So please understand that their purpose driven life is to merge Oprahitis with Mclarenstupiditis and come up with the Bell Tolled for all those that Foster this mother of all harlots.

From the Lighthouse

Brian McLaren’s newest book, Finding Our Way Again: The Return of the Ancient Practices, is the first in a series of eight books by Thomas Nelson publishers. The General Editor of the series, which is titled The Ancient Practices Series, is emerging church proponent Phyllis Tickle. Other authors in the series include Dan Allender, Scot McKnight, Diana Butler Bass and Joan Chittister.

In Finding Our Way Again, McLaren thanks several contemplatives like Richard Foster, Dallas Willard, and Joan Chittister. He also says he is “indebted” to Tony Campolo and Jim Wallis and recognizes Doug Pagitt and Tony Jones for teaching him contemplative practices. It is not surprising that McLaren thanks these listed teachers - McLaren has been in the emergent camp from the beginning of its inception, and where there is emerging, there is contemplative.

The interfaith theme is threaded through Finding Our Way Again. In one section, McLaren says that even Christian communion is something to be shared with people of all faiths (in particularly with the Jewish faith and Islam); he states that this “sacred meal” is a celebration of “inclusion” and “reconciliation” (p. 26). This makes a mockery of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, who told believers to do this in remembrance of Him, acknowledging His atonement for sin - a mockery because the beliefs of other religions reject Christ as being God and the slain Lamb who could take away sin.

As do other emerging/contemplative teachers, McLaren believes in a literal global kingdom of God on earth before Christ returns that will incorporate all the world’s religions and all creation, a “world yet to be born” that “desperately” needs “these spiritual practices.” He also relates: “[T]hese practices” have “enlivened the three Abrahamic faiths” (Christianity, Judaism, Islam) and should not be “allowed to go extinct” (p. 29).

Finding Our Way Again emulates McLaren’s previous writings on atonement, on Jesus being the only way to God and salvation, on the return of Christ and on the last days. The difference with this book is that the emphasis is on how we can attain to this awakened state - through mystical practices. One chapter is devoted primarily to these contemplative exercises, but the entire book is seeping with its core message - “reconciliation with God, one another, and all creation in a global community” (p. 42).

In the last chapter of McLaren’s book, “Theosis (via Unitiva),” he sums up his calling by stating that “The purpose of the via purgativa [the practices] is to prepare us for the via illuminativa [the awakening], and the purpose of the via illuminativa is to prepare us for the via unitiva [all is one], the union of our nature with the nature of God” (pp. 171-172). He calls God “fire” and says, “We join God in being fire … Before the beginning … God was All, and All was God” (p. 175). This is the exact same message that Eckhart Tolle and Oprah are propagating. But while many Christians are now condemning Tolle’s message, they don’t realize that the very same message is permeating their very own churches. For those readers who care about the spiritual future of their children and grandchildren, it is vital they understand the meaning of McLaren’s spirituality in particular and the emerging/contemplative movement in general. We believe this is an extremely compelling motivation and should prompt us as believers to defend the faith and the gospel message of Jesus Christ.

The Todd Bentley Freak show at Lakeland Florida Circus

No Gravatar

I know I say you have to read this too often, but you really do have to read this article.

What a circus is going on in the name of Christ in Lakeland Florida! The latest ring leader of this circus is Todd Bentley but they apparently have had enough freak show hucksters and visitors for these phony and satanic “healing”, laughing and lunacy side shows to keep this circus act going for over a decade. In my last post on this topic I said some Pentecostal’s need to grow up. Now I will say if they are taking part or promoting this demonic activity they are in danger of hellfire.

Check your “Christianity at the door and your brain as well if you dare enter in”. Quite frankly, if you are attending these freak shows and acting out this loony stuff you are already probably quite insane by anyone’s definition and you should go get professional help.

