But, for a Christian it should not be about me it should be about thee and Thee. It is time Christians departed from me centered churches and teaching in sake of Thee centered Churches and teaching.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20150101064541\/http:\/\/www.christfirstforum.com:80\/the-me-centered-church-t1956.html\">The \u2018Me\u2019 Centered Church<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The church today has gotten away from its purpose and identity as laid out in Scripture.   Again, we do well to remember:<\/p>\n<p>A local church is a group of baptized believers organized together to meet for the equipping of the saints for their ministry; for provoking one another to love and good works; for exhortation; for the exercise of spiritual gifts and the observance of the ordinances (Eph. 4:11-12; Heb. 10:24-25; 1 Cor. 11:18)[8]<\/p>\n<p>The church is not for \u201cseekers\u201d or for \u201cMe centered\u201d people.  It is for disciples and \u201cHe centered\u201d people.  The church can and should reach out to a dying world and that means engaging the culture with the truth that Jesus is the only Way, Truth and Life (Jn 14:6).  It also means becoming more like Him daily, walking in faith and His strength.  Paul sums this up well when he says:<\/p>\n<p>I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.Galatians 2:20<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20150101064541\/http:\/\/www.christfirstforum.com:80\/the-me-centered-church-t1956.html\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>At the end of the day we are all simply beggars telling other beggars where we found bread.
