Joel’s Army the manifest sons of deception!

No Gravatar

Every hear of Joel’s Army? This article will tell you all about what is coming from the “New Wave” or “Third Wave” act that is sweeping the Charismatic crowd looking for titillating manisfestations of God through demonic people. You know, the stuff coming from the Todd Bentley’s, the Rick Joiner’s and all the manifest sons of deception crowd. Notice that Joel’s army physically attacks the church in order to purify it. I guess they want us to believe that a demonically inspired group of men is going to purify the church and take the world for Christ. Sure! And the Easter Bunny is the risen Christ.

If you believe the Bible teaches any of this stuff that these people are saying you really need to read through your Bible for the first time in your life.

Joseph Chambers

Dominion Theology and Joel’s Army

Religious deception is always the most subtle and dangerous kind. When the church forsakes the old paths of righteousness and consecration, the next step is haughtiness and doctrinal confusion. It is impossible to rightly interpret Scripture; to rightly divide the great truths of the “meat of the Word” unless humility and a contrite spirit controls our life. There are no haughty and arrogant prophets in the kingdom of God. “The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.” (Psalm 51:17).

The entire Evangelical church world is being assaulted with the Kingdom Dominion Theology. It is like mortal combat between those who defend the Biblical doctrines of the End Times (The Rapture of Christ’s Bride, the Tribulation followed by the Millennium) and the “New Wave Theology.” A book entitled Joel’s Army describes this “New Wave Theology” as promoted by one New Wave organization. The author stated that this ministry was “holding conferences overseas and throughout the U.S.A. Churches and denominations are being proselytized and preyed on with a ‘gospel’ they claim is ordained to bring forth:

1. the greatest revival the Church has ever known;
2. the greatest baptism of the Spirit the Church has ever experienced;
3. the greatest Army (Joel’s Army) distinguished by invincibility, immortality and divinity;
4. the greatest purging (inquisition) in the history of the Church;
5. the greatest ministry - the Prize of all Ages; and
6. the greatest miracles, supernatural signs and wonders far exceeding that of the Apostles and Prophets of old.” (JOEL’S ARMY, pages 1&2).

Since Joel’s Army is supposed to be men and women taking possession of this earth for their King, a second class of warriors becomes necessary. These they call the “Phineas Priesthood.” Rick Joyner made mention of those with the “spirit of Phineas” in his book, The Harvest.

“The dismantling of organizations and disbanding of some works will be a positive and exhilarating experience for the Lord’s faithful servants…..a great company of prophets, teachers, pastors and apostles will be raised up with the spirit of Phineas…” (THE HARVEST, Rick Joyner).

A book written by Richard Kelly Hoskins entitled, “Vigilantes Of Christendom,” describes these warriors. He says of them, “As the Kamikaze is to the Japanese, As the Shiite is to Islam, As the Zionist is to the Jew, So the Phineas priest is to Christendom.” It is very clear that they are preparing to slaughter those who resist their authority. Jesus warned that, “They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.” (St. John 16:2). That sounds exactly like the great inquisitors of the dark ages.

“The DAY OF THE LORD as seen through the eyes of the NEW WAVE ‘prophets’ will be a time when JOEL’S ARMY led by the ‘prophets’ will pour out God’s wrath on the church. Then for the first time in two thousand years the ‘pure church’ will come forth. In other words, the ‘blood of Christ’ did not avail, nor will it in the LAST DAYS because JOEL’S ARMY and the ‘prophets’ will do what the blood could not, i.e., cleanse the Church. If indeed it takes JOEL’S ARMY to purify the church, then all the preaching of the Cross from the early Church to the present was in vain. And rather than the ‘cross’ being God’s final answer to ‘walking in newness of life’ . . ., we do well to look for another. The JOEL’S ARMY doctrine as it applies to the Church and world is not only in total conflict with the ‘Gospel of Christ’, but is a radical new rendition of the doctrine of redemption and purification. By all analysis, it is ‘another gospel’ and poses a real threat to unstable churches in that it is yet another great deception beguiling the Church.” (JOEL’S ARMY, page 9.)

Warning
Every theological direction these religionists are taking is rooted in esoteric revelations rather than the “tried and true” doctrines of the Bible. They are quick to say that this is a day of new revelations. The New Agers call it a “paradigm shift.” Tommy Reid, a noted New Wave leader, calls it “a new world view.” The Bible calls it “apostasy.”