Bentley

If you’ve been watching the news on “Christian Television” in the past couple of weeks, you could not have missed the glowing reports of a “revival” breaking out in Lakeland, Florida. It is headed up by a certified false prophet/teacher by the name of Todd Bentley, one of the guys from the infamous Elijah List, an umbrella group that markets all the bogus “prophetic” junk their many seers sell. Many of these forerunners for the antichrist are heralding this outbreak as the much-touted outpouring of the latter rain. {If you think I’m speaking harshly, keep reading to understand why I can’t mince words.}

Sadly, this circus show featuring an “illustrated man” is now on the road and targets young people and new believers who are not armed with a knowledge of Scripture so they are sitting ducks for deception. The crowds following Bentley are seen being overcome by ugly spirits of drunkenness and stupor. Those in the church who are crying out against this injustice perpetrated upon our weakest little lambs are being squelched by the “Christian” media, since those in control of the airwaves suppress the truth in unrighteousness. And any otherwise solid ministries that buy airtime on networks such as TBN and the God Channel shut up their own mouths for fear of biting the hand that feeds them and getting their programs tossed.

Bentley

Watching Bentley do his circus act can be very nauseating. He imparts his Emma spirit on the young people who come up for a touch. He flings the evil spirits upon them while yelling, “blah, blah, blah, blah” – whatever he means by that – and culminates it with slaying them in the “spirit” with the word “BAM!” [see link for example ] Why would he scream “Bam” over people?

The Tony Blair Faith Foundation is setting up the world for the harlot woman on the Beast

No Gravatar

I was not going to write about Tony Blair’s kick off speech to his new Faith foundation http://tonyblairfaithfoundation.org/2008/05/tony-blairs-speech-to-launch-t.html because I did not want to rain on this social effort and just look at the end time implications.

As You can see I changed my mind. While I was out cutting grass half the day I got an email asking for me to do a radio interview on the one world church implications of this (from a very well known Conservative Christian organization). When I came back in and answered the email it probably was too late for the show anyway. I am not a great one for doing interviews because I like to think about what I am saying before I say it. When I talk my mouth does not usually allow my brain to do that. My brain still runs on a single processor. When I combine talking and thinking it never comes out the way I would have wished.

I also highly suspect that they were really trying to get a radio interview with Bill Koenig since he does the speaking circuits. This mix up has happened before since there are two Koenig’s in the Bible prophecy field.

The other reason I decided to write this article is that after thinking about it this foundation could be the most significant political creation in history that will move the world toward a pluralist tolerant all faiths mentality.

In other words this may be the actual start of putting together the harlot woman who rides the end time Beast Antichrist world system into power (Rev 17:17).

With that in mind lets looks at Tony Blair’s speech. Also be mindful that Tony Blair has just converted to Roman Catholicism and although his faith in the Roman Church may be real, he is going to use this Catholic platform to bring in globalism through religion.

The foundation will concern itself with six leading faiths.Christian, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, Sikh and Jewish, That includes the major religious influences in the world today.

Tony thinks as globalism goes forward and national boundaries are broken down the glue that will hold mankind together to solve the global problems will be religion. He equate religion with faith but it is not.

He says religion provides a common basis of values and beliefs for people to get along together. Obviously he is not talking about religions as they are today. He is talking about some idealist unified religion that only exists in his thoughts of what religion could become if everyone would just agrees that everyone is right.

He says his foundation wants to show faith in action. That sounds wonderful but faith in action is different things to different people? Is faith in action doing social good works or is it proclaiming the gospel with those social good works? In Blair’s faith in action scheme preaching Christianity would not be allowed.

Tony also wants everyone to know what other religions believe and he thinks that will make them comfortable with other religions. Obviously he thinks we all really just have a different way to the same God and we just have to learn that so we can get along.

I fully know about the beliefs of some of these other religions and it just makes me more uncomfortable because their way to God is not the way that Jesus said was the only way to God. I would have to give up my Christian beliefs to think that these others religions are on a path to God. My faith says that without Jesus Christ they are doomed. No greater understanding of their man make religions with their man made god’s is going to make me accept religions where man is justified by his own good works. How does fully understanding Islam change the lies in Islam? Or how does fully understanding that Hindus worship of millions of god’s change my view of that damnable pagan practice etc.

The course Tony Blair wants designed in Universities is called “Faith and Globalisation” Well we know that globalisation is what Tony Blair wants but most people in the world do not want globalisation. Elitists like Blair want it so that they can totally manage our lives and its prophetic that he intends to do it through a unification of the religions.

