George Orwell’s prophetic book “1984″ where big government controls everyone and everything has already arrived in Great Britain and China and if Americans continue to go down the road of the socialist control freaks now in power we are only trailing them by a few years. If the present trends in America continue we will have many phases of George Orwell’s 1984 world right here by 2014 and the whole world will be under total Big Brother control by 2024.

What was written in this book that was to come to pass in 1984 will come to pass forty years later. When people do nothing to hinder Big Brother control and even encourage it you can be certain that it will come in. Few are hindering big government today and many are pushing for more government control. The news today is filled with more and more power grabs by Big Brother government in order to manage and control our lives.

The prototype for world Big Brother is being developed in Great Britain because for some reason most men there have given up their role as men. Many men there should really be wearing skits. There is also a modern large city in China that is being built from the ground up for total government surveillance. That city is a prototype for modern Big Brother controlled cities of the future.

In Britain Big Brother now has cameras watching everyone. There is now one monitor for every 14 people in Britain and they are still installing them. Just the other day I read a report that 40,000 homes will be put under surveillance to monitor how parents are raising their children. It is not a volunteer program. I guess if Big Nanny thinks that you are not doing a good job with your children (perhaps your kids are too fat or not politically correct at school or perhaps they just talk about Jesus). then Government will just come in and set up their Big Nanny surveillance system in your house and then tell you what you must change if you want to keep your children.

Right now in Britain they encourage others to report their neighbors on every infraction of their loony and petty rules for living. They even have garbage bin snitches that check your garbage. The nation has become a nation of busybodies with everyone looking to find something wrong in the actions of everyone else.

Of course they do not try this where men are still men and that is why there is little enforcement in the Muslim sections. They only do this where they meet little resistance where people pay the civil fines imposed on them like the good girl scouts that they have become.

Don’t think it can’t happen here? It has already started. Already government is running the lives of almost everyone instead of the people of this nation running the government.

If the people of this nation allow them to do this they will soon tell you how much energy you can use,  what your kids will be taught, what medical procedures you will be allowed, what you can smoke, drink, and eat and even how many times a day you can flush your toilet.

The national governments of the world are now largely controlled by the world power broker elite that believe that the only hope for the world is management of everyone and everything. If you wonder why these progressive liberals try to stop all development of new natural resources it is because they believe it is not sustainable, they want less natural resources to be used in the world. This is no secret. It is called UN Agenda 21 “sustainable development”. All other agendas are now pushing toward that end. They think that they know how many people can be sustained on this planet and their idea of an ideal population is far less people than you might think. Billions of people are going to have to go if they get their way. They differ on how many people the world can sustain and how to reduce the population of useless eaters without getting their own heads cut off in the process, but make no mistake, they all want fewer people on the earth and fewer of the earth’s resource used. Here are some of the views of the global elite on population.

The US has been the big hold out because our people up to now would not put up with this. But now with the Liberal Obama administration they think they can ramrod this agenda down our throats through different liberal programs before the people can catch on. The end result if we allow it to happen will be much like what is now happening in Great Britain and China. Government will run everything and everyone even corporations. That my friends is called Fascism. That is what Agenda 21 and Big Brother world government really is. The surveillance programs are about government enforcement so they can have total control. Agenda 21 is also what the global warming legislation is about. The UN rights of the child is really to take control from parents and give it to government. The big push for tolerance is really communist group think. National health care is about people control. The government socialist programs that are planned are endless but it all leads to slavery. It becomes pure fascism when Big Brother and government controlled corporations control the people.

It all then becomes the Beast system of Revelation when the Antichrist of Bible prophecy takes over this world system of total control.

‘1984′: It’s here

George Orwell in his prophetic novel, “1984,” describe a dystopian future in which an all-powerful government watches its citizens night and day. A socio-political and omniscient Party rules the world in which Orwell’s characters live, and it is ever vigilant for signs of disloyalty, of dissent, among the subjugated populace. Any word or deed that can in any way be deemed an impropriety in the eyes of the stern, totalitarian government of Big Brother is an offense so serious that all citizens, including their own children, are encouraged to inform on the offender. Spying on and then reporting your own parents, ensuring that they will be hauled away into the night to be tortured, re-educated and then executed, is deemed a noble act, the most heroic thing a young child
of the Party can do.

Orwell’s dystopia was one in which technology played an extensive role in controlling the populace. For example, every citizen had in his home a telescreen, a mandatory, always-on television capable of monitoring his every move and recording his every word. “Behind Winston’s back the voice from the telescreen was still babbling away,” wrote Orwell of his novel’s protagonist, Winston Smith. “Any sound that Winston made, above the level of a very low whisper, would be picked up by it‘

“A new London Metropolitan Police anti-terrorism campaign,” the post reads, “is encouraging law-abiding citizens to look through each others’ bins to check for ’suspicious’ items such as chemical bottles, and to report any troubling findings to the police.” Troubling findings. Suspicious trash. Does anyone wish to place any wagers as to how many people will find themselves facing police interrogations based solely on their busybody neighbors’ unfounded hysteria?‘

When Obama’s transition website, Change.gov, can be retroactively scrubbed to remove all references to his confiscatory plans to disarm American citizens, Orwell’s prediction of a revisionist State has already come true. When Obama can go on record as saying that he supports single-payer socialist medicine, then baldly lie and say he doesn’t, Orwell’s vision of a dishonest and double-speaking State is reality. When Homeland Security declares that almost all conservatives and libertarians in the country are domestic terrorists, Orwell’s nightmare of a government making dissenters “unpersons” is only too real. When your pediatrician’s office wants to know if you own any guns, Orwell’s citizen spies are already poking through your trash and peeking in your windows.

When your president urges you to report to the government any citizens who dare to question his socialist schemes, asking you to send an e-mail to flag@whitehouse.gov, technology has ushered us into Orwell’s past future, and we have all become Winston Smith.

Things are getting pretty crazy out there to say the least so I think I will give you my world trends forecast for 2010-2020 AD. I think the next decade will be the most violent decade since the days of Noah. The only decade that will exceed it in violence will be decade of Jacob’s trouble. Here is a glimpse of some of the things I think we can expect. They are not in any time sequence and I probably will add more as I think of them:

