Supposedly on Sunday Americans are going to get a nation health plan shoved down their throat whether they like the medicine or not.  As of this writing  Fox News is saying that the House is still two votes short of passing the Senate bill. However, I am sure that leading Democrats will prescribe underhanded means to get those two votes or they will delay the health bill vote again (you did not think they would actually vote on a bill they could possible lose, did you?).

Most of the American people want Congress to start over on a health bill. Americans do not trust government on this health bill and for good reason. The bill forces people against their will to conform to the will of the government on health issues or suffer legal consequences – so much for liberty in America. It also gives government control over almost twenty percent of the economy – so much for the American dream of free enterprise.

When the President and Congress make this much fuss and use such underhanded parliamentary prescriptions against the will of the people you can be sure that the bill is not just about your good health. The bill is really a power grab to force more control over the lives of Americans and also to force the productive to support the more unproductive government dependents that are always voting for those giving them more and more freebies.

If this bill and the other bills that Obama wants become law the government will have almost total control over the people of America. George Orwell’s 1984 will therefore have arrived, ushering in a Brave New World utopia of the Left where unsustainable populations of the earth will become Soylent Green. Oh, they won’t be so obvious about recycling people – at least at first. They will just deny health care procedures to people that lived too long. They will also dispose of unhealthy babies, unwanted babies, and the babies of those that do purchase a baby permit (happens in the utopia of socialist China).

The health bill is clearly unconstitutional and those in Congress voting for it darn well know it since they are mostly lawyers. The truth is they do not give a hoot that the bill is unconstitutional. They think they will be able to appease the courts and enough people later with some minor changes in the law, and they are probably correct. They know that once this health bill becomes established like Social Security and Medicare the majority will become dependent on it. They know the more government addicts the government creates the more control they will have over their servants.

I guess the American people could revolt and throw all the bums out of office and give control of Congress to the Republicans, but it is extremely unlikely that the Republicans can pick up enough votes in 2010 to repeal anything passed by this Congress this year. I hope you also realize that Obama has an ace or two up his sleeve to turn votes back toward his administration. One such ace might be bombing of Iran.  That action will be a popular and necessary act that will certainly limit the incumbent losses at the polls. Obama probably has other wild cards that nobody even knows about or at least his puppet masters do.

By the 2012 election it is extremely likely that there will be higher priorities in our nation than repealing or revising the National Health Care Law. If we are involved in some crises such as a wider war or a hyper-inflationary depression like I suspect there may not even be much of national democratic process left in America or the means to change government.

I also think the Tea Party will find out that there are just too many different types of tea leaves to make any unified brew that is palatable to the majority. In other words, do not expect any great unity to emerge among Republicans, Conservatives, Independents, Libertarians, Constitutionalists, Christians and blue collar Democrats. In 2012 the Republicans will again come up with a compromise candidate and they will probably lose or the Party will go so far Right that it loses most of America.

Another reason why most Americans will forget about the Health Bill is that this bill will be followed by other unpopular bills that will then become the primary focus of the Tea Party and Republicans. For example, next, Obama wants to make illegal immigrants legal. That is part of his grand plan to get new voters for him in 2012. Watch how fast the American people lose sight of the Health Care Law when the immigration plan comes to light and unemployment remains a huge problem.  Obama also wants to pass huge carbon taxes that will be a concern to many people. Further, Obama wants to force peace terms in the Middle East by this fall. That is going to become a major focus of everyone shortly. So Obama really can afford to lose one or more of his first term objectives if it will make people lose focus on his primary objectives like the health bill.

Most of the people in this nation have no moral compass anymore so the nation is going to become increasingly divided on many issues. So how then does any majority emerge to bring reform to government when there is so much division in America on just about everything?

I think the real long term plan of globalist puppets like Obama is to divide and conquer America and to remake it into the image of the world. The way they will achieve this is to make one half of the nation dependents of the other half. That is a sure prescription for the downfall of a nation built on moral law and self achievement. The nation is to be replaced with a secular humanist interfaith socialist UN model. (There are those in religion that will help this Beast gain power in the name of forced social justice  – in contrast to free will Christian charity). Never mind, that the Frankenstein Monster that liberal Christians and Jews helped create will then turn on them.

Forcing a nation health plan on the productive of America in order to pretend to give social justice to government created slaves is a major step to divide and conquer America by prescription. Now you also know why certain demoncrat leaders fly on broomsticks.

Have you noticed that the world is becoming extremely unstable on every front? The only nation that kept the world fairly stable since the Second World  War now is projecting a great deal of instability to the rest of the world. Because of our own unraveling the whole world is about to unravel into a third world war and all sorts of evils. Obama with his lame brain foreign policy that projects weakness reflects a major aspect of this national unraveling.

This is the first America president that acts and thinks like a third world president. Will the nation be made into his image?  In just one year Obama has alienated our friends and has projected a weak America to all of our enemies.  Obama has tried to please tyrants by telling them what they want to hear instead of what they need to hear. Nevertheless, these predators know weakness when they see it. In return they show disrespect and mock America and Obama.

Obama’s appeasement overtures went out to Iran, N. Korea, China, Venezuela, Cuba, Russia, Arabs, Islamic terrorists and others but they clearly thumb their nose at him and take great comfort in the belief that this appeasing president will never do nothing to upset their own agenda.

Our longstanding friendship with Great Britain and our friendship with Israel is being destroyed by the Obama administration. This president has disrespected our greatest friends. This is especially dangerous with Israel because if Israel can no longer count on the United States to stop Iran from getting nuclear weapons they will do it themselves. Under the Obama administration we are also getting to the point were America stands against the right of Israel to defend herself against the enemies arming to attack her. If Israel feels America is no longer a ally against her enemies there is no reason for Israel to wait to destroy them. Israel believes it must strike enemies while she has the strength to win. There is no retreat when your nation is surrounded by enemies and 40,000 rockets earmarked to be fired into Israel.

Obama projects weakness to Iran by sanctions that everyone knows will not work while the American military is actually preparing for war with Iran by moving bunker-buster bombs to Diego Garcia. That mixed message makes no sense. We tried the same thing with two wars with Iraq to no avail. People in our last few American administrations keep doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results. Why? To appease the world that will never believe that there could be good intentions behind US military actions. They would rather get nuked than to think that some people just cannot be reasoned with or that they would actually use WMD if they had them. But, when a WMD attack actually happens to them they will be the first ones to turn into instant Nazi’s

Obama thinks appeasement will make Iran reasonable but what he is really doing is just telling Iran that they have more time left to build their nuclear weapons program. Meanwhile, Israel knows the time for appeasement is about up and if it even appears that the United States will not stop Iran from developing a nuke they will strike Iran. In that case the whole Middle East will unravel into a great war and Iran will make certain that America also gets sucked into the war.

Obama and staff do the same with N. Korea. You might think that after over 50 years of trying to appease the North Koreans that the State Department would have learned that you cannot appease madmen. This is a fatal flaw of liberals that believe in the basic goodness of man. But, on the contrary, unregenerate man is evil and will respond within his fallen human nature. Bullies on earth are predators, they respond to superior force, they are not persuaded through appeasement. The weak are just lambs for the slaughter for predators. Meanwhile, with all their appeasement the State Department is really abetting predators that have murdered millions and continue to murder people on their own hunting ground. The N. Korean cult leaders keep making grandiose threats because Americans have demonstrated over and over that N. Korea making threats brings them appeasement and free aid. If enough of the North Korean military leaders actually believe the propaganda of there “Dear Leader” god. they will drink his Kool-Aid on his command and carry out what will amount to national suicide.

There are current indications that China’s fascist dictators are now miscalculating because of our projection of weakness and their own self delusions that they have already become a superpower because they can undersell the world and flood world markets with their cheap crap. When actions are taken against China’s predator trade policy (as will happen later this year). China could very well respond with face-saving overreactions that will bring the world into great turmoil. If the Obama administration is going to give an oppressive fascist state superpower status in the world don’t be surprised when they actually try to live up to the billing. Better never to project any weakness with bullies and tyrants. But, how does an American administration project strength to the world with a State Department continually led by skirts and pantsuits and other high ranking bureaucrats that might as well be wearing them.

There is a great unraveling going on down Mexico way and is also being exported to America. Drug gangs are taking over Mexico and are also taking over American inner cities.

Every big city in America is already a war zone due to gangs and this unraveling of law and order will turn the cities of the United States into little Mexico’s where some police and military are on one side of the drug war and the gangs are on the other. The people are caught in the middle of the fighting. It is not safe to travel in Mexico anymore and neither is it safe to travel in American inner cities. If you do not believe me spend a night on the streets in any large inner American city.

Our prisons and law enforcements have also reached the great unraveling point. Half  of the over 2.3 million people incarcerated in America are in for drug convictions and they then work on the other half in prison to recruit them into organized crime or even terrorism. If everyone was locked up that should be doing time for breaking drug laws in the United States we would have fifty million in prison at any given time. Are we really fighting to win a war against drugs or has the war just made drugs more profitable for scum sucking traffickers and also created a police state in the process??

