I have been a supporter of President Donald Trump and still am. He has been saying the right things but getting them done is starting to look less likely. Whatever Trump actually accomplishes in office, I think Trump will be fulfilling at least one prophetic appointment with destiny.
The Clinton alternative by now may have led us into a world war and a civil war. Even so, I think that many conservative Christians are putting all their hopes in one flawed man instead of actually trying to do something to change things. Things are not going as well in America as many Evangelicals want to believe. I have no doubt that Trump is an American patriot, but that does not mean he makes all good decisions or that he will take action to reverse America’s slide into immorality.
The people President Trump picks to lead with him have been part of the problem. They often seem to be working against the conservative and freedom movement agenda. One cannot blame anyone but Trump when his top choices continually turn out to be swamp rats. Trump talks like a freedom movement patriot, but his top leadership positions are often filled with swamp rats who continue to advance the deep state leftist agenda.
Lets take a closer at some of the “great accomplishments” of Trump that some think will America great again:
The economic recovery is a very short-term solution, it was done with mostly tax cuts and borrowed money. More people are employed, but our nation is going much further in debt. The national debt has gone up $2 trillion since President Trump took office. President Trump himself projects a trillion-dollar deficit for at least another decade. That means we are locked into a national debt of $35 trillion even if there are no more wars or downturns. However, there will be. Paying the interest on that kind of debt and running government cannot both happen without a lot more borrowing or much higher taxes. This massive debt at some point will lead to an interest rate spiral, defaults, a complete economic collapse and a worthless dollar. Is bankruptcy how Trump makes America great again?
Even with the recent tax cuts, the economy already seems on the brink of a recession. The Fed expects less than 1 percent growth in the first quarter of 2019. America has record trade deficits that are now approaching a trillion dollars per year. College loans are at an all time high of $1.5 trillion. Americans owe a record $2.5 trillion on their credit cards and 37 million of those credit cards are severely delinquent. Seven million auto loans are 90 days past due. Eighty percent of Americans have almost no savings and are living paycheck to paycheck. Home sales will crash again if interest rates go up even one percent.
We are supposed to be living in the best of times economically, but the truth is that ever since the 2008 downturn Americans have been increasingly borrowing from their future. The whole economic system is already a house of cards and everyone’s overspending just keeps adding more cards. A small wind will blow it all down.
If the economy falters, what is Trump going to run on in 2020? I would not put all my faith in the economy being good in the fall of 2020. Trump bankrupted his companies more than once and if he does not do something significant about government spending and the trade imbalances he may soon preside over the bankrupting of America. The bankrupting of America very well could be one appointment with destiny for Trump.
The wall is just talk so far and talk will only take President Trump so far. Illegal immigrants are still invading America at record levels. Trump is not helping matters either by bringing in a million legal immigrants. These people will soon want to bring in their relatives. Trump seems not willing or able to take the action necessary to deal with America’s immigration problem. See the actual numbers listed by Ann Coulter. She makes a reasonable case that nothing is getting done. ICE and the border patrol are getting very frustrated with Trump as are some of his base. Catch and release is still the order of the day on the border.
You don’t even need a wall to stop most of the illegals. Government agents just need to be allowed to round them up and ship them out. The federal courts should have no say on people invading our country illegally. Securing our border is a top national security matter that needs to be carried out under the order of the President. President Trump should defy the courts. They have usurped powers that the Constitution never gave them. The decision of one leftist federal judge now trumps the President and national security. That is constitutionally insane.
The House might impeach Trump for not going along with their destruction of America, but two-thirds of the Senate would have to convict him to remove him. If that happens because of executive actions involving border national security, the Republic has been lost anyway. In that case, Trump should declare martial law and arrest all the domestic enemies subverting America’s constitutional republic. Action to restore the Republic is actually allowed under our Constitution.
There are other ways to deal with the problem than just building a big wall. Illegals will not come here if they cannot find employment or benefits. Deal with the employers and the benefits and you will solve much of the problem. Execute drug traffickers and people traffickers and you take care of the rest of the problem. We do not even need a $20 billion wall to stop people from crossing the border. We can do the same thing for a couple of billion by just effectively using razor wire, dogs and drones. In any case, the way things are going in this country, Mexico may soon have to build a wall to keep Americans from fleeing the civil warfare. (They probably will keep Americans out by using razor wire and mines and requiring the speaking of Spanish.)
