Living dead Christian blood suckers come out for Twilight

Even the media watchdogs of Christianity are writing reviews of the occult film “Twilight” that encourages or at least does not discourage Christians from seeing the movie. It like the reviewers themselves are cast members of the Night of the Living Dead.

I guess one can say that many organizations have reached the twilight of Christian discernment when Christians are not only not condemning these occult films they are encouraging Christian children to see them by their reviews and by building bible studies around them. It seems that they think it is okay to encourage kids to get into occult books and films if they also contain some basic human moral values. This is the typical postmodern relativism that has infected Christianity and it is why we are losing our youth.

Now because of the success of Twilight there will be movie sequels based on this satanic woman’s books that I understand just gets progressively more demonic. Christian kids will now be brought into a whole new level of the occult because parents and Christian organization no longer possess any Christian discernment.

Any wonder why Jesus barfs up the Laodicean church? What did Jesus say about those who allow offenses to come to these little ones?

Caryl Productions with Cult & Occult Expert Caryl Matrisciana – The “Twilight” Phenomena

Incredibly, this Christmas Season, when Jesus, the Light of the world used to be highlighted by the Church, many Churched and Christian ministries are promoting another light, “Twilight” the movie!

Based on Mormon, Stephenie Meyer’s 4-book “vampire romance” series, the Twilight movie was released last week (Nov 21, 2008) in 3419 cinema theaters across the nation and grossed over $70 million its first weekend. It’s the hottest pop culture phenomenon since Harry Potter mania.

Twilight takes occult darkness, introduced in Potter, to deeper, decadent fathoms: overt vampirism, acceptable blood-sucking (in this movie its only animal blood – later? Wait and see!) and sexual lust for the possessed soul (made appealing in its fictionalized form!). The books, akin to the Potter’s series, promote and familiarize their audience with magick, Wicca, supernatural powers and demon possession.

But what is beyond alarming is that Christians are seduced by satanic deception and have succumbed to Twilight’s fascination of dark wisdom, a power Scripture warns against – loving evil more than good (Psalm 52:3), and placing what the world admires before what God requires.

Focus on the Family, Christianity Today, The Catholic News Service, Christian Stay at Home Moms and Christian Teen Magazine are among some of the Christian groups who’ve been misled by occult delusion, and instead of warning Christians of its dangers, have compromised its lying message. “Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; who put darkness for light, and light for darkness…. Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!” Isaiah 5:20-21

The church and Christians are being deceived by many new-age occult philosophies and are promoting them as compatible with “Christian” ideals. To name just a few: The Secret came out in 2006, A Course in Miracles and the movie The Golden Compass in 2007. The seventh book in the Harry Potter series was released in 2007. In 2008, there was The Shack and the Oprah Winfrey endorsed book The New Earth.

Meyer, a Mormon mother of three, states that some of her inspiration in writing her vampire saga came from a band of musicians called Marjorie Fair. “For New Moon, they were absolutely essential. They can put you into a suicidal state faster than anything I know . . . Their songs really made it beautiful for me.” Also an inspiration for one of her characters was a band called My Chemical Romance. She states, “It’s someone . . . who just wants to go out and blow things up.” See mind blowing information about the music industry and a shocking spirituality many are involved in.

Scaringly, Meyer’s fictional character Edward took on the “terrifying” form of “real” spirit when it leapt from the pages of her saga and communicated with her in a dream. She says she had an additional dream after Twilight was finished when her vampire character Edward came to visit and speak to her. The Edward who visited her in the night told her she’d got it all wrong because he DID drink human blood, and could not “live” on ONLY animal blood as she wrote in the story. She said, “We had this conversation and he was terrifying.”

one wonders, how many churches and church youth groups are getting involved in a Bible study based on the Twilight series? And, how many Christians are getting trapped into the new emergent-style deception of Hegelian “dialoging”? How many realize this type of “dialectic” group thinking (conversation) is an attempt to compromise Christian faith based on God’s absolute truths with the idea that Truth is relative and shifts? God’s ways and thoughts are not open to discussion! Jesus said “I am the way, the truth, and the life” (Jn. 14:6).

t is deeply disturbing that Christians and youth leaders are undiscerning in biblical doctrine validating Christian youth to participate in vampirism, which is idol worship. Col 2:18-19 warns, “Do not let anyone who delights in….the worship of angels disqualify you for the prize. Such a person goes into great detail about what he has seen, and his unspiritual mind puffs him up with idle notions.”

Unfortunately, many churches and Christian organizations downplay the reality of the supernatural war being waged by “dead” spirits and neglect the reality of abusive spiritual warfare by demonic authorities. If only those who confess Jesus Christ as their Lord would learn to “abide” in His Spirit and “know” Him through HIS word then they would be better equipped to discern error from truth, and get involved in the “good fight” we are called to, and WARN against rather than encourage fads like Twilight.

  1. First thing I’m hearing about this movie. I wasn’t aware it’s such a big thing. Maybe it’s still limited to America but I guess it will spread around the globe and, uhm, infect Europe as well.

Frankly, it’s unlikely I was ever going to watch this movie anyway. For two reasons. First, it’s about a teenage romance! I mean, come on! That alone would be reason enough to skip this since I just hate romantic movies. 😛 Second, it involves vampires. I can tell you one thing, vampire movies tend to suck. Not surprisingly, I’m also not into horror movies. 😆

The only vampire movie I really liked so far was “Interview with the Vampire”. I liked it because it’s not your typical gutsy horror movie and there was a real story. There’s a bit of a moral lesson in it. It showed just how morally depraved and egoistical vampires are and just how deceptive the vampire’s promise is that you’ll have an “eternal life” and will remain “forever young” if you become one of “them”, while the only reason the vampire bites you is to crave his need for blood to sustain his own “life”. Much like what the forces of darkness, the adversary Satan and his fallen angels are doing, trying to keep mankind from God and promoting sinfulness.