It is obvious that the American system of government has reached the unraveling point. Government “by the people” is not working anymore. Just watch as they shove this health bill down everyone’s throat even though the people have clearly expressed their disgust for it. They will do it because there are too many people in government that only care about power and control. Many politicians will sell their own mother to Satan if it will get them something in return. They are not there to serve the people. It is not just Federal government either. Most states are now police states and the same can be said about many counties, cities and towns. The idea of personal freedom is just about dead in America. You cannot live in America anymore without breaking someone’s law. If you do not believe me let me examine your income tax, your licenses, your permits, the way you raise your children, the length of your grass, your water use, your breath, your blood, your urine, your house, your decibel levels, where you cross the street, where you camp, your guns, how you speak about perverts, etc., etc.

There is also a great unraveling happening in our churches. Preaching true Christianity is out of vogue with the new great spiritual leaders that act more like world politicians than religious leaders. They want everyone to preach communistic social justice and the interfaith socialism of the emergent world harlot. How many churches in America actually preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ anymore? In most big cities they certainly are a small minority. The Christian doctrine of salvation in Jesus Christ has unraveled in America because most Americans would rather just get along with the world’s philosophies then to actually believe they are sinners in need of salvation.

As this year progresses expect to see much unraveling take place. The little peace that is left in the world is about to unravel, the economy is about to unravel, Christians churches are unraveling, law and order is unraveling, the political system is unraveling, etc.

Yes, There is hope, for believers there is one thing that will never unravel, and that is true faith in  Jesus Christ.  But when Jesus comes will He find faith on the earth? (Lk 18:8). I hope you are one of those that can answer yes with certainty. If you have no faith read this article and find out how you can get faith.

I am sure Obama will spin his own scripted story of the state of the Union at his State of the Union Speech but the state of the Union is not going to be as stated by our lying politicians.

I think Americans should learn the real sorry state of the Union as painful as that news may be. The economy of the Union is not going to recover any time soon, in fact it is going to get much worse. The American economy is really going into an economic black hole. The link gives 20 darn good easy to understand reasons why we are not on the road to recovery.

In this second article Chuck Norris gives Obama and the state of the Union a grade of F. Norris points out at least twenty additional reasons why the State of the Union is on life support. I think most of what Norris points out in the article can be summarized in just one sentence. If Americans do not return to a Christian wordview and follow biblical principles and elect moral people there is no hope for America.

If that article does not get people’s attention Vox Day tells us about the Zombies that ate America.  The article is about the bankers that continue to rob the banks while they use a “no account system” that hides the fact that most of the banks are still going deeper in the red.

Now I also hear that government wants your 401K retirement account. That is the last great pool of wealth in America for government to tap. From the article it seems that Obama wants to make you use your 401K savings account to lend money to the U.S. Treasury.  Just think,… a national health plan like program for your retirement. I am sure you can trust our government to have the money for you when you retire. Gee…I wonder what happened to all the surplus money paid into the Social Security Trust Fund?

Here is food for thought… you can invest in treasury debt and get interest rates well below inflation and watch the value of your nest egg shrink each year. Or if the nation defaults on its debt or revalues the dollar you can lose almost everything all at once. It sounds like the perfect transfer of your wealth to government retirement system to me. That is the people you elected America!

If you read all those articles I think you should get the real picture about the real sorry state of the Union.  If  enough Americans actually learned about the state of their Union they might repent of their apathy and amorality and do something positive about it. If they do not, Amercians will soon be living in a failed state living under tyranny and persecution.

This administration has the audacity to blatantly commit high crimes and misdemeanors as if they are above the constitutional law of our land. They think that the American people are too stupid or too apathetic to do anything about it. They are in for a rude awaking when the inevitable backlash comes.

When enough people in this country catch on that criminals have been running this nation for quite some time there will be real change. The Tea Party is just the start of this “fed up with government” movement.  The latest batch of criminals in Washington seem hell bent on destroying this nation as fast as they can. It reminds me of what Satan will do when he is cast down unto the earth and knows his time is short. He will set out to destroy all flesh on earth through his anointed Audacity-in-Chief. I am not sure that the Far Left is not also deliberately trying to destroy this nation for its own end. The concept seems ludicrous but many on the Far Left actually hate everything America stands for.

Even so, there is no doubt in my mind that the Marxist fascists that are now running our government will lose control. They might even try a military martial law takeover after some real or created crises but the American military will turn against them in the end. America is not Europe there are many more Christians in America and America is still overwhelmingly conservative. The rank and file military are not going to go against the will of the vast majority of Americans for very long. Keep in mind that all in the armed forces swore to defend the Constitution when they enlisted.

The highest law of our land is our Constitution and we have a teacher of constitutional law as our own Audacity-in-Chief. Apparently he uses his knowledge of constitutional law to try to make it say what it clearly does not. He is a postmodernist. He is like the liberal preacher that reads the Bible and picks and chooses only the passages that support his own Far Left ideology. In fact we know that Obama does that with the Bible or he would not be legalizing immoral practices. So it should be no wonder that he does the same thing with our Constitution.

Nevertheless, as hard as the liberals try to redefine the words of our constitution there are too many other documents written by our founding fathers that make the meaning of the words in the constitution absolutely clear. They did not write a living document like Obama and these liberals want to claim. They wrote a constitution founded on absolute biblical truths. You can no more redefine the Constitution to what you want it to say than you can honestly redefine the truths found in the Bible. Some will try but they are heretics.

I think the Democrats know how much time it will take to challenge all their unconstitutional actions through the courts and they think by that time they will have a Supreme Court packed with liberal clones. Even if that turns out to be the case, the majority of the people of this nation will have had enough by that time. There are provisions in the Constitution for out of control tyrannical government.

There have been a lot of unconstitutional actions by prior federal administrations as well, but they never had the audacity to make it as obvious as they do under Obama administration and the Far Left. Obama has the audacity to not even attempt to hide hiring liars, tax evaders, perverts,commies and freaks in his administration. He promised he would have an open administration but everything is being done in secret behind closed doors and critical details of legislation are hid from the public in thousands of pages of legalize. The hate bill was passed by attaching it to a critical funding bill for national defense. The people doing this are scum suckers they should be tried for high crimes and misdemeanors.

Liberals might even ask what is unconstitutional about our federal government actions? I would turn that question around and ask the liberals what Constitution is this government following?  They are not following the America’s Constitution that retains to the states and the people what is not given to the Federal government by the states and the people. The liberals rather than follow the Constitution are following the plans of Marxist and Fabian socialists that already control much of the rest of the developed world.

Just the other day Obama modified an executive order that will allow international police forces to operate with impunity on U.S. Soil?? That is unconstitutional! I won’t get into all the ramifications that this single action means against the rights of all Americans. You can check into this yourself here. Here is another view of this ongoing inner attack on the United States.

Did you know that at the same time that they were ramrodding the unconstitutional health bill through the Senate they also passed another 4 trillion dollar bail out provisions for the banksters . The next time they need a bailout the law to give them trillions of dollars is already on the books. Who gave the congress the authority to give away taxpayer money to private banks? The American people have been robbed more than once by congress and banksters. The latest robbery of the taxpayers bailed out bankers and selective corporations. It was clearly unconstitutional.

The Health bill that will force people to buy health insurance or pay a fine is clearly unconstitutional. For government to dictate a federal health plan over the health plans of individual states is unconstitutional. For government to make special deals with certain states at the expense of people in other states is unconstitutional. To force people to buy insurance or pay a penalty is unconstitutional.

Our government has been running  undeclared wars contrary to the Constitution for many decades. Will it ever end? Our annual defense spending is larger than the next 25 nations combined.

The hate bill that was recently passed is also unconstitutional. It makes a mockery of justice just to appease those who want to believe perversion is normal. I do not think government should be in our bedrooms but I do not think perversion should be acceptable in a civil society.

Government forcing the teaching of doctrines of perversion to our children in schools is unconstitutional.

Our whole monetary system  is unconstitutional.

Our tax laws are unconstitutional. Our tax system is a means of funding many other unconstitutional actions and is used to redistribute wealth.

The Democrats intent to pass unconstitutional cap-and-trades laws and the EPA is now setting up unconstitutional rules to control carbon dioxide that has nothing at all to do with global warming. This carbon control is not about global warming at all. It is about setting up rules and regulations for global governance, greed, power, and wealth transfer.

The federal government intends unconstitutional control over all water in this nation. That gives them unconstitutional control over almost all land uses.

The federal government wants unconstitutional controls over everyone’s farm animals.

The federal government unconstitutionally took over major financial institutions and industries in their to big to fail scheme. They dictatorially decided what corporations lived and died.