Trump could solve the illegal problem, the China threat, and the trade imbalances all at the same time. Just stop importing products from Communist China! Trump should give incentives to build new factories in the America’s and then divert the trade with China there. People in Central America are not going to come to the United States for jobs if they have good jobs at home. Communist China is a major threat to the free world, so why are we helping them building a military to enslave us? Trump could fulfill another appointment with destiny if he just stopped trading with the Communists. The Communist system does not foster ingenuity and would not work without Western help. China would collapse if we ever stopped importing their products and stopped the intellectual theft.
Trump has made a big deal about his good relationship with North Korea’s Kim Jung Un. Trump’s claims that this murdering psychopath is a good friend of his is going to bite him in the butt. North Korea is not going to give up its nuclear weapons program or stop murdering its people. They are playing Trump and stalling for time. When you say nice things about a mass murder who is every bit as evil as Hitler you display that you have no spiritual discernment. Those that rose to the top under the North Korean antichrist dictators are very demonic people. You cannot appease pure evil. I would not make any deal with Kim before he stopped persecuting Christians and confessed Jesus as Lord.
Trump shows signs of not taking the necessary action to put the government criminals in jail. Is his new swamp creature (AG William Barr) really going to put Hillary and the other leading swamp rats in Jail? Mr President, why have the documents you said would be declassified not been declassified?
President Trump has done nothing about the predatory capitalists and tech giants that control most of the wealth and who own most of the politicians. Predatory capitalism is one reason more and more people think socialism is the answer. When 500 companies and the top one percent own the world and control the politicians you no longer have democracy or free enterprise, you have an oligarchy ruling everyone else through a fascist technocracy. The giant corporations need to broken up and regulated to make them abide by our Constitution. That is the job of the FTC, FCC and Justice Department but under Trump they are doing nothing. How does Trump even expect to get his message out in 2020 when leftist fascist corporations are controlling all the media?
Trump does have one prophetic appointment with destiny. I think Israel made this clear when they put the profile of Trump and King Cyrus on the same coin. Cyrus enabled Jews to build the second Temple and Trump’s actions very well could lead to the building of the third Temple. Trump is supposed to announce a peace deal shortly after the Apr 6th Israeli elections. Could that deal at some point allow the building of their Temple? Many Jews apparently think so. Even if the building of the Temple does not appear in the initial agreement, it could be a secret promise held out if Israel plays ball. The secular Jews see the Temple as a matter of national pride so many of them want it. The religious Jews would be eager to trade most anything for the Temple because they believe their Messiah will come when the Temple is rebuilt.
Unfortunately the Messiah that will come will be the false Messiah that Christians know as the Antichrist. He will make a deal with Israel but shortly after the Temple is built he will enter the Temple claiming to be above anything called God. Then he will seek to kill all Jews on earth. So in reality, be it Trump, or Christian evangelicals, those enabling Israel to build the third Temple before Jesus returns are helping to set up Israel for their worst holocaust. That is Israel’s appointment with destiny.
The Jews love to say never again, but then they collectively vote for the same kind of fascist leftists that rounded them up and exterminated them in the past. Evangelical Christians love to bless Israel but giving them their blessing without any salvation message will turn out to be a curse for Israel. The importing of Muslims into Western nations is leading to rising antisemitism all over the world. Are Western leaders that ignorant that they would not realize that importing Muslims into their nations would bring about increased persecution of Jews and Christians? The persecution of God’s people is the real objective of the satanic influenced globalist fascists with their no borders policy, whether they realize it or not. There is nothing new under the sun.
The timing of all this seems most appropriate. The turmoil in the world along with a peace deal lead by a person of divine destiny much like Cyrus seems very prophetic. I have little doubt that Trump is leading the way for Jews to build their third Temple. They will expect a savior, but in its place they will receive an appointment with destiny bringing their worst nightmare. As that happens, Armageddon will come for Gentiles who did not love the truth. How can America become great again as it increasingly murders its babies and educates the rest of her children in the ways of godless socialism and debauchery? It appears to me that Jews will trump on to their appointment with destiny and America will keep blindly trumping on toward its destruction with or without continued Evangelical backing of Donald Trump.

I am curious of what your thoughts are regarding this coming Israeli election. I have always liked Benjamin Netanyahu and I think he has shown a lot of wisdom over the years. I can’t help but think that he will lose the election and someone else will be in charge and embrace the coming antichrist. I just can’t see Netanyahu as the one who embraces him.