Also, I have never quite understood this notion of “youth leaders.” In my view the only people that qualify as “youth leaders” are the parents of the youngsters. Most of these youth leaders I’ve seen are too young, inexperienced and biblically illiterate and have too much of an open-to-everything attitude and pay too much attention to coolness to be sound and manly leaders. Young people need to learn to respect and listen to older and more experienced Christians more instead of creating their own culture and clubs. That’s all nice until you see them getting caught up in their own world and their own interpretations of the Bible. But I guess I’m being reactionary again.

I think churches would benifit more from preaching sound doctrine and giving a good lesson on what exactly the Bible says on Satan, his demons and God’s angels. Who they are, what they were created for, and what their roles and purposes are. I thought we believed in Sola Scriptura, not Sola Hollywood? 🙄

  2. We are drawing nearer to the end. It is Satans mission to lead us Christians astray. We as Christians need to stay as close to our Creator as possible and prayerfully inquire of The Lord in all we do, even the books we read. It is fascinating to me how Satan can disguise something that is so evil to be so innocent(Vampires, witches, monsters), these impressions are not cute or pleasing, they remind me of the nightmares and horrific images I had as a child. Definately not of the Spirit.

  3. I totally agree, Christs return is soon and the devil wants as many souls he can get. Of course hes going to do it with deception, making something bad and evil seem so innocent. Its sad that while getting ready to celebrate Christs birth Im hearing alote of people talking about how great these books and the movie is. Im sure next we will see more teens dressing in goth, the stores selling vampire memorbilia.

  4. I’ve read the books and have seen the movie…I am not a huge fan, but did enjoy the love story, and can understand
it’s appeal for girls. It is as about as much an occult book as Jane Eyre (Which quite frankly is a more well written
story). Occult is quite a strong word, and I do not think it is applicable here. What truly gives me the chills is the witch
    -hunt mentality of Christians today.

  5. What gives me the chills in “Christians” in the Laodicean church who apparently cannot discern good from evil.

  6. I love how you people think you are all high and mighty just becaose your religious. I’m sorry but if there truly was a god, don’t you think it is his job to do the judging and not you. I guess I have to hand you this tho, religion was a good way to get control over poeple and instill morals. Of course some of those morals seem to be very hateful and violant if you ask me. I’ve heard you people say that Harry Potter should be put to death if it were up to the old testamant. First of all, ITS JUST A STORY! Unless your a paranoid schitsophrenic, I highly doutb Harry will be able to cast so-called demonic spells on you. Second of all, if you don’t like the movie twilight or any of the books, then don’t watch it, simple as that. Plus you shouldn’t be so scared of something just because its different. There are no freaking control games going on here. Its just a story, chill out. If there is any kind of evil trying to control young minds, it is you.

  7. And I thout I as the wors spelher.
You might spell check your comments or get a new keyboard.

There is a God and He will do the judging you can be certain of that. However, His children already know that God has condemned occult practices like drinking blood, casting spells and acting out like the living dead. God does not expect His own children to be spiritual morons who cannot judge good from evil.

You seem to want a God that allows evil saying He will judge it after the fact. Nevertheless, God has already judged what is evil in His Law. God does not change He already gave us His moral law in the scriptures. But, here you are judging the God of all creation with your feeble little mind by saying the moral law He gave is hateful. I have news, God did not ask for your stupid opinion of his moral law.

You say you heard “you people” say Harry Potter should be put to death? Who are “you people”? What some Christians probably said is that the sons of Israel who practiced the occult were to be put to death according to Old Testament Law. That was only because Israel was called to be a holy priesthood to the world. They failed the assignment. Christians know moral law was given to show us our sins so that we would seek God’s High Priest (Jesus Christ) for forgiveness of our sins. We do not try to force God’s moral law on unbelievers. That is impossible. A just government might do that but that is a whole other topic.

No Christian is saying anyone should be put to death because of a movie. You are misrepresenting what Christians say and believe. You slander Christians because you obviously do not have a clue about what we believe. Your views of Christianity probably come from the hateful movies that you watch.

I do not have to watch anything I do not like but those who know good from evil do need to warn the innocent of the satanic indoctrination that too often is packaged as entertainment. I guess you think Christians should just let everyone be deceived and never offer a argument to the Satanic lies that bombard our society. What kind of Christian love of our neighbor is that?

By the way this is a Christian Blog what kind of review would you expect of this satanic movie?

  8. @ Lyndsey Castella, the problem is that people do believe these movies are real and because of films like Hairy Grotter, millions of kids are getting into witchcraft and then it becomes very serious.
I would say by your angry rant, that satan is closer to you than you know. Think about it, why are you so angry, is it because you are living the right kind of life reading and watching all the sick and demonic movies that unholywood has to offer. There are devils all around you my dear and this is why you have reacted the way you have. It’s not too late though, you can repent and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour and he will save you, make you a new creature, and you will see for yourself what you have been brought out of. God loves you and wants to save you, will you not come to him today, before it is too late for you?

  9. How sad when God’s name is being insulted. But, once it’s done, it goes a little farther than His name; it is insulting His being as well. May the Lord open the eyes of those who are so adamant trying to proof the impossible. God is real, just look outside your windows and you’ll see His wonders made because He loves you and wants you to enjoy His creation. Lord Jesus, yes, come soon!