Our trust funds have been robbed by the federal government. There is nothing in them but IOU’s. Social Security and Medicare were to be insurance funds for people who pay into them all their lives. They were not to be a piggy bank for the government to rob. Those who allowed the robbing of our trust funds should be tried for high crimes and misdemeanors. Now taxpayers will have to foot the bill again to pay the cost of these entitlements that the government robbed.

Many Federal laws break the Bill of Rights to the Constitution. The U.S government now resorts to what can only be described as extortion to force states to comply with unwanted federal mandates.

Federal government taking ownership over state lands is unconstitutional. The Federal government claims to own over half the land in some sovereign states. Then they dictate to the people of the state the land uses allowed.

The Federal government is ever eroding our freedoms of speech and religion and they will certainly try to take our guns if they can create a believable national emergency. I am not talking about a false flag, although anything is possible with these people. More likely with Obama in charge of national security and him showing weakness to our enemies he knowingly or unknowingly invites an attack so that martial law could be declared.

The unconstitutional private Federal Reserve is creating vast amount of money out of thin air to pay for all the bailouts and guarantees and that will soon make the American dollar nearly worthless. Our own government will not allow the Federal Reserve to be audited because they do not want the American people to know the truth.

Do you know that the next agenda of the Democrats after the Health bill is to provide a way for illegals to become U.S. citizens? They also intend to pass a Universal voter registration bill that will unconstitutionally supersede all state laws. Everyone on any government dole roll will automatically be signed up to vote. They would include illegals and criminals (actually illegals are criminals). I guess the fact that most of these voters they want to get registered would vote Democrat is just a coincidence. Anyone really think that this administration will not take radical action to stack future elections?  What next, mandatory voting for those on government assistance?

The government drug wars have militarized the local and state police forces of this nation and have done nothing but make drug trafficking more profitable while eroding the constitutional rights of all Americans. The drug wars have zero chance of success but they will lead to a police state. We already have 2.3 million people in prison most for drug crimes. America has by far the highest incarceration rate in the world and the inner cities are still controlled by gangsters and drugs are everywhere. The fact of the matter is that Government cannot enforce morality without become a police state. Is that really what Americans want?

The only peaceful outcome of all this that I see is if the Tea Party movement regains control of government and puts it back under the Constitution before the Democrats bring the nation to open civil war.

The “Oath keepers” are in the news and being painted by some as right wing radical nuts. Your going to hear more about this rising movement of oath keeping patriots that only intend to obey the oath they once took to uphold the Constitution of our land. You better believe that the elitists running our government and media will attempt to demonize them.

The liberal elite running our nation are being controlled by globalist world power brokers and the Bill of rights in our Constitution is an affront to their ideal of a secular socialist global governance that controls everyone and everything. They know that the world elites cannot control all the people as long as the common people have reasonable weapons of self defense. Therefore, the first agenda of elitist control freaks is always to disarm the citizens so they can force their oppressive agendas on everyone with government police powers.

They have already successfully carried out this disarmament program in most countries of consequence. However, the United States is the big holdout and you can be sure our second amendment is high on their priority list to be taken away or twisted to lead the gullible to believe that the second amendment means something other than what are forefathers clearly indicated it said. They will certainly attempt to do this very soon so the world elite can force global governance on Americans.

So if you are a traditional American that believes Americans have the right to bear arms to protect themselves from criminal tyrants, in or out or government, support the “Oath Keepers”. If you ever swore to uphold the Constitution of our land you might join this rising movement of oath keeping American patriots formed to protect your freedoms and liberties under the Constitution. Remember we who took that oath, swore to protect the Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic.

Traditional Americans are losing their nation

Comes now, the “Oath Keepers.” And who might they be?

Writes Alan Maimon in the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Oath Keepers, depending on where one stands, are “either strident defenders of liberty or dangerous peddlers of paranoia.”

Formed in March, they are ex-military and police who repledge themselves to defend the Constitution, even if it means disobeying orders. If the U.S. government ordered law enforcement agencies to violate Second Amendment rights by disarming the people, Oath Keepers will not obey.

“The whole point of Oath Keepers is to stop a dictatorship from ever happening here,” says founding father Stewart Rhodes, an ex-Army paratrooper and Yale-trained lawyer. “My focus is on the guys with the guns, because they can’t do it without them.

In their lifetimes, they have seen their Christian faith purged from schools their taxes paid for, and mocked in movies and on TV. They have seen their factories shuttered in the thousands and their jobs outsourced in the millions to Mexico and China. They have seen trillions of tax dollars go for Great Society programs, but have seen no Great Society, only rising crime, illegitimacy, drug use and dropout rates.

They watch on cable TV as illegal aliens walk into their country, are rewarded with free educations and health care and take jobs at lower pay than American families can live on – then carry Mexican flags in American cities and demand U.S. citizenship.

They see Wall Street banks bailed out as they sweat their next paycheck, then read that bank profits are soaring, and the big bonuses for the brilliant bankers are back. Neither they nor their kids ever benefited from affirmative action, unlike Barack and Michelle Obama.

They see a government in Washington that cannot balance its books, win our wars or protect our borders. The government shovels out trillions to Fortune 500 corporations and banks to rescue the country from a crisis created by the government and Fortune 500 corporations and banks.

America was once their country. They sense they are losing it. And they are right.

Keep in mind that over 90 percent of those wanting to becoming citizens of this country passed the test but only about 3 percent of our high school kids passed. If that does not scare you, you might be a product of the public school system. But, now knowing that our kids do not know anything about American stuff, what kind of scary system of government would you expect to evolve out of the Department of “Education” Beast running the public schools of America? EU Plans Massive Surveillance Panopticon That Would Monitor “Abnormal Behavior”

The European Union is developing a 21st century panopticon, a beast surveillance system that critics describe as “Orwellian,” “sinister,” and “positively chilling,” that would collate data from numerous sources, including surveillance cameras and personal computers, in order to detect “abnormal behavior” across the entire continent.

The surveillance system, known as Project Indect, promises to collect information by way of “continuous monitoring” of “web sites, discussion forums, usenet groups, file servers, p2p networks [and] individual computer systems”. It will also use CCTV feeds and other surveillance methods to develop models of “suspicious behavior” by analyzing the pitch of people’s voices (suggesting that private conversations will be recorded) as well as “the way their bodies move”.

Its main objective will be the “automatic detection of threats and abnormal behavior or violence”.

According to Danish Institute for Human Rights researcher Peter Scharff, the Panopticon was intended to promote “self-regulation that was to be provoked by the constant surveillance”. The concept was eventually incorporated into many prisons that continue today as “podular” designs, which also maximizes the amount of people that can be controlled by one person. The fact that authorities are building societal prisons around us all today using the same basic methods of control is enough to send a chill down anyone’s spine and remind us once again that freedom is a myth.

This has nothing to do with catching criminals – as recent figures in the UK have proven, CCTV cameras have virtually no impact on crime whatsoever. This is all about letting the slaves know who their bosses are, it’s a psychological mind game set up to distinguish and reinforce the master-servant relationship between the state and the individual.

The endgame is to convince the individual that to express their freedom in public, to engage in any kind of protest or merely to question the power structure that surrounds them, is a “suspicious” act detrimental to society and that negative consequences will follow for any slave who dares to step outside of this invisible yet oppressive jail cell.

Vint Cerf, vice-president and “chief internet evangelist” of tech giant Google, foresees the introduction of internet capability to existing neural interface technology such as cochlear implants, allowing, as an example, web radio played direct from computer to brain.

He is also involved in work to send internet infrastructure into space to create “a communications backbone between space-faring nations”.

Cerf predicts the falling cost and rising sophistication of programmable devices will allow the internet to be widely embedded in inanimate objects, leading to revolutions in automated shipping and inventory control.

Boycott Obama’s Worldview Propaganda Machine

Two important news stories broke this week that reveal that President Obama is building a worldview propaganda machine. This should be offensive to all Americans in both parties for many reasons that I will explain. However, I believe that it will not be offensive to enough Americans to make a difference because our nation’s citizens have largely lost the ability to use reason, logic, and context. To those who think I am only writing this article because Obama is a democrat, you are wrong. I was one of the first conservative talk show hosts to refer to George W. Bush as a socialist and a globalist. Both parties are destroying our country.

On September 8th at 1pm EST, President Obama will be the first U.S. president to speak to America’s school children in an address that is directed specifically to them.

Parents from all political parties should be offended and outraged by this disrespect of parental authority and personal family values and should reveal their disapproval by removing their child from any class period that will broadcast this speech.

Sadly, most Americans do not know history and thus they do not understand why children should not be used or recruited for a political, worldview agenda by any national leader. These children do not belong to the State as the humanist elite choose to believe. The people that do not think this is what is happening are only revealing their ability to be easily manipulated.