• The world will not recover from the economic downturn and unemployment will stay high right into the next world war.
• There will be a world war early in this decade and there will be civil war in many places. The World War could start as the war of Psalm 83 or an attack on Iran. This war against radical Islam could also start over Pakistan. No matter how the war starts, at the peak of the war it will cover much of Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia. Radical Islam will be defeated but it will be a very costly and bloody war.
• India will take back Pakistan and whole cites could be lost to nuclear exchanges.
• There will be national drafts to fight the world war. The volunteer army concept will be dead.
• The whole world monetary system will have to be scrapped, the most advanced nations will be technically bankrupted because of debt. A  new world monetary system will be set up.  Most people will lose their investments.
• The word democracy may still be used but within a few years true democracies or republics will no longer exist.
• The Supreme Court of the U.S. will turn liberal and the Constitution will only mean what liberals want it to mean.
• The world will embrace the “third way” but the “third way” really is liberal fascism.
• After the world war against radical Islam a religious harlot will be given authorization to oversee all world religion. This religious harlot will claim to be the Universal World Church and have a many paths lead to God attitude. She will be tolerant and inclusive as long as others recognize that the Vatican harlot is the final religious authority speaking for God on earth. The harlot will advise the emerging world government on all religious issues.
• All fundamental religion that teach exclusive paths to God will be outlawed and those who promote it will be seen as a threat to world peace. The religious harlot will persecute all that will not submit to her authority on earth. Teaching on a coming savior, messiah figure or end time prophecy will be outlawed. Religious holy books will be sanitized and passages that might offend others will be taken out or changed.
• Many liberal post-modern Protestant churches will continue down the road of apostasy and join with the harlot.
• The true Church of Jesus Christ will have to go underground in most areas of the world and she will be at great risk.
• A nuclear EMP is very possible over the United States during the next decade and if it should happen it would bring massive civil unrest, riots and martial law.
• We can expect at least one natural pandemic in the world in the next decade but the real danger next decade will be from man made viruses. There will also be famine because of the world war.
• There will be successful terrorist attacks using weapons of mass destruction until after the world war.
• Due to the growing differences between liberals and conservatives certain states in the United States will secede and there might be civil war.  There certainly will be conflicts when police attempt to take away peoples guns.
• Toward the end of the decade all nations in North America will  join a new North American Union or face total isolation.
• Western Europe will emerge out of the world war against radical Islam as a western superpower. This will be a new union of nations, it will not include all the same nations as are in the EU today. The new union will be more on the boundary lines of  the old Roman Empire and the recently proposed Mediterranean Union.
• China, India and Japan will be well on their way to becoming nuclear superpowers.
• North Korea’s military will be obliterated and South Korea or China will take over  North Korea.
• Russia will dominate east Europe and northern Asia and form a block of nations almost on the same lines as the old USSR. Iran will make a defense agreement with the restored Russian superpower after the world war.
• Israel and most Arab states will join the Mediterranean Union after the war. This will bring a time of peace to the Middle East that will last until the Gog Magog war (Ezekiel chapters 38 and 39).
• Iraq will escape most of the world war and even profit from it and start the rebuilding of Babylon.
• Most of Africa will come under the control of the African Union of states.
• There will be a South American Union of states.
• Anything you say or write that is not politically correct and that offends someone else will subject you to hate speech laws and civil suits.
• There will be total surveillance of all electronic communications. The Internet will be policed and monitored. Talk radio and websites will have to be politically correct or they will be shut down.
• All main streets in cities will be under video surveillance. Geographical locations of homes and the names and identification numbers of occupants will just be two of the many layers on a massive Geographic Information System database that will be accessible to government and law enforcement.
• Homeschooling will be outlawed. Children will only be taught state approved programs. Parents that are not politically correct will be reported by their own children and parents will lose their children if they persist.
• All forms of sex  perversions will be called normal and protected. Addicting drugs will be taxed and legalized and addicts will be released from prison.
• There will be national health care but your access to certain health care will have to be pre-approved by bureaucrats following government guidelines.
• Energy prices will triple. Burning of firewood without obtaining an expensive permit will not be allowed. It will be enforced by sky police and by rewarding finks.
• There will be food and gas rationing almost all of next decade. Fuel will be very expensive and travel will be restricted.
• Foods that Big government Nanny says is unhealthy will be taxed out of existence. Obese people will be forced to lose weight or lose access to health care. Obese children will get parents charged with child abuse.
• Assisted suicide will be encouraged for terminal patients.
• There will be pay caps on all professions. The state will determine the most you can get paid.
• Taxes will take over half of the pay of professional productive people to pay for massive government.
• by the end of next decade the standard of living in the United States will be less than half of what it is today.
• In spite of what some are now teaching, the Lord will not physically return to earth during this period but the Rapture could occur (or  it may not).

What if Satan wanted to totally control the world through some future world ruler and knew a total surveillance system had to be operational by some future date, lets say Satan’s goal is to have it worldwide by 2030AD.

Satan knows that his world ruler will not be omnipresent, omnipotent or omniscient so this world ruler and his government will have to depend on a surveillance system that will watch, monitor and follow the movements of everyone on earth and also have access to all information databases in the world.

Satan is also quite aware that that countries such as the United States with its pain-in-the-butt Christians would not allow such intrusion in their lives so he knows the system could not be developed in most democratic states until he is permitted to bring events on the earth that will convince the majority to give up all their freedoms for the promise of security.

Satan also knows that without a prototype or pilot project that all the surveillance capabilities would not get developed nor the bugs worked out in time for the government of his appointed world ruler. So where would Satan want to develop this system? Obviously he knows that it would have to be developed in an increasingly high tech but totalitarian system where the demonic elite already control the people. He would also want to test the prototype in modern cities with high populations because if it worked there it will work anywhere.

The reality of the world today is that the ideal place on earth for development of this total surveillance prototype would be in China. Satan also fully knows that the greedy multinationals of the West will help China develop the system because they will sell their own soul for a buck.

Sounds like a George Orwell science fiction fantasy, you think? What if I told you that this prototype is almost fully developed and that the prototypes are now advanced enough to be exported to all nations on earth as soon as the people of the nations are willing to give up their freedom for security?

This is not Alex Jones conspiracy stuff. This total surveillance system is well documented fact. It will be increasingly exported all over the world and it will be in place worldwide for use of the Antichrist and his Beast world system probably somewhere around 2030AD.

China’s All-Seeing Eye : Rolling Stone

With the help of U.S. defense contractors, China is building the prototype for a high-tech police state. It is ready for export.

as China prepares to showcase its economic advances during the upcoming Olympics in Beijing, Shenzhen is once again serving as a laboratory, a testing ground for the next phase of this vast social experiment. Over the past two years, some 200,000 surveillance cameras have been installed throughout the city. Many are in public spaces, disguised as lampposts. The closed-circuit TV cameras will soon be connected to a single, nationwide network, an all-seeing system that will be capable of tracking and identifying anyone who comes within its range — a project driven in part by U.S. technology and investment. Over the next three years, Chinese security executives predict they will install as many as 2 million CCTVs in Shenzhen, which would make it the most watched city in the world. (Security-crazy London boasts only half a million surveillance cameras.)

The security cameras are just one part of a much broader high-tech surveillance and censorship program known in China as “Golden Shield.” The end goal is to use the latest people-tracking technology — thoughtfully supplied by American giants like IBM, Honeywell and General Electric — to create an airtight consumer cocoon: a place where Visa cards, Adidas sneakers, China Mobile cellphones, McDonald’s Happy Meals, Tsingtao beer and UPS delivery (to name just a few of the official sponsors of the Beijing Olympics) can be enjoyed under the unblinking eye of the state, without the threat of democracy breaking out. With political unrest on the rise across China, the government hopes to use the surveillance shield to identify and counteract dissent before it explodes into a mass movement like the one that grabbed the world’s attention at Tiananmen Square.

Remember how we’ve always been told that free markets and free people go hand in hand? That was a lie. It turns out that the most efficient delivery system for capitalism is actually a communist-style police state, fortressed with American “homeland security” technologies, pumped up with “war on terror” rhetoric. And the global corporations currently earning superprofits from this social experiment are unlikely to be content if the lucrative new market remains confined to cities such as Shenzhen. Like everything else assembled in China with American parts, Police State 2.0 is ready for export to a neighborhood near you.

Zhang opened the factory two and a half years ago, and his investment has already paid off tenfold. That kind of growth isn’t unusual in the field he has chosen: Zhang’s factory makes digital surveillance cameras, turning out 400,000 a year. Half of the cameras are shipped overseas, destined to peer from building ledges in London, Manhattan and Dubai as part of the global boom in “homeland security.” The other half stays in China, many right here in Shenzhen and in neighboring Guangzhou, another megacity of 12 million people. China’s market for surveillance cameras enjoyed revenues of $4.1 billion last year, a jump of 24 percent from 2006.

The workers at FSAN don’t just make surveillance cameras; they are constantly watched by them. While they work, the silent eyes of rotating lenses capture their every move. When they leave work and board buses, they are filmed again. When they walk to their dormitories, the streets are lined with what look like newly installed streetlamps, their white poles curving toward the sidewalk with black domes at the ends. Inside the domes are high-resolution cameras, the same kind the workers produce at FSAN. Some blocks have three or four, one every few yards. One Shenzhen-based company, China Security & Surveillance Technology, has developed software to enable the cameras to alert police when an unusual number of people begin to gather at any given location.

In 2006, the Chinese government mandated that all Internet cafes (as well as restaurants and other “entertainment” venues) install video cameras with direct feeds to their local police stations. Part of a wider surveillance project known as “Safe Cities,” the effort now encompasses 660 municipalities in China. It is the most ambitious new government program in the Pearl River Delta, and supplying it is one of the fastest-growing new markets in Shenzhen.

But the cameras that Zhang manufactures are only part of the massive experiment in population control that is under way here. “The big picture,” Zhang tells me in his office at the factory, “is integration.” That means linking cameras with other forms of surveillance: the Internet, phones, facial-recognition software and GPS monitoring.

This is how this Golden Shield will work: Chinese citizens will be watched around the clock through networked CCTV cameras and remote monitoring of computers. They will be listened to on their phone calls, monitored by digital voice-recognition technologies. Their Internet access will be aggressively limited through the country’s notorious system of online controls known as the “Great Firewall.” Their movements will be tracked through national ID cards with scannable computer chips and photos that are instantly uploaded to police databases and linked to their holder’s personal data. This is the most important element of all: linking all these tools together in a massive, searchable database of names, photos, residency information, work history and biometric data. When Golden Shield is finished, there will be a photo in those databases for every person in China: 1.3 billion faces.

