Camping with Rapture loons in 2011

Harold Camping is teaching thousands of the loons that follow him that the Rapture will happen on May 21, 2011. Camping also teaches that the end of the world will occur just four months later on October 21st 2011.

I think all these birdbrains are in for a rude awaking on May 22, 2011 when they find themselves still here after they burned all their bridges on earth in the days of their acting like April fools.

Some of these loons will then probably think that they did not make the Rapture and think that they will reap God’s judgments until they find out that Harold Camping is also still here recalculating what he now claims cannot be wrong.… continue reading

Wishing all in Christ a joyful new decade but a Happy one is doubtful.

Its is hard to believe that 2011 is already upon us. It was not so long ago that futurist projections for the year 2000 had people working 20 hour work weeks, traveling in flying cars, and using moving sidewalks for mass transit in the cities.

Yet, here it is 2011 and the only reason why people are working 20 hour weeks is because they cannot find full time jobs. The flying cars have not got off the ground and if they ever did EPA would ground them in the name of junk science. Here is a BreakPoint: Chuck Colson’s worldviews often are befuddling

I almost could not believe my ears this morning when I heard Chuck Colson give one of his BreakPoint commentaries. Here is a man that claims to be a top authority on Christian worldviews. However, his Christian worldviews sometimes seem to be the worldviews of someone who is too accommodating to the enemies of the true gospel. This is the not the first time that Chuck Colson’s viewpoints have left me befuddled although generally I do agree with most of what he says on BreakPoint.

I have issues with what Colson has said before, especially on his very confused ecumenical theology, but his supporting Oprah Winfrey’s book club on his BreakPoint commentary just because Oprah’s book club has two good picks this month takes the cake.… continue reading

Christmas exuberance won’t get me to shuffle off to Buffalo even though all of my close relatives live there. I actually used to do that once in a while in the past, but that was in the days when I thought the Buffalo Bills could win at football. We get ever more wiser as we get older. Now Christmas in Arizona would be more up my alley, but I am not about to travel there either just to try to find more Christmas exuberance.

2 Ch 7:14: If My people read the context there would be less presumption

I have written on the misapplication of 2 Ch 7:14 before, but when I see a whole local Baptist conference trying to apply this verse to the Church in America I think it is the duty of those who know better to correct that false presumption.

Sometimes Christians will use a few words of scripture or a verse or even a passage to support a position but then if you check out their position against what the scripture actually says you see that either they never read the context or they do not have understanding of the passage. Fantasyland has progressed to become much of California

Fantasyland was once confined to Disneyland in California but it has now progressed to become much of California. People in California continually vote to do more harm to themselves. So, you have to believe that most of the people living there are out of touch with reality and the state has become suicidal.

California in many ways has become a schizophrenic “Hotel California”, little it does makes any logical sense. Can the air and water be blamed for the insanity that rages in California? I do not totally buy into the “fourth turning” time cycles although the four turnings spoken about in that book do seem to occur about once in a human lifespan. I as well, see a bitter winter coming to our nation and the world in the near future. I think we are about two years away from at least two decades of unparalleled world chaos.

The satanic supernatural Beast brings a strong delusion to unbelievers

I find it interesting that in Revelation the Greek word for the Beast Antichrist and the False prophet is that of a wild animal. The first time this Greek word appears in Revelation is after Satan is cast out of heaven with all his angels. The King James also calls the creatures around the throne beasts but a different Greek word is used and it simply means living creatures. But, the name given to the Antichrist and the False prophet depict that in God’s eyes they are viewed as wild animals.

I found out yesterday just how fast the web host will take down your blog if it is using a little two much of their resources. I ran a site map tool in order to create a site map to submit to Google. I ran it at the default settings which runs five threads at the same time. I guess it took about three hours to make the sitemap of my website. Sometime shortly thereafter my web host denied service to anyone who wanted to visit this blog.

I have mixed feelings on the leaks of classified and sensitive information that is now being displayed to the public. My first response was that this is treason and it is. But WikiLeaks did not commit treason. After all they really exist to expose secrets that traitors send to them. If they did not do it someone else world. The recent attacks from North Korea on South Korea seem designed to show its own military leaders that the son of Kim Il-sung has what it takes to succeed him and lead their country.

North Korea is really a military dictatorship. The military of North Korea is the all important to the Kim dynasty. Those in the military are taken care of first even if it means the rest of the nation starves. That might explain why North Korea has to keep up the tensions with South Korea. The Federal Reserve board of governors has made critical decisions that will determined the economic road that America will take to the next phase of this greater depression. Ben Bernanke of the Fed recently announced Quantitative easing two (Q2). In that process I deleted about 350 posts on this Blog and maybe 100 or so comments died went with them. There all still over 1000 posts on this blog and well over 5000 comments.
