The Obama administration through the Environmental Protection Agency is about to take a step that will regulate American freedom out of existence. They will do it through almost unlimited regulatory powers authorized by the Clean Air Act.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Obama administration first appointed yes women to head critical national agencies and then the Obama administration claims the government must act because of their unfounded and unscientific recommendations? This EPA announcement has just moved us another huge step toward executive branch dictatorship and fascism. If congress does not take strong enough action against CO2 emissions we are now told it will be done by EPA regulation and through Obama’s executive orders.<\/p>\n

EPA through the clean air act intends to regulate CO2 which really means it will have the power to regulate just about everything in America. Obama and his henchmen and henchwomen makes Pultin look like an authoritative amateur. Obama is bringing in fascism with a reassuring smile and most people just hail Obama like they were 1930’s German transplants.<\/p>\n

So do you want to know what is wrong with EPA’s control of Carbon Dioxide? They are putting a naturally occurring gas necessary for life under the Clean Air Act. Doing this is almost as bad as putting all water vapor under government control. Regulating a natural gas that is emitted by everyone and all manufactures gives EPA unlimited power to regulate everything in everyone lives.<\/p>\n

The EPA will be effectively running this nation they will have control over manufactures, they will have control over farmers with livestock, they will even have control over what you do in your own home and on your own property. They will implement carbon cap-and-trade schemes that will soon triple the cost of all energy in the United States. That means your electric bills will triple, your gasoline bills will triple, manufactures who use energy will have to raise their prices on all the products that you buy.<\/strong> It really will be the largest hidden tax in the history of the world and it will drive up the price of all manufactured products and even food products. It will also destroy future coal and domestic oil production. It will make coal generation so costly that they will go out of business and the high price of energy will drive energy intensive jobs to nations not run by fools. Implementation of this Carbon tax-and-trade scheme will eliminate another two million more American jobs. <\/strong><\/p>\n

it would be bad enough to do this foolishness in a good economy but doing this now will insure that America will never have a long term recovery from our economic collapse. Along with the foolish deficit spending and the unsustainable debt these carbon cap-and-trade taxes will bring a hyper inflationary depression that will completely destroy the economy of America and totally wipe out the middle class. If you think I am exaggerating allow the Obama administration to carry out these plans and you will soon be in bread lines begging for a handout from the Obama youth brigades working under the direction of Big Sister’s Homeland Security.<\/p>\n

Never mind, that man is not even the cause of global warming. There is no correlation between rising CO2 and global warming. Earth records prove that<\/strong>. Besides, the facts are that the earth has been cooling since 1998 even with rising CO2<\/strong>. All this hype on climate change is just a cover to bring in global governance. Call it world communist, world fascism, world socialism its all very much the same to the elite. You have the elite control freaks and the workers. The elite get all the benefits from their enslaved workers on their collective ant farms.<\/p>\n

I have to say that everything I said about Obama before the election was understated. This man in just one-hundred days has done more to bring the downfall of America then any foreign or domestic enemy in our nation’s history<\/strong>. You might not see it yet but when his policies fully play out you will see too late what his radical far Left policies did to destroy America.<\/p>\n

Don’t get me wrong, I am not saying that Obama is actually trying to destroy this nation on purpose but when you elect a far Left socialist into power and a congress that is almost as far Left where in the world did you actually think they would take this nation? Has any socialist nation ever prospered or the people retained their freedom?<\/p>\n

You all better pray that Americans continue to wake up and make the Tea Party Movement a real movement to take America back from the control freaks and fools running Washington D.C. or we soon will have no nation to take back. Meanwhile, tell everyone in power that they had better oppose any carbon legislation or Obama and EPA carbon regulation.<\/p>\n

EPA Takes First Step Toward Regulating Pollution Linked to Climate Change – First 100 Days of Presidency – Politics FOXNews.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

WASHINGTON — The debate on global warming is set to heat up again with the Obama administration’s release on Friday of an EPA proposed finding that carbon dioxide and five other greenhouse gases are a danger to public health and welfare.<\/p>\n

The finding is the first step to regulating pollution linked to climate change.<\/p>\n

The agency said, “in both magnitude and probability, climate change is an enormous problem” and that the greenhouse gases listed “endanger public health and welfare within the meaning of the Clean Air Act.”<\/p>\n

The EPA concluded that the science pointing to man-made pollution as a cause of global warming is “compelling and overwhelming.” It also said tailpipe emissions from motor vehicles contribute to climate change.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

“The Congress is working on a comprehensive solution to global warming, and I am committed to moving clean energy legislation this year that will include perspectives from across our nation to create jobs, improve our national security, and reduce global warming,” she added.<\/p>\n

But Republicans, led by Sen. James Inhofe of Oklahoma, say the EPA conclusions will destroy jobs and harm consumers. Inhofe, the ranking Republican on the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, also accused the president of using the EPA ruling to intimidate Congress to pass his cap-and-trade legislation by saying pass it or face new, onerous regulations.<\/p>\n

“As bad as the $700 billion bank bailout was and as bad as the $789 billion stimulus was, at least that was just a one time deal. This will be a tax every year somewhere in the neighborhood of $400 billion,” he told FOX News Radio.<\/p>\n

Inhofe, who also issued a statement saying EPA should be stopped in its tracks, added that Congress is much more informed about climate change issues these days and it’s unlikely a tax hike of that size would pass.<\/p>\n

“Even if you believe that man-made gases are causing global warming, does it make any sense us to unilaterally tax ourselves when all that will do is send our manufacturing jobs to areas where they don’t have any emissions standards like China and Mexico?” Inhofe asked.<\/p>\n

Boxer responded that if Congress “does not act to pass legislation, then I will call on EPA to take all steps authorized by law to protect our families.”<\/p>\n