Shenzhen is the place where the shield has received its most extensive fortifications — the place where all the spy toys are being hooked together and tested to see what they can do. “The central government eventually wants to have city-by-city surveillance, so they could just sit and monitor one city and its surveillance system as a whole,” Zhang says. “It’s all part of that bigger project. Once the tests are done and it’s proven, they will be spreading from the big province to the cities, even to the rural farmland.”

In fact, the rollout of the high-tech shield is already well under way.

When Tibet erupted in protests recently, the surveillance system was thrown into its first live test, with every supposedly liberating tool of the Information Age — cellphones, satellite television, the Internet — transformed into a method of repression and control. As soon as the protests gathered steam, China reinforced its Great Firewall, blocking its citizens from accessing dozens of foreign news outlets. In some parts of Tibet, Internet access was shut down altogether. Many people trying to phone friends and family found that their calls were blocked, and cellphones in Lhasa were blitzed with text messages from the police: “Severely battle any creation or any spreading of rumors that would upset or frighten people or cause social disorder or illegal criminal behavior that could damage social stability.”

During the first week of protests, foreign journalists who tried to get into Tibet were systematically turned back. But that didn’t mean that there were no cameras inside the besieged areas. Since early last year, activists in Lhasa have been reporting on the proliferation of black-domed cameras that look like streetlights — just like the ones I saw coming off the assembly line in Shenzhen. Tibetan monks complain that cameras — activated by motion sensors — have invaded their monasteries and prayer rooms.

During the Lhasa riots, police on the scene augmented the footage from the CCTVs with their own video cameras, choosing to film — rather than stop — the violence, which left 19 dead. The police then quickly cut together the surveillance shots that made the Tibetans look most vicious — beating Chinese bystanders, torching shops, ripping metal sheeting off banks — and created a kind of copumentary: Tibetans Gone Wild. These weren’t the celestial beings in flowing robes the Beastie Boys and Richard Gere had told us about. They were angry young men, wielding sticks and long knives. They looked ugly, brutal, tribal. On Chinese state TV, this footage played around the clock.

The police also used the surveillance footage to extract mug shots of the demonstrators and rioters. Photos of the 21 “most wanted” Tibetans, many taken from that distinctive “streetlamp” view of the domed cameras, were immediately circulated to all of China’s major news portals, which obediently posted them to help out with the manhunt. The Internet became the most powerful police tool. Within days, several of the men on the posters were in custody, along with hundreds of others.

In Guangzhou, an hour and a half by train from Shenzhen, Yao Ruoguang is preparing for a major test of his own. “It’s called the 10-million-faces test,” he tells me.

Yao is managing director of Pixel Solutions, a Chinese company that specializes in producing the new high-tech national ID cards, as well as selling facial-recognition software to businesses and government agencies. The test, the first phase of which is only weeks away, is being staged by the Ministry of Public Security in Beijing. The idea is to measure the effectiveness of face-recognition software in identifying police suspects. Participants will be given a series of photos, taken in a variety of situations. Their task will be to match the images to other photos of the same people in the government’s massive database. Several biometrics companies, including Yao’s, have been invited to compete. “We have to be able to match a face in a 10 million database in one second,” Yao tells me. “We are preparing for that now.”

The companies that score well will be first in line for lucrative government contracts to integrate face-recognition software into Golden Shield, using it to check for ID fraud and to discover the identities of suspects caught on surveillance cameras. Yao says the technology is almost there: “It will happen next year.”

When I meet Yao at his corporate headquarters, he is feeling confident about how his company will perform in the test. His secret weapon is that he will be using facial-recognition software purchased from L-1 Identity Solutions, a major U.S. defense contractor that produces passports and biometric security systems for the U.S. government.

In 2006, Yao tells me, “I made the first phone call and sent the first e-mail.” For a flat fee of $20,000, he gained access to the company’s proprietary software, allowing him to “build a lot of development software based on L-1’s technology.” Since then, L-1’s partnership with Yao has gone far beyond that token investment. Yao says it isn’t really his own company that is competing in the upcoming 10-million-faces test being staged by the Chinese government: “We’ll be involved on behalf of L-1 in China.” Yao adds that he communicates regularly with L1 and has visited the company’s research headquarters in New Jersey. (”Out the window you can see the Statue of Liberty. It’s such a historic place.”) L1 is watching his test preparations with great interest, Yao says. “It seemed that they were more excited than us when we tell them the results.”

L-1’s enthusiasm is hardly surprising: If Yao impresses the Ministry of Public Security with the company’s ability to identify criminals, L-1 will have cracked the largest potential market for biometrics in the world. But here’s the catch: As proud as Yao is to be L-1’s Chinese licensee, L-1 appears to be distinctly less proud of its association with Yao. On its Website and in its reports to investors, L-1 boasts of contracts and negotiations with governments from Panama and Saudi Arabia to Mexico and Turkey. China, however, is conspicuously absent. And though CEO Bob LaPenta makes reference to “some large international opportunities,” not once does he mention Pixel Solutions in Guangzhou.

After leaving a message with the company inquiring about L-1’s involvement in China’s homeland-security market, I get a call back from Doni Fordyce, vice president of corporate communications. She has consulted Joseph Atick, the company’s head of research. “We have nothing in China,” she tells me. “Nothing, absolutely nothing. We are uninvolved. We really don’t have any relationships at all.”

I tell Fordyce about Yao, the 10-million test, the money he paid for the software license. She’ll call me right back. When she does, 20 minutes later, it is with this news: “Absolutely, we’ve sold testing SDKs [software development kits] to Pixel Solutions and to others [in China] that may be entering a test.” Yao’s use of the technology, she said, is “within his license” purchased from L-1.

The company’s reticence to publicize its activities in China could have something to do with the fact that the relationship between Yao and L-1 may well be illegal under U.S. law.

You have probably never heard of L-1, but there is every chance that it has heard of you. Few companies have collected as much sensitive information about U.S. citizens and visitors to America as L-1: It boasts a database of 60 million records, and it “captures” more than a million new fingerprints every year. Here is a small sample of what the company does: produces passports and passport cards for American citizens; takes finger scans of visitors to the U.S. under the Department of Homeland Security’s massive U.S.-Visit program; equips U.S. soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan with “mobile iris and multimodal devices” so they can collect biometric data in the field; maintains the State Department’s “largest facial-recognition database system”; and produces driver’s licenses in Illinois, Montana and North Carolina. In addition, L-1 has an even more secretive intelligence unit called SpecTal. Asked by a Wall Street analyst to discuss, in “extremely general” terms, what the division was doing with contracts worth roughly $100 million, the company’s CEO would only say, “Stay tuned.”

It is L-1’s deep integration with multiple U.S. government agencies that makes its dealings in China so interesting: It isn’t just L-1 that is potentially helping the Chinese police to nab political dissidents, it’s U.S. taxpayers. The technology that Yao purchased for just a few thousand dollars is the result of Defense Department research grants and contracts going as far back as 1994, when a young academic named Joseph Atick (the research director Fordyce consulted on L-1’s China dealings) taught a computer at Rockefeller University to recognize his face.

Whatever the legality of L-1’s participation in Chinese surveillance, it is clear that U.S. companies are determined to break into the homeland-security market in China, which represents their biggest growth potential since 9/11. According to the congressional staff member, American companies and their lobbyists are applying “enormous pressure to open the floodgates.”

The crackdown in Tibet has set off a wave of righteous rallies and boycott calls. But it sidesteps the uncomfortable fact that much of China’s powerful surveillance state is already being built with U.S. and European technology. In February 2006, a congressional subcommittee held a hearing on “The Internet in China: A Tool for Freedom or Suppression?” Called on the carpet were Google (for building a special Chinese search engine that blocked sensitive material), Cisco (for supplying hardware for China’s Great Firewall), Microsoft (for taking down political blogs at the behest of Beijing) and Yahoo (for complying with requests to hand over e-mail-account information that led to the arrest and imprisonment of a high-profile Chinese journalist, as well as a dissident who had criticized corrupt officials in online discussion groups). The issue came up again during the recent Tibet uproar when it was discovered that both MSN and Yahoo had briefly put up the mug shots of the “most wanted” Tibetan protesters on their Chinese news portals.