I have also seen the rising discontent with Trump among his base. It’s obvious the swamp will not allow him to make any real changes. I think the GOP is likely secretly blackmailing him warning him not to rock the boat or they will vote to impeach and not support his 2020 run.
I find it rather strange the Democrats jumped on this end of the world in 2030 nonsense AOC proclaimed. I think there is more to this than meets the eye. We could very well be in the tribulation at that time. Weird how their predictions however unguided, could be true.

The boiling of the frog seems to work on Americans for some reason (not reading scripture daily). This will give the Dem’s time to build their base of Millennials and illegals along with 16yr old new voters. They have already given felons voting rights and no telling what other tactics they will bring forth to expand their base. I believe the time line backs yours for the country to accept globalism with the implementation of Agenda 2030. The only thing that could speed this up would be Ezekiel 38 beginning which does not seem possible as it states no one would come to the support of Israel in this battle but God Himself. This would have to mean that 2024 President AOC refused to back up our only middle east ally in this war. I agree with your economic analysis and my hope is that your readers including me invest in gold and silver making sure that you purchase silver currency (quarters & dimes minted before 1965) so you can trade. I prefer guns and ammo to go along with silver for obvious reasons. I am also a supporter of Trump & will try to hold up my thoughts & prayer for us whoever it could be even a little later on if I or we are still here. I am not a fanatic as some would suppose. But I do believe the Holy spirit witnesses with one’s spirit according to His Word in what ever he may bring about in a Christians Life those Prophetic events. Even if Trump is reelected I do not think America is going to survive to 2025. I can see a real war taking place before that, an economic collapse, or the destruction of our grid. I do not know if investing in anything will get people through that period.
Good article here Don. I agree that we are approaching the end of the race, so to speak. That said, I think that there is one more thing in the works that only President Trump (today) can possibly accomplish. I think that I heard that in April, President Trump is going to put forth a middle east peace plan. Personally, I believe that there will be no real middle east peace before the 1000 year reign. But in Daniel 9:27 “he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week”, means that the AC confirms some pre existing covenant. There really is nothing yet to confirm. I do not see anyone else on the horizon that could get a covenant to confirm. That week is the final week of the seventy. I could be and probably am wrong, but am going to watch with interest the upcoming ME peace proposals. A covenant could be the result of the next war there but I doubt the UN or American democrats would produce something that Israel would accept.
I think Donald Trump was given to us and in turn the world to give time to gather to God those who are out there that don’t know or believe in our Lord Jesus Christ. Whether it be North Korea, Iran, Europe, even here in our own country, or wherever, God wants to gather as many of his children to him as is possible. It may take horrific things to happen to wake up those he’s trying to gather to him and Trump may be that fulcrum to his purpose. Trump’s hands are tied in regards to much of what he says he has wanted to do. He is not a dictator. His powers are limited to some degree and the founders wanted it that way and I think the American people want it that way as well, so it’s a double edged sword. I’m incredibly frustrated every time he tries to do something and some liberal federal judge stops it or the traitors in his own party go against him, but I think Satan has taken control of the minds of so many that it’s becoming increasingly difficult to stem the tide. We can continue to be soldiers for the Lord in whatever way we can or how he uses us. At times it may not seem like much, but like ripples in a pond it flows outward and maybe what we do and say will have an impact on someone else. And that small little thing we say may be all it takes to bring someone to Jesus Christ. We’ve been given time. It’s what we do with that time that matters.

I too believe it was Devine destiny that brought us Trump, and I fully expect him to play a major prophetic role before his time is up, be it 2020 or 2024.
I also find it interesting that Bibi is involved in a massive scandal at the same time as Trump. Regarding the election, I don’t see anyone that could beat Trump right now. I still think it’s too soon for Bernie, although him or someone like him will be elected eventually I’m sure. Biden may stand the best shot, but could be too old to motivate the masses. Beto has some skeletons that could potentially bring him down.
It will take a massive economic downturn, Don you mentioned this previously I believe, for Trump to be defeated. That is unless he is removed somehow, which is looking less likely, or perhaps decides not to run.
In any case it is clear that we are headed for dark days. Our freedoms are being eroded and there seems to be no recourse for the people. We are quickly catching up to Great Britain, with a parliament that goes directly against the people’s wishes. Utter deviousness and lunacy at all levels of government.