President Obama understands that a revolution, as called for by his hero, Saul Alinsky, requires three things. First they need a crisis, secondly they need the youth (for sure the youth of the middle class), and thirdly they need an impotent church that does not oppose them.

History should reveal to Americans that it is dangerous and offensive for a national leader to seek to use school children as part of his political agenda and to force feed them his propaganda without parental permission. What was written in this book that was to come to pass in 1984 will come to pass forty years later. The prototype for world Big Brother is being developed in Great Britain because for some reason most men there have given up their role as men. Many men there should really be wearing skits. In Britain Big Brother now has cameras watching everyone. There is now one monitor for every 14 people in Britain and they are still installing them. Just the other day I read a report that 40,000 homes will be put under surveillance to monitor how parents are raising their children. It is not a volunteer program. I guess if Big Nanny thinks that you are not doing a good job with your children (perhaps your kids are too fat or not politically correct at school or perhaps they just talk about Jesus). then Government will just come in and set up their Big Nanny surveillance system in your house and then tell you what you must change if you want to keep your children.

Right now in Britain they encourage others to report their neighbors on every infraction of their loony and petty rules for living. They even have garbage bin snitches that check your garbage. The nation has become a nation of busybodies with everyone looking to find something wrong in the actions of everyone else.

Of course they do not try this where men are still men and that is why there is little enforcement in the Muslim sections. They only do this where they meet little resistance where people pay the civil fines imposed on them like the good girl scouts that they have become.

Don’t think it can’t happen here? It has already started. Already government is running the lives of almost everyone instead of the people of this nation running the government.

If the people of this nation allow them to do this they will soon tell you how much energy you can use,  what your kids will be taught, what medical procedures you will be allowed, what you can smoke, drink, and eat and even how many times a day you can flush your toilet.

The national governments of the world are now largely controlled by the world power broker elite that believe that the only hope for the world is management of everyone and everything. If you wonder why these progressive liberals try to stop all development of new natural resources it is because they believe it is not sustainable, they want less natural resources to be used in the world. When Homeland Security declares that almost all conservatives and libertarians in the country are domestic terrorists, Orwell’s nightmare of a government making dissenters “unpersons” is only too real. When your pediatrician’s office wants to know if you own any guns, Orwell’s citizen spies are already poking through your trash and peeking in your windows.

When your president urges you to report to the government any citizens who dare to question his socialist schemes, asking you to send an e-mail to flag@whitehouse.gov, technology has ushered us into Orwell’s past future, and we have all become Winston Smith.

If you are one of those pastors who willfully allow yourself to be used as an agent by some hypothetical tyrannical government to enable an illegal government to carry out their tyranny against the American people you will be guilty of treason. If you take part in the subversion of the rights guaranteed to Americans under the second Amendment to our Constitution or any of the other rights guaranteed by our Constitution given to us for the protection of “We the People” of the United States of America from such tyranny, you might rightfully be tried for treason during or after the second American Revolution.

That might seem like a harsh statement to those who think Romans 13 tells us to obey government without question. Tell that to the Christian leaders in Germany who told Germans to submit to the Nazis or the Christian leaders in Russia and China who obeyed the Communists.

Romans 13 does not tell us to obey unlawful orders of government and if the orders are against the law of our land (the Constitution) they are unlawful. The whole Bible tells us to obey God first. After we do that we obey lawful orders of God given government. We do not obey unlawful orders of tyrants any more than we would obey the orders of murders and thieves and enable them to continue their murders and thief’s on others.

Can A Christian Righteously Rebel against Government? (Romans 13)

Let me start by saying that you must read this entire article to understand my position on this question. The following passage has been used by many to teach that Christians must submit to all government. In fact during the Katrina disaster many Pastors worked with FEMA in what they call “Clergy Response Teams.” If Marshall law is declared, this team is to be used by government to keep the people from rebellion (Source K.S.L.A news). It is interesting how the government decries Christian involvement in public policy while at the same time they want to use pastors to facilitate tyranny. I would take time to write about these pastors who would cooperate with government tyranny but that is for another article.

The question is; “Can a Christian righteously rebel?” The answer is no! It is never acceptable for a Christian to rebel. First Samuel chapter fifteen says “rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft.”Having said that, in order to really answer this question we must first define rebellion. What is Rebellion? Is it simply disobedience of an authority? The answer is this; Rebellion is the disobedience of a lawful order and a lawful authority. That is what rebellion is. Two examples would be:

1) Refusing to stop when a police car is behind you with lights on.

2) Refusing to answer a question when testifying in court (not including 5th amendment).

What is rebellion not? Rebellion is not disobedience of an unlawful authority or an unlawful order. No government has the right to give unlawful or ungodly orders. Those who believe that Romans 13 somehow gives a right to government to give ungodly and unlawful orders to its citizens are terribly mistaken. Pastors that help the government disarm the citizenry, are acting against the Constitution and the natural law of self defense. Government is not given a right to tyrannical despotic rule.

It is impossible to be in rebellion against an unlawful or ungodly order. If the order is ungodly we are obligated to disobey it. We are only in rebellion if the order is lawful and comes from proper authority. God does not contradict himself. He did not command us to obey him and at the same time command us to obey things that men tell us to do which oppose his moral law. For example we are given the right and responsibility to raise our own children in the Lord. We have every right to disobey any action of government that seeks to indoctrinate our children with ungodly teachings!

Our founders realized the people have rights and that government can’t use Romans 13 as an excuse for despotism. Christians must:

1) Resist tyranny

2) Not allow the government to indoctrinate our children.

3) Stand against any attempt to infringe of the second amendment.

4) Work to establish a government of the people for the people by the people.

5) Disobey any law that is ungodly.

6) Preach the gospel and all Biblical truth no matter what the law says.

7) Uphold the covenant of the Constitution above all attempts to make it relative to modern liberal/socialist/statist thinking.

Never put personal money gain above the principles of Constitutional government.

9) Be willing to speak out in the face of persecution.

10) Be able to articulate the Christian world view.

11) Protect babies from the slaughter of abortion.

12) Stand for what marriage is; a man and a woman.

Remember this; The Constitution is a covenant. The states were set up under this covenant. The rules of the covenant are what we agreed to. When the federal government violates the covenant, they have no right to expect to be obeyed and we must not obey them. There is no difference between the federal government violating the lawful contract (Constitution) and a common thief who commits fraud and breach of contract.

I have said this before and now I will say it again:

“One must never put his trust in the government for his own safety, nor the safety of his family. It is not in the nature of government to regard its citizens as more important that itself. Government when limited by the original Constitution of the United States of American can be a blessing. However, without the principled citizenry taking responsibility for itself all government leads to tyranny!”

What Obama, the Democrats, and the willing weak Republicans are doing is the same as many of the things the King of England was doing. They are enemies of the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. A final word – Resistance against tyranny is not rebellion. It is righteous!

I think Americans should tell the federal government to take their 2009 American Community Survey and flush it. Many of these questions are simply none of their business. Then to threaten Americans that do not respond to this intrusive Big Brother survey is beyond the pale. It is a government bureaucracy out of control. If they need personal data then the survey should be strictly voluntarily. It is time for Americans to reign in these Census Department bureaucrats before they ask you in the next survey how many times you passed gas last year so the government can slap a carbon tax on your butt, or ask if you think their survey is intrusive and an abuse of federal government power so government can label you as a possible terrorist.

Big Brother asks: ‘Do you have a flush toilet?’

The federal government is forcing 3 million Americans to disclose sensitive, personal information about finances, health and lifestyle in a 14-page survey – including questions about availability of household flush toilets and difficulty with undressing and bathing.

The 2009 American Community Survey, an annual supplement to the decennial Census, asks about residents’ personal relationships and whether a home has hot and cold running water, a flush toilet, bathing facilities, appliances and phone services. It also asks how many rooms are in a home and what vehicles are used at each household.

While many recipients may consider the questionnaire to be tedious and meddling, the Census Bureau warns that citizens are required by law to complete it and may be fined as much as $5,000 for willfully refusing. While an individual may feel uneasy about answering each question truthfully, the fine for filing false information can be as much as $500.

Can America Continue as a Nation, Half-Slave and Half-Free?

Three years later in 1858, Lincoln slightly reformulated this question with a view of what the end result in America must be, during his House Divided speech.

“A house divided against itself cannot stand.” I believe this government cannot endure, permanently, half slave and half free. I do not expect the Union to be dissolved — I do not expect the house to fall — but I do expect it will cease to be divided. It will become all one thing or all the other. ”

The idea Lincoln put forward here, was similar to the ideas that Eisenhower, Kennedy, Nixon and Reagan would put forward during the Cold War. That states of free men and slaves could not co-exist for long. Sooner or later either the free men will become slaves, or the slaves will become free.

In the Communist era that meant that either free countries would become Communist, or Communist countries would become free. So too with Islam, the same balance exists. Either free nations will become Muslim, or Muslim nations will become free. We can see the consequences of that playing out now in Europe, where nations of free men are becoming slaves. In reverse we see the possibility in Iraq of slaves becoming free men.

