Supreme Court rules lawless federal government can tax liberty

It should be clear that the U. S. Supreme Court no longer makes decisions based on the interpretation of our Constitution. They make decisions based on their feelings instead of law. Almost all court decisions now break down according to the judge’s ideology and not on any honest interpretation of the Constitution.

The Executive Branch and the Democrat controlled Congress at the time the health bill was passed denied that this Health Care mandate in the bill, was a tax. Memorial day is a day of remembrance for those fallen in battle in the service of this nation. It is also a good time to give a national warning to those that think freedom is free. I do not want to promote disbanding the United States of America, nevertheless the increasing division within this union of states probably makes some sort of disbanding in the near future quite inevitable. Most think it can’t happen here but historically all powerful empires ended. Even in recent times, few expected the huge USSR to disband, but it did.

Today there are two major ideologies fighting for control in the United States and neither can tolerate the other. The newer ideology or worldview is mostly based on Marxist or Fabian socialism with its practical atheism and humanistic collectivism. The foundations are lain for a police state in America.

Whether you know it or not, all the pieces are now in place for a police state in America. Some of it is already implemented and the rest is just waiting the command.

Obama has now signed the National Defense Authorization Act and it was Obama that insisted that it included the right for the military to incarcerate Americans without charge or legal recourse. The military can now hold American citizens for unlimited time in America without any charges being brought against them. I see no difference between this and what tyrannical nations do under a military dictatorship.

Some Conservatives and Bible believing Christians in America think that they can just elect someone and make America back into the basically Christian Constitutional Republic that it once was. Afro-Americans that refuse racism show whites their own integrity

As a youth growing up in the 1950’s and 1960’s in a blue collar neighborhood on the east side of Buffalo N.Y., that was turning increasingly Afro-American, I know first hand what racism is. I grew up in racism and it was abundantly coming from both sides.

Blacks were not a big problem in the high school that I went to. My big difficultly with blacks in those days was not in school it was walking to and from school. I walked three miles through a black section of Buffalo to get to school and to get home. I have been saying ever since the green shoots statements that there is not going to be any real recovery under this administration. The last economic news is pretty bleak. Official unemployment from the government is back up to 9.1 percent and real unemployment is double what they report. I read where the average production non supervisory wages are less than $9 an hour in this country. Try supporting your family on that and those are the people who are working.
