Israel’s 70th anniversary will result in something prophetically significant

On May 14th 2018 Israel will be celebrating its 70th anniversary as a reborn state. I believe something significant will happen during Israel’s 70th year that will be a game changer in the middle east and be a prophecy marker.

One thing fairly significant to Israel and her enemies was just announced by President Trump. He said he will move the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem on their May 14th 2018 anniversary. What may prove more significant is the response to that by Israel’s enemies. Will the 70th anniversary of the state of Israel bring another war or a peace deal? Two prophets become focus of entire world prior to Antichrist

Little is taught by Bible prophecy teachers about the role of the two witnesses of Revelation 17. They arrive on the scene sometime after the Rapture and they witnesses from Jerusalem for 1260 days.

Bible prophecy teachers correctly point out that the last seven years starts with Israel signing a covenant but they seem to overlook the fact that the ministry of these two prophets also marks the beginning of the last seven years. President Trump recently announced that America recognizes that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel. Some Bible prophecy update teachers suggest that this will now become the catalyst for Muslims to launch an out war against Israel. They are quoting the first verses of Zec 12-14. They seem to ignore the full context of the three chapters. These prophetic events occur at the end of the great tribulation.

MbS Saudi prince king could have prophetic implications

What is happening in Saudi Arabia has pretty much been lost in the sex allegations in the news. Even so, what happens in Saudi Arabia is very important to the world and is likely to have prophetic implications. You do not need to be a rocket scientist to figure out that Jesus returns very soon. Here are just eleven commonsense reasons unique to our generation that indicate Jesus returns before 2040.

1.  We can know that Jesus returns before 2040 because mankind is planning to put a human colony on Mars by 2030.

Space X led by multi Billionaire Elon Musk has a very aggressive program to put people on Mars by the middle of the 2020’s. Signs are pointing toward another world war starting very soon

One hundred years after World War I there are many signs pointing toward another world war. It likely will begin in just a matter of months. The flash points are Syria, Israel, Iran, Ukraine and North Korea. The major world powers involved would include Russia, China, NATO and the US.

America is now blaming Assad of Syria for a nerve gas attack that killed scores of people. There is no doubt that nerve gas was used, but blaming Assad for the attack is premature and it might be misguided. Forty years ago I thought the Lord would come long before now and so did many others. In those days people were thinking that the Lord would come about 2000 years from His incarnation. Now it seems more fitting that Jesus would come 2000 years from the start of His ministry when He announced the acceptable year of the Lord, or 2000 years from His death and resurrection. This is based on the day is as a thousand-year model with 7000 years being the week allotted to mortal man.

Bible prophecy watchmen saying Gog is coming! Russia is coming!

Fifty years ago near-sighted Bible prophecy watchmen were telling everyone that would read their books or listen to their teaching that Gog was about to invade Israel. Hal Lindsey in his book, The Late Great Planet Earth (1970), thought the Soviet Union would fulfill the prophecy by the early 1980’s. Even before 1960 Jack Van Impe was saying that the Gog Russian invasion was imminent. Van Impe also identified Russia with the forces of the Soviet Union. These Bible prophecy watchmen were wrong.

I understand their exuberance back then. The Soviet Union of fifty and sixty years ago certainly had the military forces to fulfill the prophecy.… continue reading

Satan is the spiritual prince of the people that destroyed the Temple

Much Bible prophecy teaching hinges on one’s interpretation of what is known as the seventy weeks of Daniel prophecy. The whole prophecy would take a chapter of a book to explain so I am limiting this article mostly to the identity of the princes and the people in that prophecy.

The prince of the people that destroyed the Temple and the prince that will sign a covenant with many for seven years are two different human leaders. However, they are vassals of the same spiritual satanic prince.