Lincoln however was not speaking globally but locally– and it is the local that concerns us now.

Today 150 years later America is once again half-slave and half-free. Slavery no longer means cotton plantations and slave markets. Instead slavery today exists in a more insidious form of bureaucracies and social service agencies. Pages after pages of regulations and forms to fill out. Advisory committees that become authorities and taxation that quickly mutates into confiscation.

The bottom line though is very clear. Slavery represents a fairly simple social contract that says, “Give me your freedom and I will see that you’re taken care of.” The simplest way to describe modern slavery in the United States today is with another “S” word. Socialism.

Socialism is modern slavery. It is slavery disguised by high minded ideals, but so was the original slavery. American Liberals, like the Slaveholders of the Pre-Civil War era, presume that minorities are unfit to take care of themselves without someone to take care of them and tell them what to do and how to live. That of course is why socialism’s thrust is so focused on minorities in the first place. But it isn’t limited to minorities.

Like Slavery, Socialism deprives people of the benefits of their labor… under the argument that they aren’t wise or competent enough to use it to their own benefit, or to look after themselves. Socialism also creates a class of Masters, to oversee the general populace, look after their needs and tell them what to do.

Those deprived of their labor through taxation are helping to underfund the Socialist Masters, to create their jobs, maintain their power and expand their organizations. And since slaveholding systems have no real room for anyone who isn’t a Master or a Slave, anyone trying to remain independent, particularly small businessmen will be squeezed out, until they’re in one category or the other.

Like Slavery, Socialism needs to expand into free states. Like a Ponzi Scheme, Socialism constantly needs new territories and people in order to fund its own operations, which are always taking place at a loss.

Socialism, the modern day slavery

A Slaveholding economy or a Socialist economy cannot co-exist for long with a free system. They must naturally consume and expand to survive. And Socialism, the modern day slavery, is quickly expanding across America. And we cannot long survive as a mix of free states and slave states.

Obama’s election is a decisive wake up call in that regard. A statement that America is to be a slave nation, its population taxed into poverty, its corporations turned into corrupt government fiefdoms, its freedoms tightly regulated and curtailed. The contest for the future depends on making clear the choice between Freedom and Slavery, between Individualism and Socialism. The fate of America and the future depends on it.

We can either have a nation of free men, or a slaveholding nanny state. We cannot have both. The time when we could choose is quickly passing, and the chains and collars are nearing our throats.

In 2010 and 2012, the battle will be joined and the ultimate question must be this one, “Are we to be a nation of slaves governed by masters, or a nation of free men and women? Are we a nation of slaves or free citizens? Do we need to be taken care of, told what to do all the time, deprived of the rightful benefits of our work and our freedoms– or are we best suited to care for ourselves and our families, employ our money and our Constitutional rights as we see fit ?”

That is what it will all come down to. If we can communicate that question to enough people, set it as the agenda for the party and the core slogan that defines our values– we can win. And set America on a path to being a free nation again. If we lose, the chains of slavery are already forged and waiting for us.

Obama, Bernanke and the gang talk about green shoots as if the economy is about to stage a recovery. It will do no such thing. If you throw enough seeds on the ground your going to get some green shoots but when they grow you find out that they were weed seeds that will now choke out any real growth. That is what the Obama administration is doing by throwing dollars they do not have and cannot borrow at this economic crises. The only thing they will grow out of this manure field is big government socialism and a future where Americans are forced fed weeds.

Don’t get mislead by talk of signs of recovery. There may be some short term recovery but it will be very short lived because all the long term fundamentals say the United States cannot recover before a dollar default or major devaluation. What that means to you is the loss of almost all wealth and continued double digit unemployment. In other words, you have seen nothing yet.

Remember in the great depression of the 1930’s the same type people were saying it was over because there were major stock market rallies but the rallies did not last long and the depression when on until the Second World War. Even a war will not get us out of this economic disaster this time because we are much too far in debt. Frankly, the only solution is to scrap the whole economic system and start over with a clean slate. That of course means writing off all debt and most wealth. It would be the end of everyone’s savings and it would create a world trade war and certainly a depression. There is not going to be any easy painless solution. America’s real worth is probably less then 30 percent of what Americans think it is. America’s future commitments and entitlements simply cannot be paid with dollars that are worth anywhere near what they are worth today.

There are many reasons why this crises is far from over. There are still huge economic shoes yet to fall. Today 20 percent of all home owners owe more than their property is worth and it grows to more each month. That means these people cannot lose their jobs (but they are) and cannot move for another job or there property will go into foreclosure. The facts are, there will be no recovery in real estate for two decades. It will continue to go down for years and when it reaches bottom it will stay flat (when adjusted for inflation).

The commercial real estate bubble has not even burst yet. The banks cannot make money on the interest rates that the government is forcing them to make loans at, so there will be bail out after bail out. The unemployment rate is going to go higher then the worst case stress test. The Fed has been continually underestimating the severity of this depression.

That means the government will be bailing out the banks for quite some time and will actually nationalize them making the taxpayer the owner and the losers. Same goes for major corporations being bailed out and being taken over by the government. There are now signs that people are defaulting on their credit cards but new regulations mean that the credit card industry will will also need to be bailed out. Other insurance companies are going to need bailing out just like AIG. Much of Europe has just started on its own downturn and that will impact our economy negatively. The bond market is about to crash (read the article) etc, etc.

KINGSTON, NY — The financial fields replete with sprouting “green shoots” should be viewed with suspicion, if not alarm, warns Gerald Celente, The Trends Research Institute Director. “They are not a mirage, but they are ephemeral.”

Field Marshall Ben Bernanke and his Green Shoot Brigade have fertilized the economic landscape with trillions of sweat equity dollars extorted from today’s public and the public of generations to come. Regardless of how depleted the land, heavy doses of dollars spread so thickly over the financial and government territories, will force “green shoots” to grow. But the fundamentals of the economy remain unsound. They will not be corrected by forced fertilizing barren acreage.

“‘Green shoots’ may sprout,” said Celente, “but they will not flower. The economy cannot be coerced back into growth with tons of money manure.” As the ancient parable puts it:

Celente said no one could have forecast that the government would not only intervene in the markets by pouring unprecedented trillions into bailout schemes, but that they would commandeer the whole free enterprise system.

“The 800-pound gorilla has ridden the elephant into the Oval Office, and are there for all to see. But few will call a spade a spade,” declared Celente. “Benito Mussolini described Fascism as ‘The merger of state and corporate power.’ He suggested that, more appropriately, it should be called ‘Corporatism.’ By whatever name, Corporatism or Fascism, what it’s not is Free Market Capitalism, much less Democracy,” Celente said.

Trendpost: With so much money being dumped into the system, there will be money to made … and lost. The agile and the knowledgeable may be able to reap “green shoots” while they’re sprouted. But beware!

“The Greatest Depression” — that we forecast would begin to set in by the end of this year — may have been postponed, but it has not been averted. When it does set in, it will do so with enhanced intensity and at a pace accelerated by complex financial finagling … all under the guise of nation-saving action. Rather than let the failing industries fail and the failed banks go bankrupt, the government is deliberately bankrupting the nation.

The lesson to be learned from the financial crisis that began in the summer of 2007, is that nothing succeeds like failure. The greater their failure, the bolder they become. The more they lose, the more they take. The greater the chaos, the more control they exact. The bigger they fail, the harder we fall.

No act is too unthinkable or measure too draconian for the Washington-Wall Street Mob to concoct in order to maintain power, make money and cover their losses. While it is impossible to second-guess what the government will do next, it is absolutely certain that they will stop at nothing.

The “green shoots” will wither and conditions will deteriorate. Those who are prepared for the worst will not have been taken by surprise.

A lot of people have been asking me: ‘What’s next?’

Sentiment everywhere is improving. In fact, I was astonished to hear such bullish talk from the likes of Anthony Bolton and Crispin Odey this last week. Their records and experience dwarf mine, but I see an intermediate top coming in the stock markets more or less now. In fact, I think we may have made it on Monday.

What’s more, I am observing a worrying trend in the bond market, both for US Long Bond (the 30-year US Treasury) and for UK gilts. Even now, after months of attention due to the Bank of England’s quantitative easing plans, I suspect that few people – or politicians for that matter – are really that interested in government bonds. But, believe me, the last thing we need right now is a collapse in the bond market.

Unfortunately, it could be just around the corner…

The massive provision of credit or ‘liquidity’ from the US government has helped this recent stock rally. But if government’s own long-term borrowing costs go up, so – in the long run – will rates across the rest of the economy. This could add to the pressures on the US housing market, just as it seemed to be stabilising. Add to this mix the problems that may still lie ahead in credit cards, corporate loans and the commercial property market, and you can see that the problems of the banks, and the wider economy, are far from over.
Are higher interest rates just around the corner?