A sovereign move of God’s Holy Spirit is the only answer to these wild speculations. There are a multitude of “angels of light” sent by Satan to deceive. If you are looking for something titilating, you will probably find the same. If you are looking for “the Way, the Truth, and the Life,” He lives in the Holy Scripture and is waiting for you to open the door. He reveals Himself in your will and heart (spirit), not your emotions.

Most people in the U.S. say there are many ways to God, even among Evangelicals!

No Gravatar

Did you catch ABC news today? 3/4 of people in the U.S. do not believe their religion is the only way to God.

If I remember right about 56 percent of Muslims also said that - Which explains why many Muslims say they are moderate although there is no such concept taught in the Quaran.

I do not recall the percent of the Jews but it was very high. 60 percent were not sure they believed in God at all.

Catholics were at 79 percent - How do the people who claim that Catholism is the one true Church believe there can be other truths and ways to God? Obviously most Catholics in the U.S. do not even know their own theology or else they do not believe it.

Mainline Protestants were at 83 percent - What should we expect from them? They do not even know what Christianity is anymore. They think anyone that does more good than bad will be saved regardless of belief in God’s Savior, If they even believe in salvation at all.

Even about 60 pecent of Evangelicals - That is the sorry state of affairs among those who “claim” to be saved by grace through faith. How can people who claim that Jesus is God then claim there is another way to God other than through the way God provided in His Son? The core doctrine of the Bible says that Jesus is the only way to the Father so anyone claiming there are other ways knows nothing about how one is saved. I hardly think they then can actually be called Christians.

Obviously the Christians in this survey concern me the most. If this survey is accurate about 3/4 of those that claim to be Christians in the United States are certainly apostate because they do not believe Jesus or the scriptures. Jesus said that He was the only way to God is He a liar? They certainly are not getting their many ways to God insights from any Holy Spirit within them. You can be sure that the figures are even worse in Europe.

ABC of course thought this was great because they think that those who actually believe in their faith are narrow minded bigots. So now is it any wonder that this Nation is electing the politicans that they are electing, is it any wonder why redefining Christianity is all the rage among evangelicals, is it any wonder why the amoral are winning control of this county and is any wonder why the U.S. will continue to go through increasing judgments?

Obviously we do not have to wait for the end time apostasy that was spoken about in the Bible it has already arrived.

Coexisting with doctrines of devils

No Gravatar

Bono, Rick warren, Schuller, Bill Hybells, George Bush, Obama, and many others and most of the Emerging Church movement shape shifters all believe in pluralism and universalism while claiming to be Christians. Their Christianity is really religious dominionism. They want to use religion, government, media and the power elite to bring in total world governance and establishment of their idealist earthly utopia in the name of their higher power. What they will actually bring in will be the Antichrist figure who will claim to fulfill all the expectations of religions. The harlot woman is about to ride the Beast.

Bono, Universalism, and the Emerging Church? - CWN

On Relevant Magazine’s website, Tara Leigh Cobble gives an interesting report of what she says she witnessed at a Bono concert:

About five songs into their set, Bono stopped the show and strapped on a headband with writing on it. I stared up at the JumboTron to see that the handwritten lettering said: COEXIST.

Coexisting sounds like a great idea. I fully support the peaceful philanthropy that Bono has encouraged, and this seemed like another way that he was trying to spread the message.

Except, it started to feel like more than a political message. The “C” in “coexist” was the Islamic crescent moon, the “X” was the Star of David, and the “T” was the cross of Christ. Bono pointed at the symbols on his headband—first to the cross, then to the star, then to the crescent moon—and he began to repeat:

“Jesus, Jew, Mohammed—all true. Jesus, Jew, Mohammed—all true.”

He repeated the words like a mantra, and some people even began to repeat it with him. I suddenly wanted to crawl out of my skin.

While some at the concert dispute exactly what Bono said, media outlets have reported Bono wearing the Coexist logo.

http://www.newsobserver.com/105/story/379359.html

The Coexist logo is certainly about promoting the worldview of pluralism and universalism. Pluralism is the belief that all religions are equal, and universalism is the belief that all religions are true and everyone will be saved because all roads lead to God.

The worldwide acceptance of pluralism and universalism will eventually lead to a one-world religion as discussed in the Bible. However, it appears that not everyone is opposed to the Coexist message. Who am I talking about? Well, it happens to be the Emerging Church. In the words of Gomer Pile I say, “Surprise! Surprise!”

