Blacks can be Christians but Christians cannot be black hypocrites.

Many “black Christians” have chosen their Obamanation. I read that 97 percent of blacks voted for this abortionist.

We voted for him because the world is full of poor children who need food, they say! While the wolf enacts executive orders to kill off their next generation.

I have news for these “black Christians”. There is no skin color in the Body of Christ. Choose this day whom you will serve. Will you serve God or people with a tan that display the spirit of anti-Christ in their policies? Blacks can be Christians but Christians cannot be black hypocrites.

Dave Daubenmire — More Black Than Christian

The history of black Americans is one of deep abiding faith and perseverance through generations of oppression. Christianity was the power that sustained them in the midst of persecution.

But the Christianity practiced today by blacks is not the same faith that their predecessors passed on to them. Just as white-evangelicalism has been over-run with money hustlers, black Christianity is the birthing ground of racial prejudice and government dependence, impregnated by those who profit from fermenting racial hatred. The race hustlers’ cry of “racism” will ring hollow when the most powerful position in the world is occupied by a black man. We’ve come a long way baby

We did not go to Washington to oppose Obama. We went to support Jesus. Unfortunately, most folks we spoke with on the streets went to oppose Jesus and support Obama.

Here is the sad truth that I feel compelled to share with you today. The self-identified black Christians that we interacted with on the streets of Washington were more black than they were Christian. To put it another way, their loyalty was to Obama rather than to Jesus.

I know some will say that sounds harsh and judgmental, but “it is what it is.”

We spent the entire day standing on a street corner just north of the Capitol building as droves of black Americans walked buy us on the way to the “coronation.” As they crossed the street I enticed them into a trap.

“Yes we can! Yes we can!” I began to chant as the light changed and they moved through the crosswalk. Soon, some of the mob was chanting with me as they walked our way. To their shock and “aah” after the third “Yes We Can!” I pointed to the signs (GRAPHIC IMAGE) that my buddies were holding. “Yes We Can…stop killing unborn children” I bellowed. The mob grew silent as they looked at the face of “choice.”

“Yessirree…stop killing babies. Now that is change you can believe in!” (I borrowed another Obama slogan.) “Yes We Can!” From the looks on the black faces you would have thought I had just called catsup a vegetable.

“Are you a Christian?” Pastor Bill or one of the others would begin to ask the black Christians as the gaped at the pictures.

“Do you think abortion is wrong? Do you know that over 1/3 of all abortions are on black babies?” Most stared defiantly at the white boys who were defending the black babies.

“Did you vote for Obama?” Do you know he wants to sign the Freedom of Choice Act which will greatly increase the number of abortions? Do you know that under President Obama more black babies are going to die? A vote for Obama was a vote to kill black babies.”

All of the sudden they weren’t as “Christian” as they were before they crossed the street. Immediately they became black first and Christian second. They hated us for dampening their celebration of blackness.

“You don’t understand what he means to our people, man.” One “spirit filled” black man said, oblivious to the reality of black abortion. “Why are you out here trying to ruin our day? I love Jesus but this is the day to celebrate Obama!”

For hours they passed us by, their hearts hardened to the plight of the unborn as, one by one, they justified their Christian-vote for the most radically pro-abortion man to ever be President. Like our new “devout Christian” President, they think Jesus is their Savior but government is their God.

Other than salvation, the greatest gift a person could ever receive is a child. “How could any Christian ever vote for a man who would not defend an innocent baby?”

In America today, almost as many African-American children are aborted as are born.

  1. I didn’t read the article, only your opening paragraphs, but I absolutely agree with you, as a black person myself.

My country just about worships him. And I could for certain include one pastor at some level of that worship, who was my own pastor until recently. When I brought up these things (abortion, homosexuality) with him in a casual conversation, he brushed the Word of God aside and publicly encouraged others to ridicule me (yes, a chant actually erupted, laughingly off course)…Longer story I wont go into but no wonder that his members are ‘pro-Obama’ too.

  2. Thanks for sharing that. If a pastor did that to me he would no longer be my pastor. Its time all Christians of all colors held their pastors accountable to the the gospel.

  3. It’s like the Vatican that said how disappointed it was at Obama’s decision to do away with the law banning funding pro-abortion NGOs. Well, if they had any brains at all they would have known right from the start what his public record was on abortion. People may be endowed with reason but that’s no guarantee they will actually reason at all.