A collapsing bond market means higher interest rates. At the moment those in debt are not suffering too badly – those with tracker rate mortgages, for example, are sitting pretty at the moment. But higher rates will decimate anyone with any debt, be they individuals, companies or governments. They are the last thing the economy needs just now.

Now the Fed is still able to borrow in the shorter term at low rates, so this may not have an immediate impact. But the drop in bond prices in the last five months is an early warning sign that markets will only prop up even the world’s largest economies for so long.

Why entrepreneurs aren’t so optimistic about the economy.

Don’t tell me that the economy is getting better, or has even hit rock bottom. My faith in an imminent recovery deserted me on May 5, when one of our customers, Salyer American Foods, based in Monterey, Calif., suddenly fell into receivership. There had been little to no indication that the company was so close to financial ruin. As it turns out, the company’s lenders say Salyer owes them over $34 million, a debt equal to almost half its sales. A company attorney told local media that tight credit markets and the economic recession had pushed Salyer over the edge. If the receiver doesn’t find some way to revive the company’s fortunes, our bag manufacturing company stands to lose nearly $1.5 million in revenue, about 2 percent of our $60 million in sales.

On the same day my customer fell into receivership, Fed chairman Ben Bernanke told a congressional committee that he believed the economy was in the process of bottoming out and “would turn up later this year.” He’s not alone in his optimism. Over the past two weeks or so, it has become a cottage industry among economists and the media to spot the first “green shoots” of a recovery. Certainly shoots there may be. The stock market has rebounded smartly over the past two months, as has consumer confidence. Pending home sales have ticked up, while unemployment claims are easing. And many economists insist a manufacturing revival is in the wings because inventories have fallen so low that restocking must begin soon.

If the church in Germany had truly acted like the Church of Jesus Christ, if Christians had understood and lived out a Biblical worldview, Germany would never have accepted Hitler. I believe he would have been rejected and overthrown within weeks of his true worldview coming to light.

Most American church members today are simply reflect the culture instead of correcting and changing it. If we are to quiet the brewing storm, apathy, political correctness, and intellectual laziness must be replaced with a passion for Biblical truth, sound reasoning, logic, and the desire to lead.

Becoming a leader does not mean you must be on the radio, give speeches, or even stand up in front of a group. An effective influencer leads through his or her actions and lifestyle. Lovingly defending and proclaiming truth in a world bent on political correctness is being a leader. Even in private conversation, leadership can take the form of lovingly correcting someone’s false beliefs or ideas.

America needs Christians now more than ever to take the lead. If not, the perfect storm is ready, and annihilation is what it portends.

Satan knows that his world ruler will not be omnipresent, omnipotent or omniscient so this world ruler and his government will have to depend on a surveillance system that will watch, monitor and follow the movements of everyone on earth and also have access to all information databases in the world.

Satan is also quite aware that that countries such as the United States with its pain-in-the-butt Christians would not allow such intrusion in their lives so he knows the system could not be developed in most democratic states until he is permitted to bring events on the earth that will convince the majority to give up all their freedoms for the promise of security.

Satan also knows that without a prototype or pilot project that all the surveillance capabilities would not get developed nor the bugs worked out in time for the government of his appointed world ruler. So where would Satan want to develop this system? Obviously he knows that it would have to be developed in an increasingly high tech but totalitarian system where the demonic elite already control the people. He would also want to test the prototype in modern cities with high populations because if it worked there it will work anywhere.

The reality of the world today is that the ideal place on earth for development of this total surveillance prototype would be in China. Satan also fully knows that the greedy multinationals of the West will help China develop the system because they will sell their own soul for a buck.

Sounds like a George Orwell science fiction fantasy, you think? What if I told you that this prototype is almost fully developed and that the prototypes are now advanced enough to be exported to all nations on earth as soon as the people of the nations are willing to give up their freedom for security?

This is not Alex Jones conspiracy stuff. This total surveillance system is well documented fact. It will be increasingly exported all over the world and it will be in place worldwide for use of the Antichrist and his Beast world system probably somewhere around 2030AD.

China’s All-Seeing Eye : Rolling Stone

With the help of U.S. defense contractors, China is building the prototype for a high-tech police state. It is ready for export.

as China prepares to showcase its economic advances during the upcoming Olympics in Beijing, Shenzhen is once again serving as a laboratory, a testing ground for the next phase of this vast social experiment. Over the past two years, some 200,000 surveillance cameras have been installed throughout the city. Many are in public spaces, disguised as lampposts. The closed-circuit TV cameras will soon be connected to a single, nationwide network, an all-seeing system that will be capable of tracking and identifying anyone who comes within its range — a project driven in part by U.S. technology and investment. Over the next three years, Chinese security executives predict they will install as many as 2 million CCTVs in Shenzhen, which would make it the most watched city in the world. (Security-crazy London boasts only half a million surveillance cameras.)

The security cameras are just one part of a much broader high-tech surveillance and censorship program known in China as “Golden Shield.” The end goal is to use the latest people-tracking technology — thoughtfully supplied by American giants like IBM, Honeywell and General Electric — to create an airtight consumer cocoon: a place where Visa cards, Adidas sneakers, China Mobile cellphones, McDonald’s Happy Meals, Tsingtao beer and UPS delivery (to name just a few of the official sponsors of the Beijing Olympics) can be enjoyed under the unblinking eye of the state, without the threat of democracy breaking out. With political unrest on the rise across China, the government hopes to use the surveillance shield to identify and counteract dissent before it explodes into a mass movement like the one that grabbed the world’s attention at Tiananmen Square.

Remember how we’ve always been told that free markets and free people go hand in hand? That was a lie. It turns out that the most efficient delivery system for capitalism is actually a communist-style police state, fortressed with American “homeland security” technologies, pumped up with “war on terror” rhetoric. And the global corporations currently earning superprofits from this social experiment are unlikely to be content if the lucrative new market remains confined to cities such as Shenzhen. Like everything else assembled in China with American parts, Police State 2.0 is ready for export to a neighborhood near you.

Zhang opened the factory two and a half years ago, and his investment has already paid off tenfold. That kind of growth isn’t unusual in the field he has chosen: Zhang’s factory makes digital surveillance cameras, turning out 400,000 a year. Half of the cameras are shipped overseas, destined to peer from building ledges in London, Manhattan and Dubai as part of the global boom in “homeland security.” The other half stays in China, many right here in Shenzhen and in neighboring Guangzhou, another megacity of 12 million people. China’s market for surveillance cameras enjoyed revenues of $4.1 billion last year, a jump of 24 percent from 2006.

The workers at FSAN don’t just make surveillance cameras; they are constantly watched by them. While they work, the silent eyes of rotating lenses capture their every move. When they leave work and board buses, they are filmed again. When they walk to their dormitories, the streets are lined with what look like newly installed streetlamps, their white poles curving toward the sidewalk with black domes at the ends. Inside the domes are high-resolution cameras, the same kind the workers produce at FSAN. Some blocks have three or four, one every few yards. One Shenzhen-based company, China Security & Surveillance Technology, has developed software to enable the cameras to alert police when an unusual number of people begin to gather at any given location.

In 2006, the Chinese government mandated that all Internet cafes (as well as restaurants and other “entertainment” venues) install video cameras with direct feeds to their local police stations. Part of a wider surveillance project known as “Safe Cities,” the effort now encompasses 660 municipalities in China. It is the most ambitious new government program in the Pearl River Delta, and supplying it is one of the fastest-growing new markets in Shenzhen.

But the cameras that Zhang manufactures are only part of the massive experiment in population control that is under way here. “The big picture,” Zhang tells me in his office at the factory, “is integration.” That means linking cameras with other forms of surveillance: the Internet, phones, facial-recognition software and GPS monitoring.

This is how this Golden Shield will work: Chinese citizens will be watched around the clock through networked CCTV cameras and remote monitoring of computers. They will be listened to on their phone calls, monitored by digital voice-recognition technologies. Their Internet access will be aggressively limited through the country’s notorious system of online controls known as the “Great Firewall.” Their movements will be tracked through national ID cards with scannable computer chips and photos that are instantly uploaded to police databases and linked to their holder’s personal data. This is the most important element of all: linking all these tools together in a massive, searchable database of names, photos, residency information, work history and biometric data. When Golden Shield is finished, there will be a photo in those databases for every person in China: 1.3 billion faces.

Shenzhen is the place where the shield has received its most extensive fortifications — the place where all the spy toys are being hooked together and tested to see what they can do. “The central government eventually wants to have city-by-city surveillance, so they could just sit and monitor one city and its surveillance system as a whole,” Zhang says. “It’s all part of that bigger project. Once the tests are done and it’s proven, they will be spreading from the big province to the cities, even to the rural farmland.”

In fact, the rollout of the high-tech shield is already well under way.