Oprah, Word-Faith and postmodern Christianity shifting to the dark side

No Gravatar

This article does a real good job putting Oprah’s New Age promotions, Word-Faith and postmodern “Christianity” in the same boat. Essentially they all are saying that we can create our own reality through our own thoughts, words or deeds because we are all part of the force. There is way too much good information in this article to just read my snippet of it so if you want to know all about this paradigm shift to the dark side, read Marsha West’s article.

Marsha West — Oprah Shifts to the Dark Side

Rhonda Byrne and Joel Osteen may have significant differences, but the one thing they agree on is that “You are the Master of the Universe, and the Genie is there to serve you.” For Byrne the Genie is the Law of Attraction. For Osteen the Genie is God.

My reason for bringing up Word-Faith teaching is to show its similarities to the New Age movement. Actually, New Age movement is a tired old term. Devotees prefer “New Spirituality” or just plain “Spirituality.” Another term is Cosmic Humanism. No matter how you couch it, it’s Eastern mysticism.

New Agers outright reject the Jesus of the Bible and have adopted a Cosmic Christ. Who is this Christ? “In esoteric schools of thought, the Christ is considered to be a universal spirit or a cosmic force. The primary goal of this impersonal spirit or force is to guide the spiritual evolution of mankind.”[10]

As I brought to light in my article on ECM, New Agers are not the only ones who believe there is a paradigm shift taking place. Some Christians believe it, too. As a consequence “everything must change.”

“There is a growing movement afoot in the postmodern Church that does not abide in God’s Word…The movement calls itself ‘Emergent’ or ‘Emerging Church’ (ECM

The Christian movement shifting toward apostasy

No Gravatar

If you are buying into a “Emergent” or “Emerging Church” you are going to be led into pantheistic monism and universalism. Everyone in the Church needs to know about this rapidly growing movement because this is the apostasy that we were told would come in the last days.

Are You a “Shifter”? Does the Historic Gospel Message Need to be Repackaged? - CWN

Are you a “SHIFTER”? Do you follow Oprah Winfrey in her swooning free-fall into “planetary consciousness”? Do you “feel” the Christian message and belief system must be “repackaged” in order to be “relevant”, especially to the youth?

If you have answered “Yes” to any of the above, then you may be a candidate for the pantheistic and neo-pagan “Emerging Church” being promoted by authors like Tony Campolo, Jim Wallis and Brian McLaren – all of them extreme political liberals.

And since this group has redefined Jesus as a social activist, you may be on your way to HELL, which incidentally is a subject this “church” believes needs to be rethought and, probably eliminated from discussion.

Now a similar assault on historic orthodox Christianity is underway that’s gaining momentum. Some Christians believe a paradigm shift is taking place in the Church and as a consequence ‘everything must change.’…Professor Peter Jones of Westminster Seminary warned listeners that the Christian theistic West has been turning back to pagan, pantheistic monism. Many in contemporary western culture now hold to a pantheistic belief in the unity of nature and God, of body and spirit — all is One… The movement is largely eclectic with inspiration drawn from all the major world religions, which include Buddhism, Hinduism, Taoism, Shamanism, Wicca, the metaphysical New Thought movement, and Neo-Paganism, to name a few. The goal of NSM is a shift in ‘planetary consciousness.’ Their focus is not only on the West but also on the entire planet!…We are in the middle of the biggest social transformation in history, THE SHIFT.’”

Brian Mclaren tells young creekers to lessen focus on eternity

No Gravatar

I do not know why Willow Creek would allow this heretic to speak at their church. I take that back I think I do known why.

I challenge anyone who reads the Bible as written to tell me that this man has not redefined the scriptures to take away absolutes truths and replace them with stupid rationalizations. Tell me that he is not corrupting Christian youth with his heretical teaching. It is time that Christians quit making apogees for this very destructive heretic. His teachings are doing great harm to Christianity especially to the youth of the church.

So why is it that Christians in your church are mislead from his books and there is no warning about this wolf in sheep’s clothing and others emergent leaders like him coming from your pastor? If heretics are not refuted with sound doctrine why will the next generation in your church believe in any Christian absolutes?

There are so many warped views in this article about Brian Mclaren statements that It would take a small book to refute the nonsense. I will just say his views on the second coming must come from heretical dominionism or some social gospel because they sure are not founded on any truth taught in the scriptures.

Mclaren redefines scripture to conform to what he wants to believe. We were warned that these people would come in the last days and the warning was given for darn good reason. Have nothing to do with these emerging heretics lest you find yourself misled.