A bit off-topic but I heard Yemen is willing to take a bunch of Yemeni gitmo inmates and send them to re-education camps. Well, I bet they’re all going to be given a fair trial there upon arrival, and that their human rights will be much safer in Yemen than in Guantanamo! Not that I care much since most of them are just a bunch of terrorists anyway but I wonder what Obama’s going to say when it turns out Yemen has been torturing former Gitmo inmates… or been released and back working for Al Qaeda? Sweet, sweet pragmatism! As if you’re going to win the war against violent islam through pragmatism. But wait – wasn’t Obama among those that were actually opposed to the War on Terror to begin with?

The Asia Times did a great article on that and Obama’s oxymoronical inaugural address, by the way. You can read it at http://www.atimes.com/atimes/Front_Page/KA22Aa01.html.

  4. Thanks for that great article. It really sums up Obama and people of color who blindly elected a globalist “New Age” promoted carpetbagger because he had the right skin tone.

The watchers should be in hysterics seeing this farce taking place on earth. Problem is they probably also know the disaster this living “Christian” oxymoron will bring. Those who trust that Obama has the answers for the world will soon turn white with fear.

You can take that statement to the bank because you certainly will not be able to cash his “yes we can” IOU’s.

  5. An Obamanation is an Abomination. I live in a mostly white community. I am appalled by how many people are pro-Obama, regardless of their skin color or Christian upbringing.

This article makes it clear his administration’s attempt to take stimulus dollars and put a large chunk of it into Planned Parenthood: the company that profits- that’s right profits- from abortions every year. Thankfully, the Senate voted against it, but the sheeple continue to sing the praises of the man who thinks our tax dollars should “bailout” abortionists who already report “excess revenue”.

Obama has scared me all along, but what has scared me even more is the people who appear to be blind to who and what this man really is. Most of the people I know are in that 80% who approve of Obama. How in the world can anyone approve of a job that someone hasn’t even done yet? I am beyond scared, I am terrified. Try telling someone you don’t like this guy, and do not “approve” of the job he is doing, and you will find many will treat you like “Carribean Shulamite” was by his pastor and congregation. And it is not limited to the black community.

I am thinking that if the ice keeps melting in Antartica, maybe I will go there 🙂

  6. A stunning and thought provoking article, to be sure. wow!

The first thing which came to my mind on Don’s intro is that the is no black, white, yellow or red church. In addition, there is no Americian, African, European, Chinese, or Arab Church. What you have is the church that is in American, the saints that are in China, or the elect that are in Europe, etc.

My point, read the Apostle Paul’s letters and you wil see the same addressing manner. It’s not about color, race or geographic origins. It’s all about who we are in Christ. Once we come to him, all the barriers are broken down and we are one in Him. I think the New testament is very clear on this.

I would say that some “black” churches are just as racist as a white church that claims to love Jesus, but hates blacks and Jews. There are many places, peoples, and races, but these is only one church who serves one Lord.

Hey, I’m Greek and while I would love to see a greek president, I didn’t vote for Michael Dukakis because what he believed was against my christian values.

I have no apologies because Christ comes first.

  7. I thought Greeks were colored people too.

Seriously though, I can fully understand that but wasn’t the point of ending racism about judging a man by his character rather than by color? And now they’re all going crazy over the fact that the US now has a Black president. Uhm, a half-White “Black” man, mind you. So just how Black is he? And just how representative of the Afro-American community is this man? I guess anyone who can think straight knows the answer to that.

Anyway, if Obama’s politics were right than I would have no problem at all with him being the American president. You know I was even hoping for McCain to pick Bobby Jindal as his choice for vice-president. I would probably have made a fine VP. “Unfortunately” for Jindal, he is an Indian American so people will put him into the category of rich Americans, he’s not a Black man, and he’s a conservative Republican and Christian. Not to mention Alan Keyes. The man is a direct descendants of West African slaves and he’s probably the most ultraconservative non-White American I know of. And also a damn smart guy with lots of experience. Hey, how about a Jindal and Keyes ticket in 2012? Two kick-ass non-white hardcore Conservatives in the “White” House! Oh yeah! 😛

Oh well I guess one can only dream. Our lamentations aren’t going to change much about this whole sorry state of affairs, are they? With all this liberal nonsense I’m hearing from Americans I would almost start sounding like a hate-America leftist myself. For its stupidity in electing the most unqualified man ever and destroying its own nation, I blame America! 😉 😆

  8. 😳 Uhm… for anyone who thinks I have delusions of grandeur, I meant to say that “HE (Jindal) would have made a fine VP”. But yeah maybe I’d have made a fine VP too. After all, who in America cares where you were born these days anyway, especially if you’re running for presidency?

