I do not think that some studying Bible prophecy see the big picture and that’s why they go down various rabbit trails that cannot be backed up through scripture exegesis. One important issue that students of Bible prophecy would be wise to understand is that the end time Beast comes into power with a woman riding on its back. That woman is the Roman Empire Whore of Revelation 17. She represents Dominion Theology and she guides in the global governance Beast.

There were only four Gentile world empires in the dream visions of Daniel chapters 2 and 7. Those four represent the remaining Gentile world kingdoms until God smashes satanic controlled world rule and establishes His own kingdom on earth.

In chapter 2, King Nebuchadnezzar was given a dream. The dream constituted of an image and Daniel interprets it. The image represented the world kingdoms that would rule the earth under the authority given to Satan until the end of the age (Mt 4: 8-9).

The head of Gold on the image was Nebuchadnezzar. He represented the Babylonian Empire. As we descend down the image and in time the head of gold is followed by a chest of silver. That was the Medo-Persian Empire. That was followed by the belly of bronze. It was the Greek Empire. The legs of Iron were the Roman Empire. The two legs represented the division of the Roman Empire into east and west. Finally we see the feet and toes. The toes would be ten kings that will rule the world with the Beast just before God destroys Gentile world rule.

The feet and toes are not a fifth empire because we are told in Daniel chapter 7 that there are only four kingdoms. The Roman Empire Kingdom never ceased to exist in God’s eyes, the Roman Beast still rules the world.  Daniel chapter 7 says the fourth beast shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces. We saw that happen with the countless wars of history and the breaking up of the world into many nation states.

The ten toes on the image whose feet stomped on the world therefore are most likely ten leaders of ten world zones that are under European (Roman) control. Yes, the world has already been divided into ten zones by the world elite of Europe. There have been a number of attempts to bring about global governance from Europe in the past but they all failed because there were no zones and they were not in God’s timing.

What I said is orthodox Premillennial Theology. Most would not have a great problem with my interpretation even if they might not all agree on the toes. However, many that believe in Premillennial Theology seem to totally overlook or distort the role of the Roman Empire Whore of Revelation 17. Since many studying Bible prophecy do not understand the Roman Whore, they also do not recognize her and see her role in contemporary affairs.

The Roman Empire Whore has Dominion Theology

The Roman Empire Whore first had to have a marriage covenant with God or His Son or she would not be identified as a Whore by God. She is not Israel, so that leaves visible Christendom as the only possibility. She is not Islam although ChrisIslam is a future remote possibility.

Revelation 17 indicates that the Roman Empire whore fornicated with the kings of the world. She also persecuted the true saints. We know from history that those claiming to be Christians controlled Christendom and its politics for many centuries and they killed many that opposed her fornication with the world political system.

The Whore has been around for a long time and in these last days she will totally control the world political system again before the Beast arises. This is critical to know to understand in these last days. It is Whore that has Dominion Theology that will ride in the Beast.

The Whore as a religious identify was obviously the Roman Catholic Church in the days of the late Roman Empire. She even blasphemously called it the Holy Roman Empire. It was anything but holy. Today the Whore is not limited to the Roman Catholic system. Today the Whore is basically controlling most of Christendom and she is always trying to control government through her Dominion Theology.

Contemporary “Christian” leaders such as Pope Francis, Rick Warren and Russell Moore have great influence over world government. The Whore is in bed with the kings of the earth. UN Agenda 2030 (world governance) is being pushed by the Dominion Theology Whore.

Many “Christian” leaders believe that some form of Dominion Theology will bring the Kingdom of God on earth. They believe this is the role of Christianity. They believe wrong. The Bible does not teach that the Church will Christianize the world before the Lord physically returns. It teaches quite the opposite.

The Whore does not believe in Premillennial Theology. She does not believe in any coming for the faithful Bride in the Rapture or in world judgement during a period called the Great tribulation. That is now the position of more and more leaders that still identify themselves as Evangelicals. That is also what they teach in almost all Bible colleges and seminaries. The whore believes that she will prevail on earth by fornication with the kings of the earth.

Let me give some examples of how this is playing out it contemporary American politics. It really is nothing new. Dominion Theology has been in American politics since Woodrow Wilson and it drove the polices of Secretary of State John Foster Dulles in the Eisenhower era.

The Christian Neocons, the social justice Christians and the Christians that teach there are seven mountain mandates or seven spheres of influence that the Church needs to take over are all really promoting the Dominion Theology of the Whore.

These are contemporary descriptions and programs for those that believe the very old heresy that the Church must establish the Kingdom of God on earth before the Lord can return (if they even believe that Jesus will physically return at all).

In the presidential election of 2016 Dominion Theology is playing a strong role.

First let me explain that there are three main Evangelical camps involved in the Republican election. Russell Moore correctly suggested that Trump has the prosperity Pentecostals. Cruz has the moral majority crowd of Jerry Falwell and Rubio has the Billy Graham followers.

