Satan is the prince of this world system and this age. Therefore, it should not surprise Christians that as we approach the end of this Satanic age he would lead his people to war against those who believe in Jesus Christ. Satan’s people are people of the lie. The people of the lie worship moon gods and other Satanic substitutes for the one true God. They are those given over to a reprobate mind. They display their hate of the true God in their attacks on whatever is truly of God.
In Western society anything built on the Bible is now being torn down. Nations and cultures built on Christian biblical values are now under attack. Global Corporations and Luciferian controlled media are conspiring together to silence Christians. Dr Robert Epstein just reported that the leftist bias and manipulation of data by big techs could shift upwards of 12 million votes in the mid term election. If that happens, we will have lost our democratic republic.
The globalists are pushing the Marxist fascist worldview because Satan and his minions want total control over everyone. The globalists are working toward setting up Satan’s counterfeit for the Kingdom of God. God calls this satanic world counterfeit “Babylon”. God will destroy satanic Babylon when Jesus returns to set up the real Kingdom of God.
It was not long ago that European nations conquered the whole world in the name of Christ. Today Europe and the Western world is being conquered by pagan barbarians who escaped hearing or believing the gospel. The Luciferian elite now want these barbarians at the Western gates. They know it will bring about a violent backlash. It’s all part of their plan. Out of chaos the Luciferians believe they will achieve world order. They know people will give up freedom for security. Europe will be in open civil war by the early 2020’s. From the chaos will rise the rebirth of the Roman Empire.
The deep state people entrenched in Western nations are controlled by shadow governments and the shadow governments are controlled by Luciferians. The Luciferians want what Hitler failed to achieve. The Luciferian puppet masters intend to have an elitist authoritarian fascist state ruling the world. The Bible identifies this as the seventh head, kingdom and king that rises, receives a deadly head wound that is healed, and then becomes the eighth named the Beast.
The enemies of Christianity have many names but they are all people of the lie. They hate anything of God and they intend to tear down anything in the world that was built on truth from God. The rebellion that we see taking place from the left in America is not really about hated for Donald Trump. The deep state leftists thought they had already taken over America. They intended to put Witch Hillary on the throne to finish the destruction of America and advance the satanic globalist agenda. They hate what America stands for. The hatred displayed against Trump is because Trump is now representing what they thought they had defeated in America.
They now think if they take out Trump, Christians and Conservatives will just roll over. This might be correct, because Western churches have very few warriors. They are mostly led by blind teachers leading ignorant church members into the shallow ditch they shovel each Sunday.
The people of the lie want to destroy nations or anything else that was founded on the Bible. They are destroying marriage. They are destroying babies in the womb. They are destroying innocence with their embrace of sin and their satanic indoctrination. These are murders and liars who love living in their rebellion. They are collectivists because they will not ask God for the things that they need and will not work for the things that they covet. The bottom line is that the people of the lie can be identified by their disobedience to God’s commandments. These people are reprobates that do not wish to abide by divine or natural law.
Christendom is under attack and many who once identified with Christ are either defecting or they are in full retreat. The people of the lie are joining once Christian institutions and they are subverting them from within. That is why so many churches are accommodating the lawless and calling their yoking up with unbelievers “love”.
In spite of what most believe, Church is not a building were people go to worship God on Sunday. The Church is the members of the body of Christ who worship God in spirit and truth everyday.
One primary purpose of the Church meeting together is to build up the body of Christ to spiritual maturity. God gives each person He saved His Spirit and at least one spiritual gift. Christians are to meet together so that those spiritual gifts can be used for the benefit of others in the body of Christ.
If church is all about just listening to someone teaching, only one person’s gift is being used. And if that person is trying to save the saved each Sunday even his gift is not being effectively used. Ninety percent of Sunday church teaching does not effectively help equip the saints due to one of these four reasons:
1. The teachers are primarily preaching a salvation message each Sunday. If pastors of churches are teaching the message of salvation each Sunday, they probably have missed their calling. These Evangelists should be out in the streets proclaiming the gospel to the lost. There is much more to be taught to members already in the body of Christ than how one is saved. One of the reasons church members are so ignorant about the Bible and the spiritual warfare that is taking place in the world is that nobody is teaching them. Many pastors think they are supposed to get people saved in their congregations so they do little equipping of people who are already saved.
2. Many teachers are preaching philosophies of men instead of teaching sound biblical doctrine. How can they equip the saints by preaching worldly doctrines made up by men? Some of the philosophies and psychologies taught from Western pulpits actually came from people channeling demons.
3. Some teachers claim they get direct messages from God so they teach presumptions of their own mind in place of biblical truth. Hyper Pentecostal church leaders do this all the time. If Christians quit idolizing men and women who are always claiming to receive direct messages from God, this lying will stop.
4. Many teachers do not know what they are talking about because they do not understand scriptures themselves. To effectively use the gift of teaching to help mature the Church you must first get understanding. Not all should become teachers.
A large part of the reason Christendom is being defeated across the Western world is because people in this churches are not being taught things that will equip them to face the demonic world. As the Bible says:
Ho 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.
Any wonder then why Western children are turning away from the things of God? The cause starts in our Western homes and churches. Few are being taught the things of God. Fewer still are being equipped for ministry. The end result is the pagan barbarians invading the Western gates and most that are still calling themselves Christians just rolling over.

Well said Don. I came to this conclusion nearly ten years ago. If people would read through, and study the whole Bible, then they could recognize the multitudes of errors being taught in their Sunday gatherings. But, even when you do recognize these errors, any attempts to correct them will be met with opposition, sometimes severe consequences. I’m sure some here could attest to this.