  9. People didn’t seem to be to concerned when over 90% of blacks were voting for Kerry, Gore, Clinton or Carter, but in this election now it’s some big talking point. Of course many “contemporary white evangelical republicans” didn’t seem to have much of a problem with that until this election when the Democratic nominee happened to be half black. Black Christians or otherwise vote Democratic for a variety of reasons.

These reasons are the same ones that made/make most historically black political movements in the US lean so far left. If the supposed Christian Right historically treated blacks in a truly Christian manner the current chasam between blacks and the Republican Party may not be what it is.

I am black and did not vote for Obama or McCain. I casted my vote for one of the other choices. Comparisons such as I’m Greek but didn’t vote for Dukakis are ludacris and such comparisons are insulting. Just as insulting as those in the homosexual movement who compare it to the civil rights movement.

So how do some blacks justify being a Christian and voting for Obama? The same way they justified it when voting for the other white men I mentioned. The same way many of us justify anything that we want to do. The way many whites now justify their racism like the first responder to this post Justin. It’s how neocon pundits like Limbaugh or Hannity can now basically spew cloaked racial diatribe throughout their broadcast and not only be cheered and payed substanially for it, but do under the “traditional Christian values” umbrella.

Blacks still only make up 12% of the country so if you want to blame someone for Obama winning the election there are plenty of whites for you to talk to. Every type of peoples has at one time been a slave or captive of another, but given the fact that the history of blacks in the US is just a little bit more recent you’d think it’d be more understood.

Maybe if in your lifetime and in the lifetimes of your parents and grandparents the thought of someone who looked like you becoming President seemed as impossible and as it had for my family and myself you’d have a little better grasp of why some blacks feel the way they do.

Is it ok for me to appreciate Jackie Robinson?

  10. David,

I was not being racist. I was just telling the truth about most blacks. I am not talking about all blacks. I apologized if my earlier post seem racist and offended you. I also bet there are whites out there that think the world owes them something but most whites people today in this country are just deluded and dumb. They have been brainwashed by an education system that is controlled by atheists which to me they are the dumbest of the dumbest.

Booker T. Washington, George Washington Carver, and Martin Luther King were hard workers and they were Christians. I think everybody should be like these people in how they live their lives daily.

  11. David said,

“So how do some blacks justify being a Christian and voting for Obama? The same way they justified it when voting for the other white men I mentioned. David I think you missed the point of the whole article that I quoted by Dave Daubenmire.
We are not talking about a sports figure here we are talking about the leader of the world that has said he will change many things for evil in this Nation. He claims to be Christian but his words and actions say otherwise. For example, his abortion polices are an abomination and genocide for black and other poor people of the world.

You are correct in implying that if he were white Blacks would have still have voted for him because of his leftist policies. However, what is that saying about black Christians who put social polices before the things of God? Perhaps some of the black inner city poverty can be due to decades of slave like mentality to the god of government instead of faith in their Creator who can deliver them? Sure many things can be said about white Christians as well but white fools are not the point of the article by Daubenmire.

Dave was talking about blacks who where there celebrating a black abortionist who will now make it much easier for blacks to kill their own babies. Daubenmire also has many hard things to say about so called “Christians of all shades” who claim to be “Christian” but their actions seem to say otherwise.

Just clink the Dave Daubenmire tag at the bottom of the original post and you will find his articles on this blog and you will understand that his problem is not with blacks it is with “Christian” hypocrites.

  12. Some unnamed white guy here likes certain “black” types of music. Are you okay with that? Also, could anyone please tell me whether there was ever such hype during the Clinton or Gore electoral campaigns, with Gore puppets and Guevarra-like pictures of Gore on t-shirts being sold, please? I am dying to know. Last time I checked the Irish and the Italians didn’t particularly get a warm welcome in America either during the second and third immigration waves and neither did the Japanese and the Chinese. In fact intermarriage between whites and Asians was also forbidden for decades.