Baptist Press - Lessen focus on eternity, McLaren says at Willow Creek student ministries conference - News with a Christian Perspective

SOUTH BARRINGTON, Ill. (BP)–The emphasis Christians place on the traditional Christian doctrines of hell and the second coming of Jesus inhibits believers from living effective lives of service in this world, according to speaker and author Brian McLaren

McLaren explained his views April 9-10 at Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington, Ill., as a featured speaker during the Willow Creek Association’s annual Shift student ministries conference

The orthodox understanding that Jesus will return at a future date and forcefully conquer all His enemies also needs rethinking, according to McLaren.

“This eschatological understanding of a violent second coming leads us to believe (as we’ve said before) that in the end, even God finds it impossible to fix the world apart from violence and coercion; no one should be surprised when those shaped by this theology behave accordingly,” McLaren wrote.

The book of Revelation does not actually teach that there will be a new heaven and a new earth, he wrote, but that a new way of living is possible within this universe if humans will follow Jesus’ example.

Those seeking the divine within themselves will find demons

No Gravatar

The Bible says that doctrines of demons would be taught and believed in the last days. This worldwide paradigm shift to pagan thought just proves that we have arrived. Woe to the people that are teaching others this satanic deception.

There is nothing divine in self unless you got it from the Jesus that died on the cross and rose from the dead and is sitting on the right hand of God.

Paul Proctor — Oprah and The Gospel of Me

If you break it all down, the New Age is, at its core, just spiritual narcissism – cloaked in charity, compassion and unity.

Remember this next time you see celebrities, authors, books, movies and commercials promoting The New Earth – The Secret – The Shift and The Moses Code.

Do you see a pattern here?

It’s about the acquisition of special powers, hidden secrets, divine knowledge, a deeper understanding and saving the world from intolerance with good deeds, good friends and good intentions. How is this different from Harry Potter?

So, where does it all lead?

It leads to the same place Lucifer was headed when he said, in all his pride: “I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God” – that wicked one who seduced Eve into taking of the forbidden fruit by telling her: “your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods.”

After all – the New Age is about discovering the divine within oneself, is it not?

In a nutshell, the New Age and its New Spirituality promises to help you find God in everyone and everything, including yourself, with or without Jesus Christ.

But unfortunately for the millions of misguided viewers and listeners tuning into Oprah for spiritual guidance, that’s not what the Bible teaches:

Emerging toward a cosmic consciousness with the Devil

No Gravatar

Astute biblical Christians knew that these emerging birds would come to merge with the universal, pantheistic, pagan flock of vultures that claims it will soar up to a higher plain of cosmic consciousness.

“New age” leaders have fed the gullible this line for several decades. The difference now is that the leaders have changed their name to “New Spirituality” and they are now in the church teaching very dumbed down, biblically illiterate church members their doctrines of demons.

It seems that Western emerging “Christianity” needs the hope of a evolutionary mystical experience to replace their “Old Spirituality” that is now on life support.

The Emerging Church is Merging With New Spirituality - CWN

I received a press release today from a publicity firm soliciting an interview. It demonstrates that the evolution of consciousness promoted by hardcore New Agers like Barbara Marx Hubbard, Marianne Williamson, Neale Donald Walsch and so many others is merging with the emerging church. First, read this quote from Barbara Marx Hubbard’s Foundation for Conscious Evolution.

Oprah promotes Eckhart Tolle and doctrines of demons

No Gravatar

Oprah believes there are many more paths to God other than Christianity. Eckhart Tolle who is promoted by Oprah thinks the current awaking will bring us into the universal consciousness, “A New Earth” where your collective identity will be “I Am” (the name of God).

Oprah is being watched by Christians like she has truth and Eckhart Tolle’s book “A New Earth” is big among “Christians”. Eckhart Tolle says unless you have this shift in consciousness and stop resisting this collective consciousness you will not enter the New Earth which is a physical manifestation of the New Heaven (that leaves out all Bible believing Christians).

Need I say anything more. I do not know how we can make it any more clear to Christians that what is being taught and promoted on Oprah is doctrines of demons. Many “Christians” are taking part in the very deceptions that Paul warned us would come in the last days that would lead people into the end time Apostasy. Can it be any clearer that this universal God conscious religion of Eckhart Tolle and Oprah is from Satan? My question to those who call themselves Christians and still watch Oprah, is why? Do you think you will get light from her darkness?

Where do you think all this rethinking in the emerging church movement is originating from? I have to say to those who watch and repeat the deceptions seen on Oprah, if you can be that biblically illiterate and that easily led astray by doctrines of demons to follow another gospel, what makes you think you are a Christian? Or is “Christianity” just a convenient name for your demonic spirituality like Oprah?

