Forgotten kids or a postmodern generation who reject Jesus because they love their sins?

Jan Markell adequately answered why the true Church should be looking forward to the coming of Jesus and is not worrying about the gloom and doom that the world will soon experience. So I won’t rehash that. I just want to add one point. The woman said that “we have a whole generation of forgotten kids – forgotten by the church so they can have their end time meetings.”

Does this woman even go to church? There are no end time meetings in any church I know. Kids have not been forgotten by the Church in any case. Most kids will simply not attend church if their parents don’t make them attend. You cannot make a generation of postmodern young people believe what it has already rejected.

These kids have been blinded by the world system through the message in the schools and the media. How do you intend that the church reach them? By peaching a gospel of repentance and a Jesus that died and rose for their sins? Truths they laugh at? Do you really think that most kids have not heard the gospel in this country? This postmodern generation has rejected it!

The only way some of these rebels will be reached for Christ is as their whole world system crumbles in front of them, they remember what they were told by people like Jan. That Jesus is coming and He will save all that put their trust in Him. It will be absolute truth when a generation that does not believe in absolute truth sees Bible prophecy being fulfilled in front of their own eyes. But who will tell them about His coming if nobody tells them?

The end-times are here, the end-times are here. Gloom and doom, doom and gloom!  You hear about it all the time (yes, because we’re in them).  I am so sick about hearing about the end-times when we have a job to do. I talked to a friend and she said the Bible said certain things were going to happen.  I couldn’t believe it.  So we are just to sit back and drop the ball and don’t do anything? We have radio and TV shows just talking abut the end-times. People actually make a living out of this. Instead of having a meeting as to how the end-times are upon us, shouldn’t we be redeeming the time for the days are evil?  We have a whole generation of forgotten kids—forgotten by the church so they can have their meetings on the end-times.