As The New York Times recently reported, aiding and abetting Beijing has become an investment boom for U.S. companies. Honeywell is working with Chinese police to “set up an elaborate computer monitoring system to analyze feeds from indoor and outdoor cameras in one of Beijing’s most populated districts.” General Electric is providing Beijing police with a security system that controls “thousands of video cameras simultaneously, and automatically alerts them to suspicious or fast-moving objects, like people running.” IBM, meanwhile, is installing its “Smart Surveillance System” in the capital, another system for linking video cameras and scanning for trouble, while United Technologies is in Guangzhou, helping to customize a “2,000-camera network in a single large neighborhood, the first step toward a citywide network of 250,000 cameras to be installed before the Asian Games in 2010.” By next year, the Chinese internal-security market will be worth an estimated $33 billion — around the same amount Congress has allocated for reconstructing Iraq.

While U.S. companies are eager to break into China’s rapidly expanding market, every Chinese security firm I come across in the Pearl River Delta is hatching some kind of plan to break into the U.S. market. No one, however, is quite as eager as Aebell Electrical Technology, one of China’s top 10 security companies. Aebell has a contract to help secure the Olympic swimming stadium in Beijing and has installed more than 10,000 cameras in and around Guangzhou. Business has been growing by 100 percent a year. When I meet the company’s fidgety general manager, Zheng Sun Man, the first thing he tells me is “We are going public at the end of this year. On the Nasdaq.” It also becomes clear why he has chosen to speak with a foreign reporter: “Help, help, help!” he begs me. “Help us promote our products!”

One of the first people to sound the alarm on China’s upgraded police state was a British researcher named Greg Walton. In 2000, Walton was commissioned by the respected human-rights organization Rights & Democracy to investigate the ways in which Chinese security forces were harnessing the tools of the Information Age to curtail free speech and monitor political activists. The paper he produced was called “China’s Golden Shield: Corporations and the Development of Surveillance Technology in the People’s Republic of China.” It exposed how big-name tech companies like Nortel and Cisco were helping the Chinese government to construct “a gigantic online database with an all-encompassing surveillance network — incorporating speech and face recognition, closed-circuit television, smart cards, credit records and Internet surveillance technologies.”

When the paper was complete, Walton met with the institute’s staff to strategize about how to release his explosive findings. “We thought this information was going to shock the world,” he recalls. In the midst of their discussions, a colleague barged in and announced that a plane had hit the Twin Towers. The meeting continued, but they knew the context of their work had changed forever.

Walton’s paper did have an impact, but not the one he had hoped. The revelation that China was constructing a gigantic digital database capable of watching its citizens on the streets and online, listening to their phone calls and tracking their consumer purchases sparked neither shock nor outrage. Instead, Walton says, the paper was “mined for ideas” by the U.S. government, as well as by private companies hoping to grab a piece of the suddenly booming market in spy tools. For Walton, the most chilling moment came when the Defense Department tried to launch a system called Total Information Awareness to build what it called a “virtual, centralized grand database” that would create constantly updated electronic dossiers on every citizen, drawing on banking, credit-card, library and phone records, as well as footage from surveillance cameras. “It was clearly similar to what we were condemning China for,” Walton says. Among those aggressively vying to be part of this new security boom was Joseph Atick, now an executive at L-1. The name he chose for his plan to integrate facial-recognition software into a vast security network was uncomfortably close to the surveillance system being constructed in China: “Operation Noble Shield.”

Empowered by the Patriot Act, many of the big dreams hatched by men like Atick have already been put into practice at home. New York, Chicago and Washington, D.C., are all experimenting with linking surveillance cameras into a single citywide network. Police use of surveillance cameras at peaceful demonstrations is now routine, and the images collected can be mined for “face prints,” then cross-checked with ever-expanding photo databases. Although Total Information Awareness was scrapped after the plans became public, large pieces of the project continue, with private data-mining companies collecting unprecedented amounts of information about everything from Web browsing to car rentals, and selling it to the government

The Fourth Amendment prohibition against illegal search and seizure made it into the U.S. Constitution precisely because its drafters understood that the power to snoop is addictive. Even if we happen to trust in the good intentions of the snoopers, the nature of any government can change rapidly — which is why the Constitution places limits on the tools available to any regime. The global homeland-security business is now worth an estimated $200 billion — more than Hollywood and the music industry combined. Any sector of that size inevitably takes on its own momentum. New markets must be found — which, in the Big Brother business, means an endless procession of new enemies and new emergencies: crime, immigration, terrorism.

In Shenzhen one night, I have dinner with a U.S. business consultant named Stephen Herrington. Before he started lecturing at Chinese business schools, teaching students concepts like brand management, Herrington was a military-intelligence officer, ascending to the rank of lieutenant colonel. What he is seeing in the Pearl River Delta, he tells me, is scaring the hell out of him — and not for what it means to China.

“I can guarantee you that there are people in the Bush administration who are studying the use of surveillance technologies being developed here and have at least skeletal plans to implement them at home,” he says. “We can already see it in New York with CCTV cameras. Once you have the cameras in place, you have the infrastructure for a powerful tracking system. I’m worried about what this will mean if the U.S. government goes totalitarian and starts employing these technologies more than they are already. I’m worried about the threat this poses to American democracy.”

We have a proposed budget that funds every liberal program ever dreamed of in the name of “stimulus”. The government will now spend three times more than it takes in and create huge budget deficits that can only lead to hyperinflation or depression and a lower standard of living for everyone in the future.

Obama has lied to the people about stopping congressional earmarks.

Obama has announced a radical plan for cap-and-trade on CO2 that will soon double your energy bills and do absolutely nothing to improve the environment. It will also insure severe energy shortages by putting coal electric power plants out of business and eventually make energy rationing required. In the not too distant future you will probably have to obtain and buy a permit to even burn wood or have a barbecue. The cap-and-trade costs (taxes) will be passed on to you on everything you buy lowering your standard of living because everything will certainly cost you more. It is not going to be a hidden tax paid only by the rich it will be paid by everyone.

Obama in the area of Foreign policy

Obama has already snubbed the British our closest ally.

He is now alienating Israel and is encouraging those nations that mean us harm.

The U.S. now provides aid to Hamas terrorists.

The U.S. is kissing up to Communist tyrannical governments like China and North Korea.

Obama proposes a major cut in the defense budget while we are still fighting two wars. It is not going to go well with our troops and at the rate he is alienating our friends we will soon have no allies and will have to withdraw from the world.

He supports using the military to police the United States in domestic affairs.

Obama has surrounded himself with radicals and crooks that the Left press calls moderates. The people in charge of fixing the economy are the same people who caused the problems.

Steps to socialize medicine are underway in spite of what they tell you.

The Federal government is simply unconstitutional in many ways. Even the President and the Security of State are in their positions unconstitutionally and the cowardly courts do nothing.

If that is not enough there is much more to come.

Demoncrates will try to pass the UN rights of the child that will make your children wards of the world and just make parents caretakers that must follow the directives of the godless world social engineers.

They will appoint a liberal Supreme Court and pack districts courts with Liberals that will redefine the Constitution and legislate from the bench.

They will come up with some form of amnesty for illegals because they want their demoncrate vote.

They will try to stack the political deck and make it very difficult for the Republicans ever to be in power again.

The Obama administration will attempt to allow openly homosexual people in the military. This will have dire consequences on our military.

Many of your own pastors and other people you deal with will become government informers through the policies of Homeland Security.

They will pass gun control laws step by step. They will try to twist the second amendment to make people think the second amendment only guarantees access to guns for hunting when in reality the second amendment gives people the right to have guns as a check against tyrannical government and the lawless in society.

What is going on? What is their agenda?

The radicals running this nation really want the consumption of the U.S. to decline to the level of the rest of the world and they want our influence in the world to be proportionate to our population. They really want elitist controlled world government running the show.

The U.S. is only about 25 percent Liberals and probably only about 10 percent would support the radical socialism and fascism that these people intend to bring in. Most that support this philosophy are elite American hating bigots, environmental wackos, criminals, and people living off of free handouts from the government. Anyone caught with an alcoholic beverage, smoking, or eating what the government has forbidden, will be denied health care. Government control of health care will result in the most deadly tyranny imaginable. Of course, they are counting on the loyalty of the police to enforce it.