Another avenue they plan to take is education through the mass media. You might call that mass brainwashing because that is what it will really be. Pretty soon “Faith and Globalisation” will be played side by side will Al Gore’s “Inconvenient Truth” to continue the brainwashing of everyone in the world.

Tony Blair in his speech equates religious differences with race and gender differences as if education about skin color or sex is no different than education about religion. I have news, race problems are not usually about skin color at all it is mostly about cultural differences. Do you see the world ethnic groups becoming closer because they are now educated in race relations? That is rediculous. There is more ethnic hatred now than there was before the education programs. It will be worse with religion. Learning about someone else’s religion is not going to bridge the gap between the huge differences. It will just make more people aware of the reasons why that hate those in other religions.

I think the social works they are planning to do are commendable but social works are not going to save the world. If they can use religion to help people socially fine but that is what humans should be doing regardless.

Blair wants to expand the Abraham house in London to include those of other beliefs. I am not sure what the point ot this is. Mixing God’s word with doctrines of demons is not going to produce a hybrid unless it looks like the Devil.

The most troubling part of Blair’s speech is his stand against all extremism. Well Mr. Blair, true Christianity is an extreme religion. It clams that the only way to God is through His Son Jesus Christ. So that form of Christianity is sure to go on the interfaith chopping block. I am sure Blair would love everyone to keep their rituals so they can make pretend that they are doing something spiritual and Holy like many Catholics. He also says that extremists in Islam are a perversion of that faith. In fact, the extremists are the only ones that are keeping the true teachings of Islam. So in other words, Blair wants to modify all religions to appease all other religion. He does not call that watering it down, call it what you want Mr. Blair but it is really taking out what offends me from your religion and then I will take out what offends you. I can see it now, a long ongoing summit of religions to bargain away their passages.

Jesus did not say that Christiantiy would unify faiths he said,

Mat 10:24″Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
36 And a man’s foes shall be they of his own household.

Christianity is a radical religion and that is why millions have given up their lives to get out the message of salvation to the world. Now they want modern Christians to just forget about that divine commission and instead promote a gospel of can’t we all get along? Faith in Christ is supposed to pull people apart. Believers are leaving the world and becoming new creations. Blair says that this is destructive and dangerous. Well maybe from the world’s point of view it is, but we are not of this world and that is why people who want to build their own utopia right here and now without the Lordship of Jesus on earth really hate our message.

Well guess who is on the advisory counsel of Blair’s foundation? None other than Rick and Kay Warren who show up in all the CFR worldly places. I guess that should not surprise anyone these days.

Sayyid Syeed a veteran of interfaith outreach, said it is possible to find common ground without watering down religious teachings if the work is based on sound scholarship about each faith. I guess Sayyid really means scholarship from liberals who do not take the text literally anyway.

So that is the Blair Witch Project. So where is this all heading?

I think this will continue to grow among the Liberals and the postmodern emerging Christians who want a pluralistc soft dominionism but I do not think it will catch fire until after the world religious wars. This is just setting the foundation for the real interfaith program that will become a mandatory world wide program after those wars. At that point everyone will be brainwashed into believing that a interfaith solution is the only answer for world peace.

After the religious wars governments will be so afraid of new religious wars that they will outlaw all speech that is offensive to any other religion. As a Christian that will mean that you cannot say that Jesus is the only way to God, or that anyone is a sinner going to hell. You will also not be able to talk about a coming judgment or a physical second coming of Jesus. Saying these things will be breaking the law and if you do they will either send you to a brainwashing camp or you will be put in prison as a danger to world peace.

The Roman Church will speak for the interfaith religion, by the way, she already has a seat at the U.N and has embassy’s in many countries. This interfaith harlot will be the woman that rides the Beast of Revelation. She will help bring the Beast world system into power but when the Antichrist figure arrives on the scene he will turn on this harlot and burn her with fire, And that is the fate of Rick Warren’s Global Peace Plan. The Antichrist that arises will claim to be above anything called God and he will demand that everyone in the world worship him.

Seeing the foundation for globalism and interfaith religion is being set up now, you can be fairly certain that the rest will follow shortly.

Wright, Plegar, Obama’s Black Liberation Theology and what it might mean to America

No Gravatar

It makes no sense for the Catholic Church to retain the demonic “Father” Pleger as a priest. Priests of God do not teach hate. But there is a much deeper issue than “Father” Pleger here.

