They are also planning to microchip their military and it will continue to spread to more and more groups. It will not stay in Britain it will soon be everywhere. This is not the Mark of the Beast system yet but it is setting the technical foundation for it. U.K. to Begin Microchipping Prisoners

the Ministry of Justice is exploring the possibility of injecting prisoners in the back of the arm with a radio frequency identification (RFID) chip that contains information about their name, address and criminal record. Such chips, which contain a built-in antenna, could be scanned by special readers. The implantation of RFID chips in luggage, pets and livestock has become increasingly popular in recent years.

In addition to monitoring incarcerated prisoners, the ministry hopes to use the chips on those who are on probation or other conditional release. By including a satellite uplink system in the chip, police would be able to use global positioning system (GPS) technology to track subjects’ exact locations at all times. According to advocates of such a measure, this could help keep sex offenders away from “forbidden” zones like schools.

Just one more step on the path to the universal mark of the Beast economic system. Soon they will link these to your bank account and you will not even need a debit card.

April 28, 2008—VeriChip has launched a direct-to-consumer initiative known as Health Link, making its RFID system—previously branded as VeriMed—available to customers in South Florida’s tri-county area. For $149, a consumer can have a passive 134 kHz RFID chip, compliant with the ISO 11784 and 11785 standards, implanted in his or her arm, with the transponder’s unique 16-digit ID number linked to a database containing that individual’s medical records and, if they so choose, a living will.

VeriChip is partnering with hearing care provider HearUSA to make the chips available. With the system, consumers can call an 800 number for additional information.

ROSENBERG: Well I think eventually Rome will be the center of the E.U. How is that going to happen? I don`t know. There is a lot I don`t know. The point is the Bible laid out some details it doesn`t give us all the details.

BECK: Is it true that we — we haven`t bombed parts of Iraq because of, not only the historic significance, but the biblical significance of — of Babylon?

ROSENBERG: Babylon itself, Babylon is a province, it`s also a city, but there is no one living in current Babylon, it`s being reconstructed. There is no question American forces were very careful about bombing in the area. However there was some archaeological destruction as troops were coming in and out of there. That was a problem.

But I interviewed for my previous book, “Epicenter,” a nonfiction book, “Epicenter,” you and I have talked about it. I interviewed the chief economic adviser to the current prime minister of Iraq and I said “The New York Times” and others are reporting you have a plan to rebuild Babylon as a cultural epicenter. He said absolutely. He walked me through the plans they have to rebuild the city. They believe cultural tourism in Iraq will be the second largest money producer after oil, two, three, four, five years down the road.

Now, right now it`s almost impossible to imagine people going on a vacation to Iraq.

BECK: Oh, no. Come to Iraq. I mean .

ROSENBERG: I just went there. My family thought I was crazy, president of Crazytown. But look, the Bible says that is what will happen. People will come from all over the world. Revelation describes all the merchants of the earth are coming to Iraq. That`s not that far off I don`t think.

Britain wants to start with some criminals and they continually pass more laws to make more people criminals. They also plan to chip their army. So how long will it be before the control freaks want everyone to be chipped with this precursor to the Mark of the Beast? Also notice that one company is planning to develop chips that will actually control people’s actions with these chips.

Ministers are planning to implant “machine-readable” microchips under the skin of thousands of offenders as part of an expansion of the electronic tagging scheme that would create more space in British jails.

Amid concerns about the security of existing tagging systems and prison overcrowding, the Ministry of Justice is investigating the use of satellite and radio-wave technology to monitor criminals.

One company plans deeper implants that could vibrate, electroshock the implantee, broadcast a message, or serve as a microphone to transmit conversations. “Some folks might foolishly discount all of these downsides and futuristic nightmares since the tagging is proposed for criminals like rapists and murderers,” Ms McIntyre said. “The rest of us could be next.”

The debate is about implanting chips in children for security reason. What they seem to miss is that the book of Revelation tells us that people will not be able to buy or sell without something like a chip in their forehead or arm. The technology exists and they are now actively breaking down societies resistance against implantable chips. I surmise getting chipped will become common place for most in the next decade and it will become mandatory for all under the Beast system in the following decade or two.

RFID, implantable chips and the Real ID Act

We are being prepared for a completely controlled society where everything we do will be monitored. It will lead to the mark of the Beast system spoken of in Revelation. The first major step will be the Real Id Act that is set to go in effect in 2oo8. I found a very good video clip that explains where RFID and implantable chips will take us. This is the world in 2037 according to a British military team who think about these things. I think things will even be worse if the present world actually gets that far.

First they implement credit cards that can track you, next they will want to eliminate the card and put the chip under your skin and finally you will not be able to buy or sell anything without it.