Marxism, Socialism and Fascism are not natural forms of governing. They can only exist by force. Both political philosophies require a Police State to survive. Police are used to oppress their own people who resist.

Community Oriented Policing is a communist inspired system. It is designed for the police to know everything about you. Your business is “their business,” all in the name of stopping crime. The core effort of this program requires that neighbor’s spy on each other, reporting unusual behavior to their “neighborhood policeman.” All that information is entered into a national database, so Big Brother knows all and sees all. Grants Pass Police already have Community Policing program in place.

Since the National I.D./drivers licenses can be lost, forged or stolen, Their next step will be to microchip people. The FDA is implementing a new law, requiring every domestic animal in the country to be micro-chipped. In Japan, parents are told to microchip their children, to prevent kidnapping. People today are considered a ‘human resource’ by government. The next step is to microchip every human being.

Every thing is already in place for martial law here in the United States. All we need is the right contrived crisis, whether it’s another “attack” on our soil, a health “crisis,” or a “managed” monetary collapse, martial law will be imposed. I almost fully agree with Hal Lindsey on this EMP issue. A couple of years ago I wrote that an EMP attack is the number one imminent danger to the United States. This danger has been reported to Congress by their own hand picked committee of experts. They reported to Congress that an EMP would send our nation back to the dark ages for months or even years. The link to that report is in my article. Guess what? Against the committee’s advice not one thing as yet been done to harden our electric and electronic infrastructure.

By the way, it is not just Iran that is a threat. North Korea can also attack us with an EMP. Not to mention that China and Russia have this technology and their capabilities are tried and tested. It is even not out of the question that it could be done by a terrorist group that got their hands on a few nukes and a few scud missiles. We also cannot rule out a massive solar flare on the sun. If one should occur like the one that occurred in the 1800’s our present economic downturn would be the least of our worries.

These people are not stupid so one wonders why they will not take any action to minimize this grave threat. It really is not that expensive to harden our critical infrastructure so I do not see cost being the issue. Can it be that some at the top levels of Western government are downplaying an EMP because they really want an EMP attack? I know that sounds a bit like the Jericho TV series, but what other sane explanation is there?

Why would some at the highest levels in the Western world order see a use for this? Because it would bring a break down of society and that would give them the excuse to use the military to take complete control of the Western world.  Where I disagree with Hal Lindsey is that he said, very few military weapons systems would survive.  Actually almost all of Western military hardware is hardened against an EMP. If the systems were not hardened they would be useless under conditions of nuclear warfare so even our Soviet era weapons are hardened against a nuclear pulse. So although a EMP could bring civilian infrastructure to a complete halt it would not significantly effect Western military capabilities at all.

So read up on this and think about the riots and disorder that would occur after an EMP over the United States and Europe. But perhaps the military will be coming on a big white horse to save the day and Western civilization. Sounds almost Apocalyptic huh? Well maybe it is – at least for Europe. This crises could bring the military leader riding on the white horse that will be the future Antichrist. It also could be the reason why the United States is not in bible prophecy. The Military here might have ran into resistance in certain states. They may have started a civil war.

EMP attack: Overlooked catastrophe

An EMP attack by Iran on Israel, the U.S. and EU would overnight send the most technically developed nations on earth back to the middle of the 19th century. All our electrical grids would be destroyed. There would be no communications by satellite, TV, radios, telephones; no transportation as we know it, no water, no fuel, no electricity, no food, no stoves, no heat, no air-conditioning, no functioning hospitals, no elevators, no law and order, no computers, no banks, very little work force. In addition, there would be very few military weapons systems that would work.

In the light of this, we should immediately begin to make back-ups for our most essential infrastructure systems. We should shield as many critical electrical systems as possible as fast as we can.

At the same time, we should do whatever is necessary to stop Iran from getting nuclear bombs. Expensive? Yes! But not nearly as expensive as it will be after an EMP attack. I believe that if we don’t do something immediately, that attack will come.

The conditions for huge trade imbalances with China really began under the Clinton administration. The problems needed to be dealt with early on but now that China holds much of our debt and is having its own economic crises and its leadership is threatened is not the time to corner this tiger. The response will be predictable. Did anyone in this administration learn anything about the causes of the last great depression? If nations try to solve this current crises through a retreat into protectionism we are heading for a huge world wide depression and wars. This is a prime example of why in a time of crises you do not put into power a man who has not shown any experience or any wisdom in his life.

We now see that the “yes we can” man picks for Treasury chief a tax cheat and he picks for Secretary of State an inexperience woman to head a bureaucratic staff that caused this trade imbalance problem to begin with. Now these global free trade “experts” think they will solve our economic crises by making the leaders of China who hold our dept lose face. What a joke!

Just two weeks into the new Presidency of Obama. He already broke his word about a moral administration when he picked two tax cheats for his Cabinet. His bipartisan promise has already failed with his stimulus plan and the attitude of vindictiveness and tyrannical control shown by the democrats running the House.

Obama is now kissing up to tyrants and terrorists that he should already have known would take it as a sign of weakness. By their recent rhetoric toward him that has proved to be true. His wrong headed direction in his dealing with Israel will only cause Israel to strike out on their own and further alienate them from the world. His policies on trials for terrorists like they were U.S. citizens will just embolden them. His polices in Afghanistan and Pakistan will turn into a much wider war. Now instead of “Bush’s war” the democrats will be bogged down in “Obama’s war” or even a world war. What goes around comes around.

Mexico is going to be a drug state on our border and Obama better address that problem with some wisdom (what wisdom?) His honeymoon with Castro and Chavez already seems to be falling apart. North Korea is on the brink of war with South Korea. What wisdom can he or Hillary bring to solve problems through agreements with a madman that Hillary’s husband started?

On the Military front Obama intends to cut funding ten percent so they can see defeat and also intends to allow homosexuals to flaunt their perversion to the pride of America so they can also destroy their moral and the all volunteer force.

On the home front through the FTC and local control boards he will try to stop talk radio and stop opposing voices. He will waste huge sums of money on programs to stimulate an economy by amassing huge debt that no one will finance. His energy and global warming polices will make energy unaffordable for most Americans and waste hundreds of billions of dollars. He will bring big socialist government and regulations controlling everyone and everything. Through taxation and regulation he will transfer wealth from the productive to the unproductive in our own nation. He will destroy any literal reading of our Constitution for a living constitution and appoint judges that will bend the nation to conform to their own liberal views. He will sign hate speech laws that will muzzle free expression and also muzzle Christianity.

He will fund killing babies with taxpayer money not just in the U.S. but in the world. He will transfer wealth from our nation to others nations of the world by signing UN global governance programs.

I could go on and on because the absurdness of Obama’s folly will have no end. Then when he destroys the nation and puts many in this nation in a position of rebellion and civil war the world power brokers will probably destroy Obama by releasing secret information that they have been covering up and he will become their sacrificial lamb. US-China currency war eclipses Davos, and threatens the world :: Ambrose Evans-Pritchard

Turning a corner in the labyrinthine corridors of the Davos nerve-centre, I ran smack into Chinese premier Wen Jiabao – followed by a regiment of retainers and senior offices in full regalia.

Mr Jiabao smiled at me benignly, but he is not in a good mood. Indeed, he is fuming over the remarks by US Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner that China was “manipulating” its currency to gain market share. Reports were circulating this afternoon in Davos that Mr Jiabao erupted into a tirade after lunch at the mere mention of Mr Geithner’s name.

Mr Geithner – the first US Treasury chief who can actually speak Chinese, and Japanese, nota bene – is clearly operating under instructions from President Barack Obama. If his resolve fails, Hillary Clinton is there at Foggy Bottom (State Department) to renew the broadside against Beijing – at least judging by her Sinophobe reflexes in the campaign.

This has the makings of an almighty superpower bust-up. It is fast becoming the theme of Davos 2009. It may soon be the burning issue of our times. We will all learn how to pronounce Renminbi.

Mr Geithner is playing with fire. Beijing has amassed reserves of $1.9 trillion. From what we know, most of this money is held in the form of US Treasuries and other bonds. Creditors exercise power. Don’t be fooled by claims that China could not deploy this weapon without damaging its own interests. All kinds of things can and do happen when tempers flare, and they were flaring today.

