Yet plans to tax CO2 which never  could cause significant global warming will go on and on like the energizer  bunny. Open a can of carbonated soda in your green house this winter  and observe how much warmer it will get in your green house. It won&#8217;t be  measurable and neither will the CO2 output of man change the measurable  temperature of the atmosphere.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Why  is the Ice melting in the Arctic? Black Soot from China and India&#8217;s  unregulated coal plants and industry absorbing heat from the sun and  melting the ice. Why are glaciers breaking off of the Antarctic ice  pack? The pack is expanding because the bulk of the Antarctic has been  getting colder for quite some time.