  13. And I should add that if anything is an insult to the suffering of Afro Americans under slavery it is this man named Obama who pretends to represent Afro Americans while he is the son of a Kenyan well-educated black man, a white anthropologist and he lived in Hawaii for most of his time, not in Alabama (no offense intended to the people of Alabama, by the way). It’s insulting to their own race that they prefer this closet Communist imposter over a man like Alan Keyes who is a sound and principled Christian man and a sound Conservative and, yes, a direct descendant of Black slaves, who also happens to be married to a Bengali lady from Calcutta, India. Here you have the best of America all in one person but your kin prefer a leftist who went to an abominable racist “church”. Well, that’s great for your image! Would Blacks also have been so cheerful if the Democratic nominee were a Mexican American or a Korean American? I’ve heard these minorities just adore each other in Los Angeles. People who can’t judge people by their character and blindly believe whatever a candidate says without taking the time to check out his or her voting record, are a weak-minded people. No matter whether they are black, white, yellow, or blue or purple for that matter.

  14. Hii Don..
Nice to see your article and information about prophecies….am new here in this site….am an indian christian who is studying in UK…..the things am gonna share is mostly out of the above mentioned article, but i just want to bring something into your concentration…In UK the situation that am seeing is really horrible….christianity is almost dead here…..I found much better situation back in my native Indian state of kerala…so many very strong and faithful crowd can be found than so called christian nation of UK….Muslims, Hindus and sikhs are the people who thrives here and a very large number of british people are getting converted to islam as these british people dont have very strong faith in bible….i dont know why and how the people here lost their faith..for them christianity is just another religion like islam..thats really surprised me….it is felt to me that muslims have such a propoganda to overpopulate whole europe since i am seeing a lot of illegal immigrants coming here daily through ships and other containers….i have seen these illegal people are employed by the muslim people who already reached here and run shops and other businesses…I thought US got some nice churches and believers in order to work there and all over…but from ur articles its sad to see that situation there also is not much better….i have seen so many hindu cults(swamis and swaminis) spreading their weird ideologies there and gaining lots of followers from west….Honestly I dont know where gone the real christianity…..As far as I have seen christians are lossing their faith while other religions are getting too much into their own…. Why I told this is because, hindus and muslims are spreading and enjoying maximum freedom in so called christian nations of west…On the other hand life is getting difficult for christians who live in India and the islamic countries…..Like muslims, Hindus also are nowadays showing violence and intolerance to christianity…..Maybe all of these are signs of ending days….

Another thing I am always curious is about race and religion and their correlation….As u mentioned, black christians will become blacks rather than christians when it comes in terms of race…..is that really so???i dont know much about it…but one thing i can tell is that the only christian family in my neighbourhood who goes to church every sunday is a black family…But maybe u r right…while it comes in terms of race, they may forget the fact that they are christians….But one thing i can tell almost surely is that irrespective of races all muslims stand united….thats a quality i saw in them to stand united as a brotherhood…i dont know how its happening in every races…..
I would like to talk about these stuffs….really glad to see christians like u still exists…..and one more thing is that am a 24 old guy…i know the standard of my information is nowhere reach the quality of your articles, but I just wanted to share some stuffs that i read and noticed from news and my dailylife about religion….
    In Christian love,
    George Abraham.

  15. Hi George,

I am aware that most of the people in the UK care nothing about Christianity anymore. Many are now actually hostile toward Christianity. That is also true in many other parts of Europe. The situation is really much better in the U.S. but it is going downhill especially in the big cities and along the east and west coasts. Most here still claim to be Christians and about half still attend some church but with most it is just a cultural religion that they were brought up to practice for an hour on Sunday. There are some areas of the country that are still strongly Christian but they are mostly in the more rural areas.

True Christianity is unpopular in many parts of the world and as we get toward the last days we need to expect increasing persecution even from many of those who claim to be Christian.

There are still many strong black Christians in this nation. Unfortunately most have not overcome judging people by the color of their skin. Many have been brainwashed by the black culture that in the cities are dominated by race baiters, gangs, Black Muslims, drug pushers and ex-convicts. Also who they vote for goes beyond just a matter of race most inner city blacks have become dependents of the government so they vote for politicians that give them things for free. There is a large segment of blacks that are outright racists but they mostly live in inner city ghettos. Obama was attending a racist church and was a community organizer among those kind.

Thanks for sharing your information with me,