The IMF’s chief economist Olivier Blanchard said it was unwise to “obsess” over the exchange rate in this fragile climate. “It is probably not the right time to focus on the Chinese exchange rate, given that it is not a central element of the world crisis. There are many other things we should be thinking about. It is an item on the list, but it is not at the top of the list.”

Stephen Roach, head of Morgan Stanley Asia, offered a harsher verdict, calling it pure folly to pick a fight with Beijing. “The Chinese economy most likely contracted in final quarter of 2008 and most likely in this quarter too. China has hit a wall,” he said.

“A country that is contracting doesn’t take kindly to its major trading partners saying you have to increase the value of its currency. What they are being told to do is tantamount to economic suicide,” he said.

Mr Jiabao said it was “imperative that China and the US step up their co-operation”. He pleaded with the West not to retreat into protectionism. Washington – and above all Capitol Hill — would be well advised to listen.

They malign the U.S. sovereignty and liberties enshrined in the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence as obstacles to global peace.

The soldiers of this world-government ideology and the agents of the United Nations are the non-governmental organizations (NGO’s), accountable to no one but whose aim is to supplant national sovereignty with U.N. programs. Over 3,000 NGO’s take over where governments fall short. They have increasingly monopolized international meetings, rejected democracies and free market systems while pushing environmentalism, multiculturalism, wealth redistribution and nuclear disarmament. They have tried to shift the focus of world attention to humanitarian needs over national security concerns. But their real agenda of opposing the West is revealed by their attacks on Western militaries and their silence on de facto terrorist groups that provide terrorist training to children and indoctrinate them to hate.

The United States is at a critical juncture in its history faced with threats from international Marxists, an internal socialist movement and global jihadists. Once any of these elements achieves significant positions of power within the United States, they will proceed with their plans to destroy Western civilization. Our freedom, sovereignty and way of life could be extinguished by any of these forces that are acting against our democratic republic. I list here two articles by two astute Christian teachers that also voice my concerns about America. We are at a turning point in America but we are turning toward a philosophy that we fought against during the entire cold war period – Marxist socialism.

In Jan’s article Joe Farah asked, were you polled on the recent huge leap into socialism when the government purchased banks with taxpayer money? The answer is yes and no.

It is yes because you were polled when you elected your Liberal leftist representatives to Washington. The American people can only blame themselves for the Congress they have and the pseudo Conservative President in office.

The answer is also no because when your representatives sold this bill to the American people they said it was going to be used to buy debt instead they gave Treasury Secretary Paulson dictatorial powers. He did not use the money to buy debt as he said, he used it to buy major interests in banks and the banks were given no choice. That is socialism and the power he was given and the action he took is not constitutional.

Of course the people still do have a recourse they do not need to reelect the people that voted for this bill but all indicators say that they will. I also want you to be aware that both presidential contenders voted for this bill. Not only that, from what the polls say America is about to vote in a Marxist leaning socialist to the office of President.

If that is not bazaar enough, America is also likely to give this socialist President a super-majority in the Congress so he can enact anything he wants with no viable opposition or fear of impeachment. The last two times there was a super-majority the nation took great leaps toward socialism that put us in the debt that we are now in. Now it looks like we are about to take the final leap that will make America as Far Left as Venezuela and put this nation on a completely different path than the path our nation has been on for 230 years.

Some people say the USSR lost the cold war and Communism was defeated but actually it now appears that we are becoming them. We are now on the same path that they took and we will suffer a similar fate – socialism and bankruptcy.

Nobody wants to call a small group of elite controlling the commoners Communists anymore but that is what they are. Either call the government they propose Communism or call it socialist fascism. There is little difference in the real world.

It seems the whole world is now under the influence of fascism. Russia is fascist, The EU in becoming fascist, China is fascist, Islamic nations are fascist, Now under big government socialism we also will become fascist. Soon other regional alliances in the world also will be under socialistic fascism.

The only world government the power elite want is one where they can totally control everything people do. The world is rejoicing about Obama because we were the last major hold out preventing the elitist socialist fascist New World Order.

The real question all Americans should be asking themselves is why are we allowing it to happen here? The world socialism plan is anti-Christian, anti-constitutional, anti-life, anti-liberty, and it is anti the pursuit of individual happiness?

Through subversive brainwashing America has become two nations. One nations wants the America we had for 230 years destroyed and replaced with a socialist collective ant farm run by queens. There has been a great deal of concern over the possibility of Barack Obama winning the White House in the November 4th election. In the past few weeks, I’ve received dozens of emails from people frustrated over how one of the most liberal senators is getting a free ride to the White House.

There has been very little media coverage of what could prove to be a far more dangerous political development. Polls indicate that the Democrats have a good chance of expanding their congressional majorities past the point of having a filibuster-proof Senate.

“This would be one of the most profound political and ideological shifts in U.S. history. Liberals would dominate the entire government in a way they haven’t since 1965, or 1933. In other words, the election would mark the restoration of the activist government that fell out of public favor in the 1970s. If the U.S. really is entering a period of unchecked left-wing ascendancy, Americans at least ought to understand what they will be getting, especially with the media cheering it all on” (Wall Street Journal, 17 Oct. 2008).

During both previous times when there was a super-majority, it was possible to rewrite the rules at will. Franklin Delano Roosevelt gave us the New Deal and Lyndon Johnson created the Great Society–just fancy words for socialism.

The Democratic party of today is far more liberal than it was during any previous super-majority.

Fascism does not come from the Right like you were taught by socialists. It comes from the socialist Far Left. Those of you who plan to vote for Obama are actually voting in fascism. You will have a nation where all three branches of the government, media, the educational systems, and corporations will be controlled by Far Left socialist fascists. The checks and balances designed in our Constitution will essentially be nullified by a nation controlled by the Far Left.

What happened in Missouri and other places in this election campaign will pale before what will happen when they actually have total control. Intimidation will prevail from schools to factories to churches and will be enforced by their army of thought police.

Obama does not talk about a civilian force more powerful then the military for nothing. This is right out of the socialist fascist playbook. We saw it in Germany under Hitler, in the USSR under Stalin, in China under Mao, and now the brown shirts are re-emerging as a force under Putin. Fascism is still alive and well in China, North Korea, Iran, in Islamic controlled nations and it is now emerging in parts of South America and Africa. Even the EU is attempting a back door path to elitist run fascism. The plans of the UN for a world government is also basically fascism.

So where will all this lead? As the world economic situation deteriorates and nations destabilize it will lead to fascist regional governments and a fascist world government that will be given power to dictate to all nation states. Fascism did not die in the 1940’s it just disguised itself and now its supporters calls themselves liberals or progressives or environmentalists attempting to save the world. Then then call national constitutionalists fascists as part of a disinformation campaign or because many of them are complete ignorant of the fact that it is they that are promoting fascism. But make no mistake, if you allow a complete Far Left takeover of the American government by voting for Obama’s socialism and for more government and more government control with bail-outs and takeovers and government partnerships with corporations you will be voting for socialistic fascism. What is fascism?

It is a thoroughly socialist ideology that feeds on class warfare and sustains itself on authoritarianism or even totalitarianism, central economic planning, subsidies of favored “private” businesses and something we’re seeing more and more of in the United States today – so-called “public-private partnerships.”

One thing very important to understand – fascism is not a right-wing ideology; it is a left-wing ideology. It always has been and always will be. It is about statism, not individualism.

Throughout history, it has often been characterized as a “third way” between capitalism and communism. Now who have you heard use that term in contemporary company? It is a popular euphemism for fascism employed today by the likes of Bill and Hillary Clinton and Barack Hussein Obama.

The big bailout of the mortgage industry is an excellent illustration of a fascist economic concept. It’s about utilitarianism, not principal – pragmatism, not morality.

Another characteristic of fascism is intimidation, coercion, bullying tactics and a self-righteousness that leads its followers to believe the rules simply don’t apply to them. The end justifies the means. People working on behalf of the cause are to be excused from accountability for any excesses. In fact, they would find it hard to believe they could ever commit excesses.

We got a whiff of this kind of fascism in Missouri last week when Obama partisans in various law-enforcement capacities pledged publicly to use their official police powers to go after anyone they believed to be unfairly portraying their candidate in political advertising.

In other words, they decided to throw the First Amendment out the window.