Russell Moore is the president of the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission of the Southern Baptist Convention. Moore probably said that in ridicule since he is in the Billy Graham big tent camp and is working with Rick Warren to get Rubio elected to office.

Moore and Warren have soft Dominion Theology (soft is taking the world for Christ by influence where hard is by force). Russell Moore claims to be a communitarian. He probably believes that Christians values will prevail in the world and all will love sharing their wealth in the world kingdom that will be established.

I want nothing to do with the SBC because of leaders like these that now control it. Nevertheless, Moore is correct about the three Evangelical camps in the 2016 election (although there is some overlap).

Trump is all-in with the Word-of-Faith prosperity teachers. His advisers are Paula White and such. Now Trump has hitched his wagon to Sarah Palin. She goes to a World-of-Faith Church. Palin and White have some connection with the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) that believes that Christians will take over the earth via hard Dominionism.

Trump says he is a huge fan of Dr. Norman Vicente Peale. Peale was the father of the positive thinking and the mentor of Dr. Robert Schuller with his “if you believe it you can achieve it” nonsense. World-of-faith is positive confession as well. That is why it appeals to Trump. Word-of-Faith teaches that your words have power and you can speak reality into existence.

Cruz’s preacher Dad actually identifies with the New Apostolic Reformation. His dad believes in hard Dominion Theology. He believes Christians will become empowered to take back Dominion of the earth from Satan. He claims that Ted Cruz has a special Kingship anointing from God.

Ted Cruz goes to a Southern Baptist Church but that does not mean much these days. He obviously is being influenced by his NAR Dominion Theology father.

Yes, Cruz does draw the Falwell moral majority crowd because of his strong conservative Christian values. I do not know if Cruz buys into Dominion Theology or not, but he appears to be a globalist. His wife was CFR and she held the second highest position at Goldman Sachs. Cruz also supported TPP. That trade agreement along with the trade agreement working its way through the EU would soon have world government controlling all commerce on earth. It really does not matter if Ted Cruz actually supports Dominion Theology. His present course supporting globalism will only help the Whore gain control.

Rubio is a Catholic that sometimes go to a mega sized Baptist Church. He also was a Mormon. He would want us to believe that all claiming to be in Christendom are Christian in spite of the heretical doctrine that most in Christendom believe. In other words, like Billy Graham, Rubio has very big tent theology. As does the Whore.

Is it just a coincidence that the Billy Graham camp got together with the Catholics and the Catholics recently got together with the Word-of-Faith Pentecostals and Word-of-Faith is in bed with the New Apostolic Reformation? I do not think so. They all believe in some form of Christian Dominion Theology. These are the Evangelicals. Bible believers should already know that mainline Christendom acts out the role of a Whore.

We should see that the presidential candidates do reflect American religious values and that says wonders about Christianity in America.

Trump does not have a clue what a real Christian is. He thinks “Christians” like himself will make America rich and great and America should rule the world.

Cruz is being influenced by loons in the NAR that think they have been anointed to take over the world before Jesus returns.

Rubio is wallowing all over his big tent and is on all sides of the fence.

Carson believes the false prophet Ellen White is his guide to live by.

Clinton is a phony mainline liberal “Christian” that believes in nothing but power.

Sanders is a Jewish non believer. In other words, he is an atheist.

The rest of the pack except for Huckabee and Paul are mostly confused Catholics who pick and choose what part of the Bible they want to believe.

The scary thing is that these people actually do reflect America. However, except for two or three they reflect the Whore of Christendom more than they reflect Christ.

Getting back to the main issue that the Roman Empire Whore has Dominion Theology. This is not unique to the United States. There are false revivals taking place all over the world. Most of it appeals to the flesh. People make decisions for Christ because they think that will get them material things, physical healing, or Holy Ghost goose bumps. They will follow the Dominion Theology Whore wherever she leads them.

The false revivals that we see today will be nothing compared to what we will see after world war puts the world on the brink of destruction. That is when the Roman Empire Whore really takes control and unites Christendom under some false Utopian hope.

All the various forms of Dominion Theology are already rapidly coming together. You should not be surprised that a Whore that identifies with Christ would rise to power in the last days. Revelation 17 assures us that she will. She will also persecute the true saints of God (fundamental Bible believing Christians).

Those deceived by the Whore will think they are doing God a favor by ridding the world of those that will not leave their Bible at the door of big tent harlotry. They believe we hinder the Kingdom of God of their worldly dreams. In the middle ages, when the Catholic Church persecuted those that opposed their Dominion Theology, they thought the same thing. There is nothing new under the sun.

A second Bible prophecy issue that needs to be cleared up is that the Whore is not the religious system of the Beast. After the Beast rises to power through the help of Dominion Theology, the ten kings that give their power to the Beast/Antichrist will turn on the Whore and burn her with fire. Those in Dominion Theology that go through this trial can be saved through the fire of the great tribulation.

This Whore saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow. Just like those with Christian Dominion Theology with their Utopian dreams on earth.  Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her (Rev 18:8).