Berit Kjos — Oprah and Tolle Fuel New Age Revival

“This book’s main purpose is … to bring about a shift in consciousness…. Not everyone is ready yet, but many are, and with each person who awakens, the momentum in the collective consciousness grows.”[1,p.6-7] Eckhart Tolle”Oprah is helping propel the spiritual enlightenment book [New Earth] to dizzying heights, thanks to an unprecedented online promotion that includes a 10-week interactive Webcast discussion…”[2]

“I am a Christian who believes that there are certainly many more paths to God other than Christianity.”[2] Oprah Winfrey

“Since the spiritual climate has changed, “enlightened” prophets expect the current awakening to reach a critical mass that will usher all of humanity (except uncompromising resisters) into the New Earth: a physical manifestation of the New Heaven (which has nothing in common with the Biblical heaven). Detached from “form,” the people will know their identity as “I AM,” or universal” Consciousness.”

The big shift to the great apostasy and its doctrines of demons.

No Gravatar

I hardly knew what to do with this article because I hate quoting so much of anyone’s writing but in this case i think it is necessary. I really want you to read this entire article for yourself because you need to know where all the “New Spirituality” you hear on Oprah and the “shift” talk of the emergent movement and the popular feel good ministers of TV are taking people.

If this article does not convince you that we are the verge of the great apostasy of “Christianity” I guess nothing will wake you up. What follows are some clip quotes from the article but you really have to read the full article to get the full flavor of this.

The Moses Code Movie Blasphemy and The Big Shift - CWN

A movie will be unveiled on April 5 that should get a prize for honesty in blasphemy. Unlike the emerging church celebrity authors and speakers who shuck and jive when asked direct questions about God, salvation, and truth, The Moses Code is produced by those who will tell you right out what they believe. What they do believe is breathtaking in its Satanic audacity. In the movie trailer, promoters of The Moses Code cheerfully announce that I AM is something all of us can say. Towards the end of the clip, one young man looks up and into the camera and tells viewers, “I am the way, the truth, and the life.” The website says the following:For the first time a major spiritual film release is being combined with a worldwide prayer vigil focused on shifting the planetary consciousness.

Join millions of people from every corner of the globe in learning the most powerful manifestation tool in the history of the world. Then on one momentous day we’ll use the code to promote peace and compassion for all beings through over 1000 gatherings worldwide. This is the chance for humanity to use the Law of Attraction to create peace on the deepest level.

Coming on the heels of The Secret, the New Spirituality teachers featured in The Moses Code
are in hopes that by teaching everyone about the power of declaring themselves God, they can help along the “Shift” in planetary consciousness that everyone is talking about today.

The Shift is the name of another movie under production featuring New Spirituality gurus like Deepak Chopra and Marianne Williamson, alongside leftist environmentalists like Al Gore and religious figures such as Archbishop Desmond TuTu. Their message is the same, as though it was taken from the same script. “A massive worldwide phenomenon is in progress, offering seeds of great hope for the future…We are in the middle of the biggest social transformation in history, THE SHIFT.”

Working on the Evangelical end of things, emergent author Brian McLaren is also promoting a Big Shift, calling his nationwide tour, The Deep Shift Conference. A heretic who does not believe in hell and who rejects the penal substitutionary atonement of Jesus Christ, McLaren is taking his Shift
Experience to Willow Creek Community Church in April where he will be teaching youth workers and pastors from evangelical churches across the country about how they need to change
their ministries to accommodate the Big Shift in thinking. Emergent authors Phyllis Tickle and Tony Jones are also on board promoting a big spiritual shift. They prefer to call it the “Great Emergence”

What is emerging is another Jesus and another gospel. The Big Shift that all of the New Spirituality gurus are buzzing about marks the advent of the worldwide apostasy that is now upon us.

the New Spirituality blasphemers like the producers of The Moses Code are more honest than the emergents when they state openly that they believe they are the way, the truth and the life. At its core, their message is the same as many within the emerging “conversation”. The Bible is not a
product of “Divine fiat”, Rob Bell says, “it’s a human product.” (Christianity Today, 11/1/04) The end result? We become God in our own minds. We can make things up as we go. Where does it all end? Rob Bell ends up promoting doctrines of demons—that we are co-creators with God, or rejecting the existence of hell, or the atonement, like Brian McLaren. That’s where it all ends. When you abandon a high view of Holy Scripture, your rebellion will take you places you never dreamed you would go. At some point, God blinds those who willingly believe a lie.