It was and is an amazing story, really. Take it from someone who tracks amazing stories for a living. This one took my breath away. I implore you to watch the local television news report that first brought this story to my attention.

This, my friends, is the way fascism works. This is the way it creeps into our lives. Acceptance of this kind of police-state tactic leaves us but an election or crisis away from descent into the netherworld of political barbarism. The brown shirts are at the door, once again.

On the domestic front the author of this article should also have mentioned the amnesty no win program, terrorism, a run on the dollar, hyper inflation, high unemployment, riots, energy shortages, rationing, a draft, perhaps an EMP attack, thought police and maybe a police state. It is highly probable that that moment, the very hour that he takes office, will be the high point of his presidency. Whoever wins on November 4 will be ascending to the job at one of the most difficult times for an American chief executive in at least half a century.

At some point reality will bite hard and politicians will discover that they simply cannot go on funding two wars, cutting taxes, creating vast new government health and pension programmes and doing the other essential things that the Federal Government does

The US is now indisputably entering the darkest phase of a period that will not only produce real hardship, but could send further shocks through financial markets and cause deeper fiscal damage.

Then there is energy policy. Weaning America off its oil addiction might actually need to be a policy rather than a slogan in the next four years; but that will place new burdens on the budget and require sacrifices difficult to make in good times, let alone in economically distressed ones.

The next president has only to complete the process of transition in Iraq, win the war in Afghanistan, face down a resurgent Russia, continue to keep its foot on the throat of stateless Islamist terrorism, stop Iran from going nuclear and figure out what to do about the challenge from China – the most serious threat to US global hegemony since America became top nation.

Oh, and I didn’t mention Pakistan. Conversations this week with advisers to both campaigns suggest that both now see Pakistan – especially after last week’s terrorist attack in Islamabad – as perhaps the most intractable and serious challenge of all in the next few years: they candidly admit that no one has much of a clue what to do about it.

It would seem rather bazaar that there would be no emergency action plan in place to deal with the aftermath of an EMP attack on the U.S. It poses the greatest immediate and near future danger to the survival of the U.S. other than an all out nuclear attack by Russia or China.

Both Russia and China have hinted at using an EMP against the United States and definitely have the capability. We also know from the missile tests of Iran and N. Korea that they could have that capability soon, not to mention that terrorists could obtain the capability on their own if they have or acquire a nuclear bomb. So why is there no public plan in place when both Congress and the military clearly know of this EMP threat?

There may be an explanation. Perhaps there are plans in place but they are Top Secret Emergency Actions plans. Such plans would be found among the top secret plans of a nuclear attack against the United States from a foreign power.

Your not going to find these types of top secret military plans in the Department of Homeland Security’s Public Emergency Plan booklet. Most in Homeland Security would not even know of these plans because they do not have the required security clearance. Even the few that do know of them are not going to share top secret information with local governments and the public. There is quite a bit of classified information that the government does not make known to the public for good reason.

I think I can tell you the crux of EMP Emergency Action Plan in one sentence. The problem would be so devastating and so widespread that there would be the suspension of the Constitution, complete military marshal law, and government control over everyone and everything. The same as it would be after a massive nuclear attack on the U.S. by Russia or China. I believe the government already has these plans in place and if an EMP would occur they would implement them.

U.S. still naked to EMP threat

Electricity grids down, uncontrolled fires from exploding gas transport systems, no communication to call for help, no water to battle fires: It’s all part of a catastrophic scenario some scientists predict could happen under an electromagnetic pulse attack – and the Department of Homeland Security’s 83-page emergency plan includes no mention of EMP or how it might respond to such an attack.

When WND contacted the Department of Homeland Security, a representative explained why a course of action was not included in the National Emergency Communications Plan – a strategy that relies heavily on the ability of authorities at all levels of government to communicate using radios, computers and other electronic devices that could be disabled by an EMP attack.

“When we look at the strategic threat picture, when we look at patterns of criminal activity that all levels of government show, when we look at what is ultimately going to involve limited resources, we have to get to a point where we prioritize,” DHS spokesman Russ Knocke said. “We prioritize based upon threat vulnerability and consequence. As we speak today, there’s nothing in the threat picture that would suggest an imminent EMP attack.”

However, Congress has expressed concern regarding the threat of EMP. A top scientist warned the House Armed Services Committee in July that America remains vulnerable to a “catastrophe” from a nuclear electromagnetic pulse attack that could be launched with plausible deniability by hostile rogue nations or terrorists.

William R. Graham, chairman of the Commission to Assess the Threat to the United States from Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) Attack and the former national science adviser to President Reagan, testified before the committee and issued an alarming report on “one of a small number of threats that can hold our society at risk of catastrophic consequences.”

He identified vulnerabilities in the nation’s critical infrastructures, “which are essential to both our civilian and military capabilities.”

Not taking the steps necessary to reduce the threat in the next three to five years “can both invite and reward attack,” Graham told the committee.

Democracy is not in the future of the world. People always demand a king. God wanted ancient Israel to have a representational republic with the leaders following Him through the words of His prophets but the people said give us a King. Nothing has changed. All the nations will demand their king and reap the consequences. The vast majority of the population of the world today is not ruled by a republic or a democracy and those people who think they are in a democracy are usually living under a great illusion. The whole world will soon choose a king the book of Revelation calls him the Beast.

Democracy – a flickering star?

In a survey of 24 countries by Pew Research Center, the nation that emerged as far and away first on Earth in the satisfaction of its people was China. No other nation even came close.

“Eighty-six percent of Chinese people surveyed said they were content with the country’s direction, up from 48 percent in 2002. … And 82 percent of Chinese were satisfied with their national economy, up from 52 percent,” said the Times.

Yet, China has a regime that punishes dissent, severely restricts freedom, persecutes Christians and all faiths that call for worship of a God higher than the state, brutally represses Tibetans and Uighurs, swamps their native lands with Han Chinese to bury their cultures and threatens Taiwan.

China is also a country where Maoist ideology has been replaced by a racial chauvinism and raw nationalism reminiscent of Italy and Germany in the 1930s. Yet, again, over 80 percent of all Chinese are content or even happy with the direction of the country. Two-thirds say the government is doing a good job in dealing with the issues of greatest concern to them.

And what nation is it whose people rank as third most satisfied?

Vladimir Putin’s Russia.

Moscow is today more nationalistic, less democratic and more confrontational toward the West than it has been since before the fall of communism. Power is being consolidated, former Soviet republics are hearing dictatorial growls from Moscow, and a chill reminiscent of the Cold War is in the air.

Contrast, if you will, the contentment of Chinese and Russians with the dissatisfaction of Americans, only 23 percent of whom told the Pew poll they approved of the nation’s direction. Only one in five Americans said they were satisfied with the U.S. economy.

Other polls have found 82 percent of Americans saying the country is headed in the wrong direction, only 28 percent approving of President Bush’s performance and only half that saying they approve of the Congress. In Britain, France and Germany, only three in 10 expressed satisfaction with the direction of the nation.

Liberal democracy is in a bear market. Is it a systemic crisis, as well?

This article on the dangers and effects of an EMP is quite informative. I wrote on this issue a few time already but I think we had all better become more aware of this danger.

A EMP attack is probably the prime event that could eliminate the U.S. from being a factor in end time Bible prophecy. When you read the below article take note that Dr. Graham thinks a EMP could reduce the population of the U.S. to about 30 million people. Dr. Graham is not a crackpot he is the foremost expert on EMP’s. He knows what he is talking about. The EMP will not kill anyone directly but it will make all our critical infrastructure systems fail without any hope of a recovery for months or years. We simply could not support most of our population and people would be dying in days.

This is not idol speculation. This danger is well known by our military and our government but congress just cannot seem to do what is right to protect America.

This article indicates that Iran is preparing for an EMP attack against America and if they had such a capability does anyone doubt that they would use it? For this reason alone we must NEVER allow Iran to ever build nuclear weapons. Some may say they would not dare launch an EMP against the U.S. because it would be the end of them. Well maybe that would be true if you were dealing with sane people. These people think that the Maudi would come and fight for them. Iran could also give a nuke to terrorists and it could be launched from a freighter. So then do we nuke Iran without proof that they were even behind it? So Iran must NEVER be allowed to develop nuclear weapons. Some people say they would not be a threat to our nation but these people are not seeing the EMP picture. An EMP could bring the end of this nation.