We have now heard three leaders speak from that pulpit all preaching heretical hateful Black Liberation Theology. The whole congregation was whipped in a frenzy by “Father” Pleger obviously they were in full approval of his very hateful message.

Obama can say what this church teaches is not his views but then why would he continue to attend a church that produces and promotes leaders in Black Liberation Theology? It is not just Jeremiah Wright that is rotten in this church it is the whole congregation that is rotten. If any of those attending this church had one ounce of Christian discernment they would have left many years ago. All who attend there now could only be classified as racial bigots.

So now should the American people elect a man to President who attends a bigoted church and will not even take a stand against the evils being spouted from it by departing from it?

Should we make such a flawed man President so he can bring his well known Far Left Marxist all ways theology the focus for America for the next four years? Should we elect Obama so we can listen to his wife’s hatred toward America from the White House? Will that bring the nation to the unity that Obama claims he will bring to American?

If you want to see total disaster and disunity come to America go ahead and vote for Obama and people like him to positions of power in the government. If you do you will have yourself to blame when socialism brings economic disaster and black racism gives black people more excuses for their continued ” whitey owes me a living” immorality.

America is at a tipping point and if it tips toward where these people are planning to go it will not be pretty when America wakes up. The backlash could look like a civil war. Much of the Christian heartland of America is simply not going to put up with where the Far Left godless want to take America.

American Thinker Blog: The demonic Father Pfleger

Father Pfleger sounds like Jeremiah Wright on a really bad acid trip. He is hateful; he is sadistically gleeful; he preaches a vicious anti-White race hatred; and he has the congregation screaming with joy. This is a sight and sound to behold, something out of the worst parts of the Middle Ages, with priests demagoguing their congregations to go out and kill Jews, or Protestant infidels, Catholics, or Orthodox Christians. But this is right here in America, brough to you by the compassion of Black Liberation Theology.

Father Pfleger could be faking his race-baiting, taking as his “prophetic preaching” model his good friend the Reverend Jeremiah Wright. No doubt his act is thoroughly rehearsed. But that only makes his race-baiting worse, a premeditated act of evil that will end up killing human beings, as the message spreads that it’s OK to prey on Whitey.

Does the Catholic Church recognize any responsibility to deal with Father Pfleger? Do the words of Vatican II mean anything in practice? The civil authority in America is committed to free speech, including free hate speech. It should not do anything. But the Church does not have to implicitly validate Father Pfleger’s message by continuing his ordination. It brings even more scandal upon the Church, which is already reeling.

As for Senator Barack Obama, it does bring his history and political backers into sharper and sharper focus, doesn’t it?

The Richard Foster of the Emergent Church Leaders

No Gravatar

Rev. Ken Silva of Apprising Ministries has written a really good article about Richard Foster and how he is connected with the Emergent Church movement and the Contemplative/Centering Prayer that is now being taught to future pastors in many seminars and Bible colleges. Below are a few excerpts from this article but read the entire article there is much good information here. But while your at it don’t stop at this article on Richard Foster. Apprising Ministries www.apprising.org has many well documented articles on the emergent/emerging church heresies which are leading institutional “Christianity” into latter day apostasy. It is this emerging harlot woman that will ride the Beast Antichrist into power in these last days.

All leaders in Christianity need to be able to discuss these issues because people in your congregations are buying their popular books and they are being heavily influenced by these emerging Gnostic teachers. In the final analysis, these doctrines are repackaged “New Age” thinking. They all dance around a pluralist all-ways to God paganism even if they happen to mention the name of Jesus.

2Ti 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

WHO IS RICHARD FOSTER?

WHO IS RICHARD FOSTER?

Due to the importance of this topic of Contemplative/Centering Prayer, which is the primary source for a reemergence of Gnostic neo-pagan “Christian” mysticism in new evangelicalism, I began this series as quickly as I could. I am asking the interested reader to please keep an eye out for this work to be ongoing to cover various mystics who are influential in the new spirituality that is now infecting the evangelical community of our Lord’s Church. Let me also point out that each of these pieces will continue to be expanded as well when new information is forthcoming.