When Tibet erupted in protests recently, the surveillance system was thrown into its first live test, with every supposedly liberating tool of the Information Age — cellphones, satellite television, the Internet — transformed into a method of repression and control. As soon as the protests gathered steam, China reinforced its Great Firewall, blocking its citizens from accessing dozens of foreign news outlets. In some parts of Tibet, Internet access was shut down altogether. Many people trying to phone friends and family found that their calls were blocked, and cellphones in Lhasa were blitzed with text messages from the police: “Severely battle any creation or any spreading of rumors that would upset or frighten people or cause social disorder or illegal criminal behavior that could damage social stability.”

During the first week of protests, foreign journalists who tried to get into Tibet were systematically turned back. But that didn’t mean that there were no cameras inside the besieged areas. Since early last year, activists in Lhasa have been reporting on the proliferation of black-domed cameras that look like streetlights — just like the ones I saw coming off the assembly line in Shenzhen. Tibetan monks complain that cameras — activated by motion sensors — have invaded their monasteries and prayer rooms.

During the Lhasa riots, police on the scene augmented the footage from the CCTVs with their own video cameras, choosing to film — rather than stop — the violence, which left 19 dead. The police then quickly cut together the surveillance shots that made the Tibetans look most vicious — beating Chinese bystanders, torching shops, ripping metal sheeting off banks — and created a kind of copumentary: Tibetans Gone Wild. These weren’t the celestial beings in flowing robes the Beastie Boys and Richard Gere had told us about. They were angry young men, wielding sticks and long knives. They looked ugly, brutal, tribal. On Chinese state TV, this footage played around the clock.

The police also used the surveillance footage to extract mug shots of the demonstrators and rioters. Photos of the 21 “most wanted” Tibetans, many taken from that distinctive “streetlamp” view of the domed cameras, were immediately circulated to all of China’s major news portals, which obediently posted them to help out with the manhunt. The Internet became the most powerful police tool. Within days, several of the men on the posters were in custody, along with hundreds of others.

In Guangzhou, an hour and a half by train from Shenzhen, Yao Ruoguang is preparing for a major test of his own. “It’s called the 10-million-faces test,” he tells me.

Yao is managing director of Pixel Solutions, a Chinese company that specializes in producing the new high-tech national ID cards, as well as selling facial-recognition software to businesses and government agencies. The test, the first phase of which is only weeks away, is being staged by the Ministry of Public Security in Beijing. The idea is to measure the effectiveness of face-recognition software in identifying police suspects. Participants will be given a series of photos, taken in a variety of situations. Their task will be to match the images to other photos of the same people in the government’s massive database. Several biometrics companies, including Yao’s, have been invited to compete. “We have to be able to match a face in a 10 million database in one second,” Yao tells me. “We are preparing for that now.”

The companies that score well will be first in line for lucrative government contracts to integrate face-recognition software into Golden Shield, using it to check for ID fraud and to discover the identities of suspects caught on surveillance cameras. Yao says the technology is almost there: “It will happen next year.”

When I meet Yao at his corporate headquarters, he is feeling confident about how his company will perform in the test. His secret weapon is that he will be using facial-recognition software purchased from L-1 Identity Solutions, a major U.S. defense contractor that produces passports and biometric security systems for the U.S. government.

In 2006, Yao tells me, “I made the first phone call and sent the first e-mail.” For a flat fee of $20,000, he gained access to the company’s proprietary software, allowing him to “build a lot of development software based on L-1’s technology.” Since then, L-1’s partnership with Yao has gone far beyond that token investment. Yao says it isn’t really his own company that is competing in the upcoming 10-million-faces test being staged by the Chinese government: “We’ll be involved on behalf of L-1 in China.” Yao adds that he communicates regularly with L1 and has visited the company’s research headquarters in New Jersey. (“Out the window you can see the Statue of Liberty. It’s such a historic place.”) L1 is watching his test preparations with great interest, Yao says. “It seemed that they were more excited than us when we tell them the results.”

L-1’s enthusiasm is hardly surprising: If Yao impresses the Ministry of Public Security with the company’s ability to identify criminals, L-1 will have cracked the largest potential market for biometrics in the world. But here’s the catch: As proud as Yao is to be L-1’s Chinese licensee, L-1 appears to be distinctly less proud of its association with Yao. On its Website and in its reports to investors, L-1 boasts of contracts and negotiations with governments from Panama and Saudi Arabia to Mexico and Turkey. China, however, is conspicuously absent. And though CEO Bob LaPenta makes reference to “some large international opportunities,” not once does he mention Pixel Solutions in Guangzhou.

After leaving a message with the company inquiring about L-1’s involvement in China’s homeland-security market, I get a call back from Doni Fordyce, vice president of corporate communications. She has consulted Joseph Atick, the company’s head of research. “We have nothing in China,” she tells me. “Nothing, absolutely nothing. We are uninvolved. We really don’t have any relationships at all.”

I tell Fordyce about Yao, the 10-million test, the money he paid for the software license. She’ll call me right back. When she does, 20 minutes later, it is with this news: “Absolutely, we’ve sold testing SDKs [software development kits] to Pixel Solutions and to others [in China] that may be entering a test.” Yao’s use of the technology, she said, is “within his license” purchased from L-1.

The company’s reticence to publicize its activities in China could have something to do with the fact that the relationship between Yao and L-1 may well be illegal under U.S. law.

You have probably never heard of L-1, but there is every chance that it has heard of you. Few companies have collected as much sensitive information about U.S. citizens and visitors to America as L-1: It boasts a database of 60 million records, and it “captures” more than a million new fingerprints every year. Here is a small sample of what the company does: produces passports and passport cards for American citizens; takes finger scans of visitors to the U.S. under the Department of Homeland Security’s massive U.S.-Visit program; equips U.S. soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan with “mobile iris and multimodal devices” so they can collect biometric data in the field; maintains the State Department’s “largest facial-recognition database system”; and produces driver’s licenses in Illinois, Montana and North Carolina. In addition, L-1 has an even more secretive intelligence unit called SpecTal. Asked by a Wall Street analyst to discuss, in “extremely general” terms, what the division was doing with contracts worth roughly $100 million, the company’s CEO would only say, “Stay tuned.”

It is L-1’s deep integration with multiple U.S. government agencies that makes its dealings in China so interesting: It isn’t just L-1 that is potentially helping the Chinese police to nab political dissidents, it’s U.S. taxpayers. The technology that Yao purchased for just a few thousand dollars is the result of Defense Department research grants and contracts going as far back as 1994, when a young academic named Joseph Atick (the research director Fordyce consulted on L-1’s China dealings) taught a computer at Rockefeller University to recognize his face.

Whatever the legality of L-1’s participation in Chinese surveillance, it is clear that U.S. companies are determined to break into the homeland-security market in China, which represents their biggest growth potential since 9/11. According to the congressional staff member, American companies and their lobbyists are applying “enormous pressure to open the floodgates.”

The crackdown in Tibet has set off a wave of righteous rallies and boycott calls. But it sidesteps the uncomfortable fact that much of China’s powerful surveillance state is already being built with U.S. and European technology. In February 2006, a congressional subcommittee held a hearing on “The Internet in China: A Tool for Freedom or Suppression?” Called on the carpet were Google (for building a special Chinese search engine that blocked sensitive material), Cisco (for supplying hardware for China’s Great Firewall), Microsoft (for taking down political blogs at the behest of Beijing) and Yahoo (for complying with requests to hand over e-mail-account information that led to the arrest and imprisonment of a high-profile Chinese journalist, as well as a dissident who had criticized corrupt officials in online discussion groups). The issue came up again during the recent Tibet uproar when it was discovered that both MSN and Yahoo had briefly put up the mug shots of the “most wanted” Tibetan protesters on their Chinese news portals.

As The New York Times recently reported, aiding and abetting Beijing has become an investment boom for U.S. companies. Honeywell is working with Chinese police to “set up an elaborate computer monitoring system to analyze feeds from indoor and outdoor cameras in one of Beijing’s most populated districts.” General Electric is providing Beijing police with a security system that controls “thousands of video cameras simultaneously, and automatically alerts them to suspicious or fast-moving objects, like people running.” IBM, meanwhile, is installing its “Smart Surveillance System” in the capital, another system for linking video cameras and scanning for trouble, while United Technologies is in Guangzhou, helping to customize a “2,000-camera network in a single large neighborhood, the first step toward a citywide network of 250,000 cameras to be installed before the Asian Games in 2010.” By next year, the Chinese internal-security market will be worth an estimated $33 billion — around the same amount Congress has allocated for reconstructing Iraq.