We also could be done in by a single EMP weapon from China, Russia, or even North Korea. China and Russia have both reminded us of that possibility within the last decade. There are other dangers as well such as Pakistan and non state sponsored terrorist organizations.

I do have to disagree somewhat as to what is the defense against an EMP. This article only talks about a missile shield. An anti missile might intercept a missile fired from another state but it is not likely to intercept a missile from a ship near our coast. It also should be obvious that no state is going to launch an EMP attack on the U.S. and then announce that they did it. So, even if Russia or China were to launch a single missile or two fired from a sub or a surface vessel they will promptly destroy the evidence before we could determine who was behind the attack. So then do we attack everyone with a EMP capability?

Besides stopping unstable nations from getting nuclear weapons material the single most important thing we can do to protect ourselves from an EMP attack is to harden all our critical infrastructure from the effects of an EMP. It would not cost that much to do. It is simply putting a metal shield around electronic and electrical devices as they are being built. It could be largely accomplished in 5 to 10 years if we started now. However, this EMP threat has been known for decades. After the 9/11 attack Congress commissioned experts to report on the EMP threat and that report was given to them four years ago but nothing since has been done. The report reads much like this article but it goes into much more detail.

So with that in mind I would say we can expect an EMP anytime within the next decade and I would say we will still be completely vulnerable to an EMP attack because our government is irrational and it is not likely that they will take the action necessary to make our infrastructures survivable.

I will also say that this is most likely the way that America will be eliminated from end time prophetic events. That might be a bleak announcement but the probability of an EMP happening and causing the destruction of our population is more likely than not. Especially now that the U.S. government and most people in this nation are denying the God that made the U.S. prosper and endorsing debauchery.

“They’ve got [test] ranges in Iran which are more than long enough to handle Scud launches and even Shahab-3 launches,” Dr. Graham said. “Why would they be launching from the surface of the Caspian Sea? They obviously have not explained that to us.”

Another troubling group of tests involved Shahab-3 launches where the Iranians “detonated the warhead near apogee, not over the target area where the thing would eventually land, but at altitude,” Graham said. “Why would they do that?”

Graham chairs the Commission to Assess the Threat to the United States from Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) Attack, a blue-ribbon panel established by Congress in 2001.

The commission examined the Iranian tests “and without too much effort connected the dots,” even though the U.S. intelligence community previously had failed to do so, Graham said.

“The only plausible explanation we can find is that the Iranians are figuring out how to launch a missile from a ship and get it up to altitude and then detonate it,” he said. “And that’s exactly what you would do if you had a nuclear weapon on a Scud or a Shahab-3 or other missile, and you wanted to explode it over the United States.”

The commission warned in a report issued in April that the United States was at risk of a sneak nuclear attack by a rogue nation or a terrorist group designed to take out our nation’s critical infrastructure.

“If even a crude nuclear weapon were detonated anywhere between 40 kilometers to 400 kilometers above the earth, in a split-second it would generate an electro-magnetic pulse [EMP] that would cripple military and civilian communications, power, transportation, water, food, and other infrastructure,” the report warned.

Within a week or two of the attack, people would start dying, Graham says.

“People in hospitals would be dying faster than that, because they depend on power to stay alive. But then it would go to water, food, civil authority, emergency services. And we would end up with a country with many, many people not surviving the event.”

Asked just how many Americans would die if Iran were to launch the EMP attack it appears to be preparing, Graham gave a chilling reply.

“You have to go back into the 1800s to look at the size of population” that could survive in a nation deprived of mechanized agriculture, transportation, power, water, and communication.

“I’d have to say that 70 to 90 percent of the population would not be sustainable after this kind of attack,” he said.

America would be reduced to a core of around 30 million people

Rep. Trent Franks, R, Ariz., plans to introduce legislation next week that would require the Pentagon to lay the groundwork for an eventual military strike against Iran, to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons and EMP capability.

“An EMP attack on America would send us back to the horse and buggy era — without the horse and buggy,” he told the Claremont Institute conference on Saturday. “If you’re a terrorist, this is your ultimate goal, your ultimate asymmetric weapon.”

Noting Iran’s recent sea-launched and mid-flight warhead detonation tests, Rep. Franks concluded, “They could do it — either directly or anonymously by putting some freighter out there on the ocean.”

I have been saying that the male female imbalance in China, India and other Far East countries will make up much of the 200 million man army mentioned by Revelation that is prepared for a hour, day, a month, and a year to destroy one third of men on the earth. That army is this one and it will peak in about 25 years.

I say that because the first men of this surplus were born thirty years ago so they will be over 55 and become to old for the army by 2033. China also plans to stop this sex-selection imbalance by 2010. So the surplus male babies will be old enough for this army after 2025. So somewhere between 2025 and 2033 I expect this prophetic war but I also expect it to be when the surplus of men of fighting age peaks. So this means it will probably be closer to 2030-2033.

Also remember they come toward the end of the tribulation so just on this one prophetic event alone it looks like we have only about 15 years until the start of the seventy week of Daniel. I am one of the few that suspects the first seals and the rapture occur a few years before the seventy week because I think the Jews will fulfill it and that it actually starts with the sealing of the 144,000 Jews for their end time commission to preach the gospel of the coming kingdom as a witness. Then the end will come.

All other world trends that I document on my website link above points to the same time period. So expect the next decade to set the stage for all the events of the 70th week of Daniel that will be actually fulfilled in the 2022-2033 period. With that in mind time is getting very short because the rapture, the ride of the four horsemen, the coming persecution at the fifth seal could actually start in a decade.

Look at the world today in any direction that it is heading and you should see these things cannot go on!

China’s coercive one-child policy has resulted in sex-selection abortions of some 40 million baby girls and leads to about 70,000 children being sold every year, reveals a new undercover documentary to be shown on HBO next Monday.

“China’s Stolen Children,” narrated by Ben Kingsley, was made by filmmakers posing as tourists and tells of the after-effects of the country’s strict population-control limit of one child per couple through the personal stories of several families.

Headed into its 30th year, the one-child policy is characterized as “the world’s largest experiment in social engineering.” It focuses on the plight of children sold out of fear of government punishment or stolen because of the nation’s unnatural shortage of offspring.

Because of the Chinese government’s obsession with being accepted as a member of the community of civilized nations, Beijing is portrayed as more interested in covering up the epidemic of child theft than in addressing the problem.

The government is already setting up informant networks that may enforce government tyranny. It all starts with the best of intentions but that is not the way it ends up. Soon your nation has become like Hitler’s Germany or Stalin’s USSR. Where a small percent of informers are paid to keep watch on everyone else. Then the social engineers pass hate speech laws and the informers report people who espouse extremist beliefs like the second coming of Jesus Christ. They will become subversives, and all who quote certain parts of the Bible will become hate speech criminals. It is happening in China and North Korea. Think it can’t happen here? Hundreds of police, firefighters, paramedics and utility workers have been trained and recently dispatched as “Terrorism Liaison Officers” in Colorado, Arizona and California to watch for “suspicious activity” which is later fed into a secret government database.

According to a Denver Post report, “It’s a tactic intended to feed better data into terrorism early-warning systems and uncover intelligence that could help fight anti-U.S. forces. But the vague nature of the TLOs’ mission, and their focus on reporting both legal and illegal activity, has generated objections from privacy advocates and civil libertarians.

“Suspicious activity” is broadly defined in TLO training as behavior that could lead to terrorism: taking photos of no apparent aesthetic value, making measurements or notes, espousing extremist beliefs or conversing in code, according to a draft Department of Justice/Major Cities Chiefs Association document.”

“We don’t snoop into private citizens’ lives. We aren’t living in a communist state,” claims Lt. Tony Lopez, commander of Denver’s intelligence unit – but the program bears close parallels to the East German Stasi system, which at its height employed one informant for every seven citizens.

Since authorities now define mundane activities like buying baby formula, beer, wearing Levi jeans, carrying identifying documents like a drivers license and traveling with women or children or mentioning the U.S. constitution as the behavior of potential terrorists, the bounty for the American Stasi to turn in political dissidents is sure to be too tempting to resist.

As any budding dictator will tell you, the creation of an informant society where individuals self-regulate their behavior in fear of being turned in by a citizen spy is one of the key stepping stones to tyranny. To have the media celebrate the fact that people are reporting on their neighbors and grandchildren puts the icing on the cake.