We will begin now with Richard Foster who is arguably the leading proponent of this so-called contemplative spirituality rooted in Rome. Undoubtedly however, he is certainly its most recognized teacher. Foster is also very highly respected in the marred and mystical Emergent Church as evidenced in an article in Christianity Today called “The Emergent Mystique.” None other than Brian McLaren, the prominent theologian in “Emergent, the emerging church network that he and several other church planters and pastors lead,” points to “Dallas Willard and Richard Foster, with their emphasis on spiritual disciplines, as key mentors for the emerging church.”

I cover Teresa of Avila in more depth elsewhere, but here you can clearly see that her mystic musings have undoubtedly impacted Foster. In fact in COD he includes this troubled Roman Catholic nun among “the great writers of the devotional life,” which he says goes “from St. Augustine to St. Francis, from John Calvin to John Wesley, from Teresa of Avila to Juliana of Norwich” (5, emphasis mine). You might make note here that the highly ecumenical Foster is undoubtedly influenced in his own aberrant mystic views by the apostate Church of Rome and in opposition to the theology of the Reformers the Guru of Contemplation obviously considers the Roman Catholic Church a part of the true Body of Christ.

This now brings us to another critical issue that has not been thoroughly explored in the study of this invasion of contemplative spirituality into the evangelical camp. The fact is that Guru Foster is himself a Quaker, or a member of The Religious Society of Friends, as they are also known. Therefore if someone wants to better understand how Foster’s own teachings about this supposed “inward life” were themselves shaped then it becomes necessary to have a working background of the theology inherent in this group he has been raised within. As a matter of fact Quakerinfo.com enlightens us that Richard Foster is “[p]erhaps the best known Quaker in the world today.”

This idea in Quaker theology that every man has this alleged “Inner Light” is further corroborated in GREAT RELIGIONS of the World which tells us that Fox “insisted that the ‘light of Christ’ glimmered in all men” (375, emphasis mine) We’ll be coming back to this “inner light” that is supposed to glimmer “in every human heart,” but first, in his classic two volume set A History Of Christianity (AHOC) the great historian Kenneth Scott Latourette adds a bit more background information about the person through whom the Quakers originated:

And here we have uncovered the reason why so many professing Christians today can believe that all religions should be friends now and seek our common ground as we work together to usher in “the kingdom” of God’s Global Peace. Take an honest look at the warped and toxic theology of men like Richard Foster, Rob Bell, Brian McLaren, Alan Jones, Steve Chalke and even the Pied Piper of Purpose Driven Rick Warren–all men involved to one degree or another in the practice of contemplative spirituality. You see no bold stance on their part that the only way any human being anywhere upon God’s planet can ever be saved from an eternity of conscious torment in a literal place our Creator called Hell is personal faith in Jesus Christ of Nazareth and His vicarious penal substitutionary atonement on the Cross. In fact, you will see quite the contrary.

The all-gods sect called Alcoholics Anonymous or A.A.

No Gravatar

This is a clever article that points out the problems with Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and most other 12 step programs.

Missionaries Into Darkest Alcoholics Anonymous - CWN

Mama and Papa,

We are in America at last. The Lord has sent us into the strangest belief system. The men and women here seem impervious to the Gospel, but the Lord has given us great love for them.

This religion teaches that virtually anything can be defined as a god. During their meetings these people gather and pray in unity, but the “god” each individual prays to can be as varied and unique as particles of sand in our African desert. It is unsettling watching them join in the Lord’s Prayer, because most do not know Jesus, and therefore cannot know the Father.

This religion was founded here in America in the 1930s. It is a very American system of belief and worship. Very democratic, one might say. In this belief system, it is not important what one worships, only that one must worship something. In fact, initiates who come seeking help, but who have trouble inventing or envisioning a god, are often told they can worship a “doorknob,” or even the group itself to begin their spiritual journey.

Clearly the enemy uses this all-gods movement to dull Christians down, and to point the unsaved anywhere but Christ. This strategy has been marvelously effective.

Please pray that our Lord raise up other missionaries to send to these people in Alcoholics Anonymous. There are so many lost people here. This hurts to say, but many of the Christians, who love this all-gods sect, need missionaries almost as badly as the unsaved.

Pray the Lord of the Harvest sends laborers,

His missionaries In Deepest, Darkest A.A

Coexisting with doctrines of devils
