Joseph Farah makes the\u00a0case in his article that many “Christian”\u00a0charities including Rick Warren’s origination have made their bed with\u00a0government, religious, and business organizations. They are\u00a0joining with world elitist’s and\u00a0abdicating to\u00a0elitist’s\u00a0what the Church was directed to do to help\u00a0get out the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The evident\u00a0problem is that the Church does\u00a0get the credit\u00a0for feeding the poor and there is no gospel message given\u00a0to feed the souls when\u00a0they\u00a0join with a non\u00a0Christian\u00a0organizations like “One”<\/span><\/p>\n

What fellowship does light have with darkness? In the final analysis, Warren and the Christian\u00a0originations that align with “One”\u00a0are further evidence that they have\u00a0bought into a social gospel.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rick Warren is confusing the mission of the Church with\u00a0the elitist\u00a0socialist\u00a0agenda of world management.\u00a0That should not surprise many about Rick\u00a0Warren\u00a0that sits on the CFR. Rick Warren is very confused or purposely\u00a0deceptive.<\/span><\/p>\n

Unfortunately, his words, deeds and actions represent a movement of disturbingly unclear, unbiblical and non-discerning reasoning within the church.<\/p>\n

Warren’s latest calling is to end poverty around the world.<\/p>\n

Despite the fact that Jesus Himself said in words recorded in three different gospels that the poor would always be with us, Warren says he believes the eradication of poverty can be accomplished through the combined efforts of governments, businesses and religious institutions working in harmony with one another.<\/p>\n

So he has teamed up with ONE.<\/a> Not the One, mind you, but the well-funded, well-publicized, celebrity-endowed organization known audaciously and only as ONE.<\/p>\n

Once they sign on with a mission to extract wealth from U.S. taxpayers by force, they are out of the charity business and into the coercion business.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, this kind of activity by the church does not fulfill the biblical commandment to feed the hungry, cloth the naked and heal the sick.<\/p>\n

This is the church’s role, Jesus taught us. It is the individual’s responsibility, Jesus taught us. It is not government’s business – at least not until Jesus Himself returns and rules from His earthly throne.<\/p>\n

The Rick Warrens of the world are sowing confusion within the church in ways that will make all of us – particularly in the U.S. – less free in the future. And when we are less free because of the burden of supporting the entire world, we will also be less free as a people to spread the Gospel and to fulfill our biblical commandment to feed the hungry, cloth the naked and heal the sick.<\/p>\n