Amen …My church so often seems to be to busy playing church instead of teaching them we are in a war.What I mean by that is except for the chapter and verse being different the message is the same they are preoccupied with people going up and getting baptized and that is great but we should be equipping the body for spiritual warfare and teaching them. I am shocked by the illiteracy within the body except for a small segment of believers. Maybe it’s just me but I feel like we’re on the precipice of something happening and I don’t think it will be good sorry Don if my grammar is not that good I’m on speech to text. Great post Don. There is so much going on it makes my head spin thinking about it sometimes. I really do not see how we return from this blatant antichrist society. From the media to our inept leaders, both locally and nationally, there is no end to the lawlessness and confusion.
I feel for the children and younger generations. The public schools are lost. Example, Transgendered storytime. Confusing the innocent, and promoting the unnatural. The children stand no chance without direct intervention from God.
Next we have life like sex robots from child size to full size. The orders cannot be filled fast enough. Virtual porn and all the AI tech, it’s enough to drive you insane. I believe the Bible says that Lot was constantly vexxed by what he experienced, well that’s how I feel. Surely Christ must be at the door.

I meant to put Lot being vexed continually in my article but it slipped my mind. True Christians now are understanding the feeling. Not long after those days of debauchery Lot was taken out so the lawless could be judged. So will the Church before the end of the age judgments.

It has been many years but I read two of Pecks books, “The Road Less Traveled” and “People of the Lie”. As a business fraud investigator most of my adult life I spent well over 40 years dealing with “People of the Lie.” As a Christian I defiantly feel in 2018 I am on the “Road Less Traveled” heading towards the narrow gate.
You have jogged my memory and I think I will re-read both books as I remember enjoying them immensely.

I wanted to comment on the “teaching psychologies”. This is so true. Many of these supposed Christian teachings have mixed worldly Psychology. As a Christian Therapist, I work very hard to ensure that the Psychological health I work with clients to achieve is grounded in Christ. Pastor’s need to avoid mixing psychology in their messages. This can easily lead to a message focused on emotional feel good instead of listening to the teaching of the Holy Spirit.

I love reading your articles, Don. I stumbled across your website a few months ago and have been quietly reading your thoughts since. I agree with so much of what you say and rarely hear other people talking or thinking about these things. I often struggle to see how the world can continue much longer, and I only hope the rapture happens soon.
I also struggle to enjoy church attendance because, although I am in a Bible-teaching church (Independent Baptist), I do get very drained and discouraged by the constant get-togethers that I view as mostly pointless, and having to attend three services (plus random events) gets very tiresome.
Nevertheless, they do preach sound doctrine and spend a lot of time witnessing, handing out gospel tracts, and other things that I do think are important, so I stick with it. I also just accepted a position to teach a Sunday school class, and I hope to expose evil in this world while teaching the Bible.
I am curious of one thing: What would you say your spiritual gift(s) is? Prophecy? Discernment? Teaching? All three?

I hate to say on the Internet because such claims sound so self promoting. Those receiving the benefits of spiritual gifts are humanly the best judge of what one’s spiritual gift or gifts are. I can say that I do know that I could never have written much of what I wrote without spiritual help.

You are perhaps the astute bible teacher I have come across and it is no doubt the work of the Holy Spirit. Very very few people have the high level of discernment needed to see through the lies that surround us. Many Christians are oblivious that Christ is returning soon and have even accepted false doctrine, as you know all too well.
Hi, This article sure struck a nerve because I’ve been thinking for years that most churches aren’t equipping us. They do quote putting on the whole armor of God but leave it to us to figure out how to go into battle with it. Maybe it’s short-sighted on my part but I don’t see us tearing down strongholds, snatching the lost from the fire or pushing back the enemy. I see the enemy pushing us back. They’re regaining all the territory that has been won for Christ. They’re stealing our families, friends and countries.
Just a day ago I was in a conversation with a relative who has left the faith-if she ever had it. She told me the Bible was written by men to gain control over women, homosexuals and minorities. She told me there was more documentation to believe in Thor than to believe in Jesus. She said I believed in myths and fairy tales.
Then there is my Christian friend who seems to be content with ‘milk.’ She doesn’t want to learn anything she doesn’t already know.
The Christian who has joined the enemy and delights in hating Trump and spreading Progressive propaganda I just ignore now.
I don’t know how to impart knowledge to people who don’t want it. I see the destruction and it stresses me.

The Bible clearly says what we see taking place even in the church would happen in the last days. So look up your redemption draws near.
As for documentation about Jesus, There is far more documentation about Jesus than any person in history. Those who leave the Christian faith were never of the faith. They were just those who went with the cultural flow. Now because it is less popular to be a Christian they look for reasons to split.
Those that will not receive the truth will believe the lie and Christians that lack knowledge because they did not want to know spiritual things bring destruction on their own head. Just look at the Laodicean West for proof of that.
How true I have just switched churches to Plainfield Bible church it is (called a verse by verse church) because the minister reads each and every verse and goes through the whole bible you learn so much I love it it’s such a learning experience I don’t think a lot of people would like it because so many people like playing Church if you know what I mean

Study the Bible ourselves, for when we are saved we have many blessings, one being fellowship with God, the Holy Spirit and Christ. I read Eph. And Col. Very often sometimes everyday…:) Such rich beautiful things for all who belong to Christ and trust in him… one thing for sure… we cannot by ourselves but …We stand in Christ…:)