While U.S. companies are eager to break into China’s rapidly expanding market, every Chinese security firm I come across in the Pearl River Delta is hatching some kind of plan to break into the U.S. market. No one, however, is quite as eager as Aebell Electrical Technology, one of China’s top 10 security companies. Aebell has a contract to help secure the Olympic swimming stadium in Beijing and has installed more than 10,000 cameras in and around Guangzhou. Business has been growing by 100 percent a year. When I meet the company’s fidgety general manager, Zheng Sun Man, the first thing he tells me is “We are going public at the end of this year. On the Nasdaq.” It also becomes clear why he has chosen to speak with a foreign reporter: “Help, help, help!” he begs me. “Help us promote our products!”

One of the first people to sound the alarm on China’s upgraded police state was a British researcher named Greg Walton. In 2000, Walton was commissioned by the respected human-rights organization Rights & Democracy to investigate the ways in which Chinese security forces were harnessing the tools of the Information Age to curtail free speech and monitor political activists. The paper he produced was called “China’s Golden Shield: Corporations and the Development of Surveillance Technology in the People’s Republic of China.” It exposed how big-name tech companies like Nortel and Cisco were helping the Chinese government to construct “a gigantic online database with an all-encompassing surveillance network — incorporating speech and face recognition, closed-circuit television, smart cards, credit records and Internet surveillance technologies.”

When the paper was complete, Walton met with the institute’s staff to strategize about how to release his explosive findings. “We thought this information was going to shock the world,” he recalls. In the midst of their discussions, a colleague barged in and announced that a plane had hit the Twin Towers. The meeting continued, but they knew the context of their work had changed forever.

Walton’s paper did have an impact, but not the one he had hoped. The revelation that China was constructing a gigantic digital database capable of watching its citizens on the streets and online, listening to their phone calls and tracking their consumer purchases sparked neither shock nor outrage. Instead, Walton says, the paper was “mined for ideas” by the U.S. government, as well as by private companies hoping to grab a piece of the suddenly booming market in spy tools. For Walton, the most chilling moment came when the Defense Department tried to launch a system called Total Information Awareness to build what it called a “virtual, centralized grand database” that would create constantly updated electronic dossiers on every citizen, drawing on banking, credit-card, library and phone records, as well as footage from surveillance cameras. “It was clearly similar to what we were condemning China for,” Walton says. Among those aggressively vying to be part of this new security boom was Joseph Atick, now an executive at L-1. The name he chose for his plan to integrate facial-recognition software into a vast security network was uncomfortably close to the surveillance system being constructed in China: “Operation Noble Shield.”

Empowered by the Patriot Act, many of the big dreams hatched by men like Atick have already been put into practice at home. New York, Chicago and Washington, D.C., are all experimenting with linking surveillance cameras into a single citywide network. Police use of surveillance cameras at peaceful demonstrations is now routine, and the images collected can be mined for “face prints,” then cross-checked with ever-expanding photo databases. Although Total Information Awareness was scrapped after the plans became public, large pieces of the project continue, with private data-mining companies collecting unprecedented amounts of information about everything from Web browsing to car rentals, and selling it to the government

The global homeland-security business is now worth an estimated $200 billion — more than Hollywood and the music industry combined. Any sector of that size inevitably takes on its own momentum. New markets must be found — which, in the Big Brother business, means an endless procession of new enemies and new emergencies: crime, immigration, terrorism.

In Shenzhen one night, I have dinner with a U.S. business consultant named Stephen Herrington. Before he started lecturing at Chinese business schools, teaching students concepts like brand management, Herrington was a military-intelligence officer, ascending to the rank of lieutenant colonel. What he is seeing in the Pearl River Delta, he tells me, is scaring the hell out of him — and not for what it means to China.

“I can guarantee you that there are people in the Bush administration who are studying the use of surveillance technologies being developed here and have at least skeletal plans to implement them at home,” he says. “We can already see it in New York with CCTV cameras. Once you have the cameras in place, you have the infrastructure for a powerful tracking system. I’m worried about what this will mean if the U.S. government goes totalitarian and starts employing these technologies more than they are already. I’m worried about the threat this poses to American democracy.”

The Obama administration through the Environmental Protection Agency is about to take a step that will regulate American freedom out of existence. They will do it through almost unlimited regulatory powers authorized by the Clean Air Act.

The Obama administration first appointed yes women to head critical national agencies and then the Obama administration claims the government must act because of their unfounded and unscientific recommendations? This EPA announcement has just moved us another huge step toward executive branch dictatorship and fascism. If congress does not take strong enough action against CO2 emissions we are now told it will be done by EPA regulation and through Obama’s executive orders.

EPA through the clean air act intends to regulate CO2 which really means it will have the power to regulate just about everything in America. Obama and his henchmen and henchwomen makes Pultin look like an authoritative amateur. Obama is bringing in fascism with a reassuring smile and most people just hail Obama like they were 1930’s German transplants.

So do you want to know what is wrong with EPA’s control of Carbon Dioxide? They are putting a naturally occurring gas necessary for life under the Clean Air Act. Doing this is almost as bad as putting all water vapor under government control. Regulating a natural gas that is emitted by everyone and all manufactures gives EPA unlimited power to regulate everything in everyone lives.

The EPA will be effectively running this nation they will have control over manufactures, they will have control over farmers with livestock, they will even have control over what you do in your own home and on your own property. They will implement carbon cap-and-trade schemes that will soon triple the cost of all energy in the United States. That means your electric bills will triple, your gasoline bills will triple, manufactures who use energy will have to raise their prices on all the products that you buy. It really will be the largest hidden tax in the history of the world and it will drive up the price of all manufactured products and even food products. It will also destroy future coal and domestic oil production. It will make coal generation so costly that they will go out of business and the high price of energy will drive energy intensive jobs to nations not run by fools. Implementation of this Carbon tax-and-trade scheme will eliminate another two million more American jobs.

it would be bad enough to do this foolishness in a good economy but doing this now will insure that America will never have a long term recovery from our economic collapse. Along with the foolish deficit spending and the unsustainable debt these carbon cap-and-trade taxes will bring a hyper inflationary depression that will completely destroy the economy of America and totally wipe out the middle class. If you think I am exaggerating allow the Obama administration to carry out these plans and you will soon be in bread lines begging for a handout from the Obama youth brigades working under the direction of Big Sister’s Homeland Security.

Never mind, that man is not even the cause of global warming. There is no correlation between rising CO2 and global warming. Earth records prove that. Besides, the facts are that the earth has been cooling since 1998 even with rising CO2. All this hype on climate change is just a cover to bring in global governance. Call it world communist, world fascism, world socialism its all very much the same to the elite. You have the elite control freaks and the workers. The elite get all the benefits from their enslaved workers on their collective ant farms.

I have to say that everything I said about Obama before the election was understated. This man in just one-hundred days has done more to bring the downfall of America then any foreign or domestic enemy in our nation’s history. You might not see it yet but when his policies fully play out you will see too late what his radical far Left policies did to destroy America.

Don’t get me wrong, I am not saying that Obama is actually trying to destroy this nation on purpose but when you elect a far Left socialist into power and a congress that is almost as far Left where in the world did you actually think they would take this nation? Has any socialist nation ever prospered or the people retained their freedom?

EPA Takes First Step Toward Regulating Pollution Linked to Climate Change – First 100 Days of Presidency – Politics FOXNews.com

WASHINGTON — The debate on global warming is set to heat up again with the Obama administration’s release on Friday of an EPA proposed finding that carbon dioxide and five other greenhouse gases are a danger to public health and welfare.

The finding is the first step to regulating pollution linked to climate change.

The agency said, “in both magnitude and probability, climate change is an enormous problem” and that the greenhouse gases listed “endanger public health and welfare within the meaning of the Clean Air Act.”

The EPA concluded that the science pointing to man-made pollution as a cause of global warming is “compelling and overwhelming.” It also said tailpipe emissions from motor vehicles contribute to climate change.

“The Congress is working on a comprehensive solution to global warming, and I am committed to moving clean energy legislation this year that will include perspectives from across our nation to create jobs, improve our national security, and reduce global warming,” she added.

But Republicans, led by Sen. James Inhofe of Oklahoma, say the EPA conclusions will destroy jobs and harm consumers. Inhofe, the ranking Republican on the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, also accused the president of using the EPA ruling to intimidate Congress to pass his cap-and-trade legislation by saying pass it or face new, onerous regulations.

“As bad as the $700 billion bank bailout was and as bad as the $789 billion stimulus was, at least that was just a one time deal. This will be a tax every year somewhere in the neighborhood of $400 billion,” he told FOX News Radio.

Inhofe, who also issued a statement saying EPA should be stopped in its tracks, added that Congress is much more informed about climate change issues these days and it’s unlikely a tax hike of that size would pass.

“Even if you believe that man-made gases are causing global warming, does it make any sense us to unilaterally tax ourselves when all that will do is send our manufacturing jobs to areas where they don’t have any emissions standards like China and Mexico?” Inhofe asked.

Boxer responded that if Congress “does not act to pass legislation, then I will call on EPA to take all steps authorized by law to protect our families.”
